"Sir, pls calm down..." Gale prompted
"Don't tell me to calm down Gale...that old man want to actually leave the whole of the Marco group in the hands of Leo...where does that place me?" Mafioso said kicking the chair violently.
"No...I won't allow this...I'm going to take back everything that was originally mine...I'm going to bring down Leo" Mafioso said arrogance dripping in his voice.
"This time around I want a clean operation..." He instructed "we are not leaving him any room for escape unlike five years ago that he managed to survive...this time around I'm going to break him" Mafioso sneered
Ellie has been noticing some changes in her body. "Could I be pregnant " she thought to herself. She decided to go to the hospital where she works for a test and also used the opportunity to see her doctor friend Stark
"How are you Ellie" Stark asked concernedly
"I'm really fine Stark" she knows that look on his face
"We have really missed you at work...when will you be resuming with us again"
"I don't know for now Stark...i still have a lot on my plate"
"It's fine but just know that I'm always here for you if you ever need anyone to talk to"
"Thank you so much... you've been such an amazing friend"
"Anything for you" they both smiled
A nurse brought in the test results and handed it to the doctor
"Whatttt...Ellie you are really pregnant" Ellie quickly snatched the report from him.
"Oh my God..." At that moment, a wave of emotions ran through her and she didn't know what to feel. " I'm really pregnant for Leo" she thought "How would Leo react to this news? Leo had asked her to be his girlfriend and she accepted. "Will he be willing to raise this baby with her?"
Ellie placed her hand in her belly and murmured "So I have a little life growing inside of me...I guess I won't be alone anymore" She smiled.
All the while, Stark has been observing her reaction and saw that she was not unhappy and decided to wish her well.
"Congratulations on this new phase of your life Ellie...you will make a great mother" Stark said smiling at her
"Thank you Stark." Ellie smiled back. She placed the result in her bag.
" I have to go Stark." She was in a hurry to go find Leo and tell him the news. She can feel Leo truly likes her and she has gradually opened her heart to him. "I just hope he will be happy about this as much as I am" she sighed inwardly
"ok let me see you out..." they both stood up and Stark walked her to the hospital entrance.
