As soon as he stepped in, she didn't even raise her head, but he could see her brows furrowing as she read a file at the desk.
He didn't make much noise as he approached her. As he was standing in front of her, she finally raised her head and looked at him, asking, "How did it go?"
Receiving the green light, Gerald flipped the tablet cover and put it on the desk before pushing it towards her as he responded, "I have summarized everything that I have found about the club CIRCLE. However, to make things short, in person. I found out that the club is more of a secret club. Not everyone knows about it but there are a lot of ordinary and extraordinary people who are part of it.
On a certain forum though the matter was ignored. I saw that there was someone who had her justice served by someone who claimed to be part of the CIRCLE. Some of them don't show their presence but they are indeed there."
Sonia swiped the tablet as she listened to Gerald's summary, which matched what she was reading.
After learning about CIRCLE last night and recalling how she received an invitation which she ignored, Sonia didn't greedily click the link to join. But she sent Gerald to look into the matter and see if this club was legit.
Since he could find something about it, even though it was little, that was enough evidence for her to know that she wasn't going to be chasing a futile dream. With Talent part of the club as well, perhaps this chance shouldn't be missed.
"Thanks for your hard work," after reading through everything, she said as she returned the tablet to its owner.
Gerald accepted the tablet but didn't leave immediately.
"Ma'am, the master will be moving into the estate today and you need to visit your home for dinner. don't forget about that," he reminded her about that before excusing himself.
Sonia massaged her temples as she watched Gerald leave and once the door was closed, she looked at the time and sighed.
"I guess I need to work pretty fast," she mumbled to herself before burying herself into work again.
She has many mouths to feed. She couldn't play.

"Wow, this place is huge!" Henry wowed as he looked at the expansive estate as the car drove through the gigantic gates.
Liam was not calm as well. he didn't expect to see such a grand place to be honest. Although he knew that the rich were rich, he didn't expect to see that his wife was this loaded.
Such a large place, how many people were working there?
How many rooms and what else, apart from the residence, was he going to see?
He didn't know what to say.
The car drove smoothly for a while before halting in front of the main building.
Standing outside were the staff who were waiting to meet their male master. It was a moment every staff member was looking forward to ever since the news broke that their mistress had remarried again.

The moment the car halted, someone hurried to open the door, and Liam nervously alighted from the car.
The moment the staff saw their male master, their eyes lit up as it suddenly dawned on them why their mistress was in a hurry to marry a master they had never heard of before.

That was one thing that everyone could agree on but no one showed any excitement. As professional housekeeping staff, they maintained professional smiles without giving anything away.
The butler looked at the young master with satisfaction and inwardly praised, 'The mistress's choice is always the best!'

Liam's heart nearly flew from his rib cage when he heard the deafening welcoming from the staff. However, he quickly calmed down as he felt that this wasn't actually bad. Being welcomed like that, it made him have a sense of belonging.
'I am welcomed and accepted,' which made him happy.
Even Henry felt at ease upon seeing the staff's attitude towards Liam. The reason he was here was because he and the others were afraid of him getting bullied. After all, the estate was a new territory and he didn't have anyone he knew there except the wife he had known for a couple of days.
At least having him go with someone who might ease a lot of nerves.
"Thank you," Liam politely responded, a smile on his face as his heart continued to pound.
Luckily, they didn't keep him waiting as the butler enthusiastically brought him into the mansion with Henry following.
"The estate currently houses the mistress and the servants. With you joining, the estate will be livelier." With the butler's flattery, Liam was finally at ease as he continued to listen more to the estate.
The estate has thirty official bedrooms. Those were rooms for the family and not servants. There were several living areas, bathrooms, specialized rooms (game rooms, home theatres, gyms, wine cellars, libraries, studies, etc.) and outbuildings (guest houses, staff dormitories, barns, etc.)
It was a small world and to make things interesting. There were several gardens, a vineyard, farm and a ranch.
Everything was there. What else was needed outside?
"The top floor belongs to the masters," the butler continued to introduce the place as they stepped onto the top floor which was very spacious but with fewer doors.
"The door to the left belongs to you. That is your bedroom and it is equipped with a bathroom ensuite, study, closet and a living area."
Liam was surprised to learn that he has his own room. Meanwhile Henry was finding the whole situation quite interesting.
He had heard of women entering contractual marriages and being assigned to their own rooms before. To find himself in a situation where he witnessed his own friend receiving the same treatment, he didn't know whether to be happy or sad.
However, when he stepped into the quarters, his jaws dropped to the ground.
What kind of favor was this?
Liam was shocked as he entered his so-called quarters. There were larger than his current apartment. The interior décor was exquisite and everything called money and luxury.
He could tell that a lot of effort was put into decorating the room. He liked it.
"You can go around checking the place out. Except for the mistress's quarters, all places in the estate are open. You can check them out."
With the permission granted, Liam didn't stand on ceremony and started checking the place out as soon as the butler left the quarters.
"Man, this place is wild!" Henry couldn't help but praise outrightly as he took his phone to record a video for the others.
Liam squinted as he admired the place as well while checking it out.
If his own place was grand, then what about Sonia's?
He was curious to see what it really looked like.
