"Secondly, I believe that when you show off your power, any awakend would want to follow you."
"And lastly, I trust in your ability to judge people. I'm sure you will know who to trust."
"Even after becoming a guild leader, you can always ask me for advice."
"So what do you think? You can take your time with coming to a decision."
"Alright I want to do it. But I don't know anything about buisness or leading people."
"Don't worry. First thing you need is a lawyer that can help you with any legal stuff and contracts. Then you need a financial advisor and general manager. I can give you a list with recommendations right now."
"Okay thanks."
The two of them did some research until Lucas found the right people for the job and hired them.
Lucas called over his new lawyer to the association to meet him in person and help him with the legal stuff between him and the association.

The lawyer arrived in Schmid's office.
"Hello I am Rolf Fischer. I will be your lawyer starting today Mr. Strom."
"Yes hello."
After the introduction they started discussing about the creation of the guild and everything involved.
They then finished the transaction with the association.
"Alright Lucas, you have received our investment of 10'000'000.- to create your guild."
"I believe you have and know everything you need now. I wish you the best of luck!"
"Thank you sir."
Lucas left with his lawyer. They were headed for Fischer's office.
He worked at a big and reputable law firm situated in Zurich.
When they arrived they sat down and started discussing who Lucas needed to hire first to start his guild.

The next day.
Lucas had hired a financial advisor and general business manager with the help of his lawyer.
The financial advisor was a middle aged japanese man. His name was Yuto Tanaka.
He was a very friendly and intelligent man.
The general business manager was a swiss woman in her thirties. Her name was Leah Keller. She was also very intelligent, but always had a professional face on.
The first thing they all advised was to buy a building to be the guild's headquarters.
Lucas bought a building in the middle of the city. It was a middle sized building with three large floors. It had a lot of space and big rooms, plus a very spacious basement and garage.
The building cost Lucas 6'000'000.-
It was a reasonable price for it's location and size.
He now had around 4 million left to operate the guild and hire people.
Lucas, Tanaka and Keller moved into the building and started discussing how to run the guild and who to hire.
"Alright tell me what kind of people the guild needs. After that I will personally choose among them."
Leah Keller answered.
"Yes sir. What we need right now are accountants, assistants, logistics personnel, receptionists, operations managers, recruiters, a security team, designers, media specialists and most importantly awakened members."
Tanaka responded.
"I agree with Ms. Keller, sir. You should probably look for awakened while we look for the rest and at the end you decide who we should hire."
"After meeting you I have realized that even though you have no experience with these matters, you are intelligent and you have incredible instincts."
"Alright thank you Mr. Tanaka. Let's do that. I already have some people in mind."
"Hoho no worries sir."
Since yesterday countless people had registered at the association as awakend.
From what Lucas found out, there were already over 5000 awakend that were registered in zurich.
'Even with so many awakend, there won't be a lot that have what it takes to hunt monsters.'
Lucas opened his contacts on his phone and started calling people.

Lucas realized not long ago that his unique ability Odin's Eye had other uses as well.
He could discern when a person was being honest or not. He could also tell from their mana what kind of tendencies awakened had.
It was also thanks to that, that Lucas hired Leah and Yuto.
It was the next day already and Lucas was expecting a few people to come meet him today.
Lucas was lost in thought when he heard a knock on his office door.
"Come in."
Grishna, who was standing outside his office came in.
"Master, there is a scrawny boy looking for you. He said his name was Ruben."
Ruben was standing behind her so he heard everything.
He looked embarrassed.
Lucas shook his head at her bluntness.
"Let him in Grishna and you should work on how you speak in front of people."
"Yes master!"
The short 21 year old with light brown hair and green eyes walked in.
"Hey Ruben. Sorry about her, please take a seat."
"Haha hello and that's okay. Thanks."
"Do you own this building? I didn't know you were rich."
"Yes I own it and no I'm not rich. Or at least I wasn't until recently. I still wouldn't call me rich since this building is thanks to an investment."
"Ah okay. So why did you call me Lucas?"
"I am starting a guild. I bought this building yesterday and now I'm looking for guild members. I want you to join Ruben."
"Oh wow. I don't know what to say. Why me?"
"Two reasons. First, I believe that you are trustworthy and second, I believe in your abilities and potential."
"I still need to ask my financial advisor how much exactly I can offer you, but I promise it will be generous."
"You would also be our first official awakened member if you don't include me."
"You can take time to th-"
Lucas was interrupted.
"I accept!"
Ruben enthusiastically shouted.
"Sorry that was loud."
"Haha that's okay. Can I ask why you so quickly accepted?"
"Well, I have seen you fight. You and your summons are by far the most powerful people I have met. And I think you are a good person. You are also smart and I feel comfortable around you haha."
Lucas could see that even though Ruben was nervous, he was extremely genuine when saying those words.
"Thank you and I believe you. Welcome to the guild!"
"Thanks! By the way, what's the guild's name?"
"Helios Guild."
