Ruben was excited to be the Helios guild's first awakend member.
"That's a great name!"
"So what happens now?"
Lucas reached for his phone on the desk.
"Now I call in our financial advisor to figure out your salary and write a contract."
"Okay!"
After finishing all the paperwork, Lucas checked Ruben's stats once again.

"I want you to start training with Krasbert in our training grounds in the basement."
Ruben was a little surprised and nervous.
"Okay I will! Should I call you guild master now?"
Lucas chuckled.
"No. You can just call me Lucas like always."
"Okay I'm glad haha."
Ruben then headed to the basement to meet Krasbert.
When he was about to enter the elevator, he saw Sarah Minho stepping out.
"Ruben? What are you doing here?"
Ruben was taken aback, he was always nervous around Sarah because she was very attractive.
"Oh hey Sarah. I just joined Lucas his guild. See ya!"
Ruben didn't wait for a response and took the elevator down.
Sarah was surprised.
'I suspected it, but Lucas is really creating a guild? I guess he must've made a lot of money from selling monster corpses.'
After meeting with Lucas, a similar process happened. Sarah accepted his offer very easily.
Lucas was surprised by that, but when he used Odin's Eye to inspect her mana he realized how she felt about him.
Sarah didn't just admire Lucas, she was also attracted to him.
'I could use this to my advantage and manipulate her, but I don't see the need for that.'
Lucas also checked her stats.

Sarah interrupted his thoughts.
"So am I an official member of the Helios guild now?"
"Yes you are, welcome."
Sarah gave Lucas a rare smile.

Lucas was surprised by her smile and a little flustered.
"Sure."
"There isn't much to do right now since the guild was just created and we are in the process of hiring a lot of people. You can use the training grounds in the basement if you want. Ruben is there, being trained by Krasbert."
Sarah nodded.
"Okay I will go there."
She left and a few minutes later someone else walked in.
It was Chima Adebayo. An awakened who Lucas also met at his first gate.
Chima was a dark skinned 18 year old. He was tall and athletic. Despite what people thought, he was extremely kind and shy.
Lucas easily convinced Chima to join his guild. Chima also admired Lucas his strength.
"Welcome to the Helios guild, Chima."
"Thank you."

Since this was his last interview this morning, Lucas decided to head to the training ground with Chima to meet the others.

They were now all in the large training ground.
Lucas addressed the three of them.
"I believe introductions aren't necessary. You all already know eachother."
Sarah and Ruben both greeted Chima and they started chatting.
"Krasbert how is it going?"
"I have been going easy on Ruben like you ordered master, but he has no talent in fighting. The girl however has potential, though she can't touch me yet."
"Okay good to know, thanks. Just keep pushing Ruben so that he can at least defend himself better. I'm sure that soon enough he will become a mage or something similar."
"Understood master."
'Though it's interesting that Sarah can't touch Krasbert even with her A-rank sword mastery. Maybe it's because Krasbert's stats are much higher or that her proficiency with the skill is still low. Well doesn't matter, she is incredibly talented and will keep improving.'
"Okay guys. I have to leave and do more interviews. Make yourself at home in our guild headquarters."
They all simultaneously responded.
"Thank Lucas!"

Lucas now had to discern who he could trust among the candidates his general business manager Leah and financial advisor Yuto recommended for various positions.
After a very long day of meetings Lucas finally hired everyone he needed for his guild.
In the late evening they all sat and ate together.
The Helios guild now had over 50 members with 3 of them being awakened.
Lucas also bought a large storage facility for their new logistics center.
At the welcoming party, Lucas had to give a speech, wich he hated doing.
"I welcome every new member of the Helios guild. I have big plans and aspirations for the future. I plan to make the Helios guild the most powerful there is and protect our country from monster. If it's with you help I am sure we can achieve it! Thank you in advance everyone, let's do our best!"
Everyone was moved by his speech and cheered.

They were all excited for what the future would hold.

Lucas woke up in the middle of the night when he heard loud sirens everywhere.
He stood up and walked to his balcony.
While most people would be scared at the sight he was currently seeing, Lucas had a big smile on his face.
There were new gates appearing in multiple places of the city.
