I watched Sebastian leave the room, completely speechless after his ridiculously sarcastic remark about my phone usage and kidnapping. Once the door was closed, I stood up from the couch and pointed my fingers at the door in a petty gesture, knowing full well he couldn't see me.
"Well, it's not my fault that your only form of entertainment is doing illegal stuff and casually murdering people," I hissed under my breath. The ridiculous act actually made me feel a little relieved, and I immediately headed into the bathroom.
I took a fast, efficient shower, desperate to wash away the lingering tension of the past day. Then I walked into the huge, impersonal walk-in closet to get dressed. I looked at the other half of the closet, the section supposedly dedicated to all of my luxury clothes.
