After waking up from a seemingly indefinite sleep. I managed to resist the urge to fall back asleep, stretch my back, and begin to think in my head.
(It was quite dark and the air felt particularly cool.) Not a really important through but in the early morning my mind is quite slow.
I looked around for any monster, but it seems that the areas is pretty chill right now, so I take my time to look at the little snake who was peacefully drooling on my chest.
(It seems like this morning would be fairly calm.)
And so I focused on my personal status which I seriously ignoring the last days.

(Well, it seems I had abilities I didn't notice.)
(Well, let's start with "Exalted Elf." What kind of race is that, anyway?) Immediately after asking the question, a description appeared on the sidebar.

Reading the explanations of this race, all my morning drowsiness instantly disappeared.
As I carefully reread the description a second time and then a third time to be sure of what I was reading.
(If I understand correctly, this race was hunted for there ?)
I thought about it for a long time before arriving at a perfectly logical conclusion for the rest of my life in this world.
(Well, I'll go step by step. First, I have to go to a town or village to find out about the period I'm in. Then I'll decide what to do next.)
(I'll move to Orario and see if I can join a family and receive the Falma.)
(But for now, it's better for me to improve my physical abilities so I won't be to much left behind compared to my Pokemon.)
(Speaking of Pokemon, I have two new eggs... I'll check them later, and continue with the status.)
(Then we have the affinity, which was there for a while now, right?)

(Okay, that doesn't seem very complicated to understand, and it seems like my psychic abilities are the gift of the blessing of Azelf, I'd better improve in that category.)

(Okay, just this last one already gives me a lot of hope for the future. I remember that there are a lot of broken abilities in Pokemon like Moxie and Beast Boost, even though the latter is exclusive to Ultra Beast.)
(So with any luck, I'll find a main ability for combat, another for field control or switch for protection or immunity, and the last one I'll pivot depending on the situation I find myself in at the time.) I thought for a few seconds.

Checking my inventory, I jump out of the tree and decide to take out the baseball bat, the Charm, two bottles of milk, and the map.
Then I take our little leaf snake out of its Pokeball, and it seems she had a good night's sleep, given how energetic she seems this morning.
"SNIIIII---VYYYY!!!" Ivy couldn't hold herself. She started screaming at the sun.
"Good morning, Ivy" I greeted her and gave her a bottle of milk.
"Sni"(≧▽≦)
Ivy returned the greeting by asking for a session of skating her heads. I don't know how I know that but I really love this feeling. While she drinks the milk I take a look
at the map.
So we are not so far from a village, with no name or like it not displayed in the map.
Approximately one or two hours at most in foot and far less in my bicycle.
So the moment I see Ivy end up the milk, I take the bottle back, and give her the Charm Drop for obvious reason.
And I take her in my shoulder like yesterday to be able to scout the area while I'm busy in the road, after a quick scan of the area I take out the bicycle we begin your travel to village.

I stop pedaling to take a break and check the map, then glance at my sentinel, who seems to be looking into the distance for a few seconds before looking back at me for a second, shrugging and heading northeast.
"Have you noticed anything?" I ask her, looking closely in the direction she's pointing, and see a good twenty goblins, and they appear to be kobolds, in the pile.
"It seems we're in company, and there are about twenty of them in this pile, too. What's going on in this mountain.
"I haven't heard of a monster gathering like this in the entire anime, especially currently on the surface!!"
I sit on the bike immediately and start thinking.
In Danmachi fantasy settings, monster drops like a goblin are not so cheap. I may be able to get something with this many and the charm in Ivy.
"Those crystals might be worth something to eat at least."
So after five seconds of deliberation, I made the very logical decision to take down the monster.
"Okay, Ivy, I need you to listen to me carefully right now."
"Sni?" 乁 ˘ o ˘ ㄏ
"Don't worry, when we reach a safe city, I'll reward you with whatever you want, okay, Ivy."

"Okay, it's good to see you're motivated. We'll try to retrieve them under the best possible conditions."

It was another day like any other in Adonis's Village, near the forest of the same name. A forest with a large number of animals and often a fertile ground for monsters.
Yet it wasn't just any village. With around 300 inhabitants, including children, newborns, and the elderly.
The day had just begun for most of the villagers. The merchants were opening their stalls, the guards were swapping shifts for the day around the wooden walls, and the village's hunting team was getting ready to go out hunting and spot potential monster nests on the surface.
Just routine for the village's first scouting team. All skilled, they are called upon in the event of a nest or a gathering of monsters and immediately returns to the village and inform the mayor and, depending on the situation he send the guards and hunters or he latter will hire adventurers or mercenaries from developed towns.
But this morning, it seemed he hadn't even entered the forest before noticing an anomaly. A humanoid being covered in red from head to toe with a confusingly black weapon covered in blood, and a small being that looked like a small lizard covered in blood.
The fastest member of the squad rushed to his village to inform them of the new threat, while the other two monitored the creature's every move, hiding wherever they could.
At that moment, a discussion was taking place between the two suspected monsters.
"Ivy, promise me that the next time I tell you to spam Aromantic Mist, you'll slap me."
