Lucas and Captain Bacher's team all spawned where the gate used to be.
They were all confused by the loud sirens and chaotic sounds everywhere.
The soldiers that were already waiting outside the gate ran towards them.
They explained about the situation with the gates and told them that the E-rank gates just broke.
Captain Bacher was the first to speak up.
"Tell us where the gates are located."
After finding out their locations, they all headed to the nearest one first.

Currently in front of the wolf and goblins forest gate.
The gate was in the middle of a busy street.
People were running around everywhere, screaming and trying to escape.
When Lucas and the others arrived, they were surprised by the absolute chaos.
People were getting killed left and right, either stabbed by goblins or eaten by big dark blue wolves.

'Goblins don't seem to go above level 3. The hobgoblins and wolves are all between level 5-8. Maybe there are higher level ones, but I haven't seen any.'
Everyone immediately started taking action.
'The wolves and hobgoblins might be dangerous for a lot of awakened.'
'But for my avatars they are nothing.'
Everyone was intensely fighting the monsters, including Lucas.
When no one was watching, he let Ghost out to hunt down monsters somewhere else.
'I thought Krasbert might struggle this time, because his overall stats are about the same as the E-rank monsters. But he is doing very well.'
'I suspect it's his natural fighting ability plus the sixth sense skill.'
'But he still wouldn't be able to handle more than two at once.'
'Grishna on the other hand is shooting down everything in her sight without problems.'

Lucas was surprised by how much experience points the E-rank monsters gave.
He also noticed that the blue forest wolves gave a little more because they were stronger.
'It's good that Grishna is targeting the wolves. The others are having trouble against them.'
'Because most awakened still have stats below 20, they are struggling against the hobgoblins. If it wasn't for the ones that have skills, they would already all be dead.'
'The good thing is that most monsters that came out are still normal goblins.'
Currently fighting against the 30 man team, were over 50 level 3 goblins, 13 hobgoblins and 9 wolves.
'With my current stats and skills I am holding up well against the hobgoblins, I even killed a couple of them already.'
Right now everyone was thinking the exact same thing.
'Thank god we have that archer summon with us!'
Grishna needed 2-3 arrows to kill a wolf, unless she shit the right in the eye.
She left most hobgoblins to the others, but when someone was in danger she would headshot them.
'If Ghost was here, he could've made things much easier. But I want to keep him a secret and he is currently hunting down any monsters that wander off to far away.'

30 minutes later.
They have finally killed every monster in sight.
Sadly 3 soldiers that, while most were injured.
Captain Bacher and the others were really upset about their comrades death.
"Damn it! If only we were stronger!"
Michael went to comfort Captain Bacher.
"We did everything we could captain."
Lucas was awkwardly standing to the side.
'Now I really can't let them find out about Ghost.'
Lucas didn't feel anything about their deaths since they weren't close.
He also rarely cared about others. To him this worlds was survival of the fittest.
'As long as I gain power, I don't care what I have to do.'
'Although there are things I would never do, I won't hesitate to kill someone who gets in my way.'
This was what Lucas truly believed in his heart. If it actually ever happened, that was uncertain.
After killing so many monsters, they gained a lot of experience.
Krasbert just made level 9.
Grishna also easily made level 9.
Ghost made level 8. And Lucas now had 11 avatar points.
'I can't wait to evolve Krasbert and Grishna!'
While the group Lucas was with were completely worn out from the fight, there was still chaos in the city from the other two E-rank gates.
Lucas decided that he would head to the next gate. He wanted more experience points.
"Captain Bacher, I'm going to the next gate."
"Oh okay. I don't think my team can follow you. We have to many injuries."
"That's okay. I will see you around, goodbye."
"Goodbye Lucas, good luck."

An hour later Lucas and his avatars killed every monster near the second wolf and goblin forest gate.
This time Lucas leveled up. He reached level 11 and gained to stat points for everything.
And Ghost also reached level 9.
'I am so close to evolving my avatars!'
Lucas was curious why they all needed to reach level 10, even though they had different ranks. But he left that for later.
'Now let's go to the last gate.'
Lucas was really curious what kind of monsters would appear from the beast gate.
After 30 minutes he arrived close to the gate.
He was really excited when he saw all the different types of monsters.
