The flood has mostly been drained out and the rest evaporated, seeped into the ground or stored.
With the help of many Ground and Earth type Pokemons, a Jubilife Water Reservoir has been created.
The appearance of Rayquaza and the whole incident made it an important landmark and attraction.
And after waking up from exhaustion, Professor Rowan is examining me, since Nurse Joy is too busy because of the mess I caused just to get back at that crazy woman.
"Hmm, your body has undergone a lot of changes.
It's not a natural evolution. I don't think it should even be called an evolution.
Your body is almost Electric Plasma now."
"Pachi?"
Plasma is the fourth state of matter. I don't know much in detail, since I only studied science until 10th grade, but in simple terms, it is ionised gas.
Why it isn't considered just gas? I don't have a clue.
Professor Rowan patiently explained to me, and the people gathered here.
"Plasma is considered the fourth state of matter. It is ionised gas. There are two types of plasma. One is super hot. The one created during lightning which conducts electricity.
Because otherwise, air is not very conductive.
The second is cold plasma, often referred to as Electric Plasma because it is the thing that can be used more practically.
Your body is a combination of normal physical and electric plasma. Do you feel that your body is lighter?"
I hopped a bit, and it's true.
"Pachi!"
I think I am about half the weight I was previously! This will mean my speed will increase a lot!
"You have very huge amount of electrical energy. You are constantly emitting strong electromagnetic waves."
"Pachi Pachi?"
"Don't worry. Your condition is stable. Nurse Joy has already given you an okay. You will have to just get used to the changes. Alright. I will go examine others."
Professor Rowan left.
And I turned back to the audience.

Ash and gang. With Raichu sitting on Ash's both shoulders and grabbing his head.
And for some reason, Alain. He looks a bit younger, but I think he is the guy that robbed the Kalos league. I don't know much about him since he didn't really appear in the episodes of XY that I watched, but I did watch Charizard vs Greninja.
And most of them are here to most likely catch me. Except Ash and gang, and probably Paul and probably Nurse Joy's daughter.
First, officer Jenny started questioning me.
"Do you know who set the fire?"
"Pachi! Pachi Pachi Pachi! PA-Chi!"
I told her, and her Pokemon everything that happened, except that I killed that strange woman.
I don't want to get arrested.
And I also asked her about the Gyarados and the Starly group who helped me.
"Arc! Arc!"
Her Pokemon explained everything I said to her.
"So you mean to say that you were being chased by a strange woman with laser that turned pokemons into stone, riding a dragon type pokemon?"
"Pachi!"
"And she—?"
"Pachi Pachi Pachirisu."
I told her that I attacked her using the lightning during the cloud burst. I don't know what happened to her. I didn't really have the time to check.
But I doubt any human other than Ash could survive that.
Cynthia said, "I doubt she survived that. Well, good riddance."
Ash shouted, "Huh? What do you mean!?"
Officer Jenny explained, "That woman was most likely Hunter J. We have found a heavily injured Salamence. She was a notorious Pokemon Bounty Hunter who has stolen many Pokemon."
Oh. So basically a very dangerous Team Rocket.
"Then thank you for taking care of her. Who sets up an entire forest on fire to catch a Pokemon!? She even caused this disaster!
We are lucky that Rayquaza didn't come to rampage.
Anyway, don't worry. You weren't responsible. You were just defending yourself from a very dangerous criminal.
And thanks to you, the petrified Pokemons like Gyarados, a Starly and a Gible were rescued."
"Pachi..."
Logically? Yeah. I couldn't have escaped by riding on Satrly or Staravia.
But it doesn't mean that I don't have any responsibility on the devastation that was caused.
I will never try to use Kirin again.
Officer Jenny left, and I jumped on Dawn's head.
I did not like how others were looking at me.
Cynthia asked her, "Oh, is he your Pokemon?"
"No—"
Suddenly, three Pokemons appeared from her Pokeballs.
"Piplup."
"Buneary."
And, a Pachirisu!
"Chipa!? Chipa!"
He attacked me with Discharge.
Nothing happened to me, since I just absorbed it.
"Chupa!?"
Not wanting to make this guy jealous, I jumped from Dawn's head to Brock's.
"Is he your Pokemon?"
"No. But if you like—"
Hey! What the hell are you saying!?
I slapped Brock's face with my tail.
His Pokemon jabbed him from behind.
And I was about to jump on Nurse Joy daughter's head, but she dodged me.
How!? Is she actually a part Pokemon!?
"I am not saving you! Because of you, Mom's Chansey is unconscious! Cynthia, this is a wild Pokemon!"
I gulped as Cynthia smiled at me. I don't want to be caught by her. I want to go to Kalos and meet Clemont. This plasma thing is too high level knowledge for me, and Clemont is the best person to help me.
"Don't worry, I just want to battle. I am not going to catch you.
Want to fight my Garchomp? He is a ground type, so you don't have to worry about hurting him. You want to test your power, right?"
Come to think of it, she is right!
"Pachi!"
