Rhea stepped into the apartment with slight caution. This was Nathan's place and he had given her a key. Although this wasn't his main residence, this was the first time he gave her so much access into his life since they got together.
She placed her things in the main bedroom beside his and went to prepare some food. When she heard the sound of the door opening, she went out to greet him with a smile.
"You're back."
Nathan frowned slightly but pushed back the dissatisfaction in his heart.
"What are you doing here?"
Rhea paused for half a second before responding seamlessly.
"Nothing. I just missed you so I wanted to come cook some for you. You must be under alot of pressure right now and this is the only way I can help. Should I start serving the food now?"
She walked over and removed his suit jacket, setting it aside, not forgetting to massage his shoulders. Nathan found himself agreeing reluctantly and she beamed as safe led him to the table.
