Lilian walked for what felt like forever, her feet aching in the designer heels Diana had forced on her.
Finally, she reached the address Ellen had sent.
She stopped, staring at the building in front of her.
"Isn't this a bar? Or a restaurant?" Lilian blurted out as she saw the place. The place was actually a mix of both.
Lilian walked closer, her eyes examining the area. Warm light flew from the windows and the whole place had a casual, welcoming vibe.
Nothing about it screamed "emergency" or "on the verge of death."
"What is going on?" Lilian's brows furrowed in confusion. She was reluctant to go inside but still she couldn't just turn back as she had come all this way.
So, slowly, she pushed open the door and stepped inside.
