Bei Shang opened his eyes slowly, he was back to that garden part of his subconsciousness , this place was starting to become a frequent visiting area.
"Taohua…"
Bei Shang sat up and looked around, his eyes came in contact with the Demon God
They stood a distance from him just like that day.
"I can feel strong God energy moving through your body… It's almost as if you're awoken "
"Who are you ? Who am I ? Why do bad things keep happening to me ? Why can't I have a break ? What did I do wrong?"
"Calm your horses…"
"Stop telling me to calm down!!!" A burst of energy came out of his body causing a ripple in the air. His eyes became red and his forehead veins popped out.
Bei Shang rubbed his forehead and lowered it into his hands.
"Just…what the fuck am I ?"
There was a silence between the both of them before the demon god moved beside him and touched his arm.
"Do you really want to remember? If you remember, there's no turning back "
Bei Shang nodded his head.
"Okay then , on the behalf of your Shifu, I'll help you…" They placed a hand on his forehead, their brows scrunched in thoughts "Your seal is already half damaged meaning you can have half of your memories back "
"Half of my memories?"
"Have you been having dreams where you are being called names .. like for example, dreams about the past lives?"
"Yes !!!"
"It wasn't Xua hua thunder bolt that opened it ; it was probably him"

How concidental that he's so entangled with the Storm family, he can't just have a break.

There was a thick silence between them before they slowly nod their head.

"Why ?! Why the fuck can't I have a break from that guy ?!!"

Bei Shang rubbed his forehead again, he let out a sigh and hit the tree again, he let out a harsh groan.
"Before we start anything, I want to ask a series of questions…I want you to be honest with me "
"…. okay "
"What was the past relationship between Nick and me ? "
"You will know when you get your memories…"
"I want to know now , buffer my fall , what were we ? Friends ? relatives ? Lovers ?!!!"
"….He was your fiance "

"That's all I can say for now concerning the relationship between the two of you , if you want to know more you have to get your memories back…"

"I don't agree with this !!! I need to know why I wanted to marry that sonova- " Bei Shang rubbed his chest feeling a little heavy" What's happening?"
The demon god looked up , the sky was starting to rumble with thunder .
"Your seals… "
"What?"
"Just sit down on the floor " They pushed him down and rested his body against their shoulder , with the other hand, they grabbed a wooden stick and used it to stir the water "Close your eyes "
The stirring started to glisten and form images , Demon God whispered words and the images started to come together.

His body felt like he was being lifted off the ground, a while later , his body felt heavy like he was pulled down. His body felt wet , cold and hungry, he felt nauseous, at the same time, he felt tired.
A while later, A voice told him to open his eyes.
He was submerged in a body of water; awareness fed his chill and he could feel himself shivering.
How come he is in the memories himself?
"Right now, you can see and feel what's happening but you can't control it , no matter what you see and how you wish to change it , nothing can be done…. I wish you good luck, when it's time for you to leave tell me okay?"
The chill have steeped into his bones, his bone ached and his lungs were weak , he was starting to lose conciousness when he heard a splash and then he could feel the water rippling like someone was swimming towards him.
There was a warm yet wet embrace around his body before the person pulled him towards the shore.
He was still drowsy as he felt the solid ground beneath his back and the person pressing his chest.
Seeing he wasn't responding, the person swallowed a deep breath and put a soft pair of lips against his.
The stream of air was like a new life , Bei Shang could feel himself taking it greedily. It repeated until he could finally breathe on his own.
He coughed to expell the water in his throat and the pats on his back were gentle. Once it was all gone , he sniffed and rubbed his eyes.
"How are you feeling?"
Bei Shang blinked and looked up , He almost jumped out of his skin when he saw the person staring at him.
White hair , Pale skin , red lips and trademark feature of bright blue eyes.
This was his fucking nightmare, Nick Storm park!!!
But his past self doesn't seem to take him as a threat and even had the courage to hold his hand in gratefulness.
"Thank you "
It was quick almost unnoticeable but he could see the light entering Nick's eyes. It was like feeding a stray dog a piece of meat; he would taste a bit then rub his face in your thigh.
Nick moved closer, his body tilting towards him like a plant going towards the sun . The light in his eyes was getting brighter every second.
"Are you chilled?"
He nod his head.
"Do you need to go somewhere far right now?"
He shook his head again.
"Do you have where to sleep?"
Bei Shang shook his head.
"A girl like you shouldn't be outside " He immediately gathered the stunned Bei Shang into his arms and carried him up " My house is warm , and I have food "
Bei Shang finally couldn't help but ask " Aren't you afraid I'm a bad person? What if I take your things before you wake up?"
"I have nothing of value"
"What about your life then?"
Nick opened his mouth then closed it , then he shugged and still take him home. Bei Shang could swear there was a skip in his step.
All he said was ' thank you ' does he have to be too eager?
He was also a bit like this when they first met. Although Nick approached him out of malicious intent, the light in his eyes were also bright when he decided to follow him home.
He subconsciously looked at the smiling boy. He looked exactly like Nick it's almost unnerving. Even their satisfied expression is the same.
'Does it mean that the black bellied nature will be there too ?'
Bei Shang shivered both due to the chill in the air and fear.
