Her muscles seemed stiff due to the tension of the situation. I almost didn't want to enjoy touching her skin. I stopped massaging her early, and just sat on the ground beside her. Our faces able to see each other.
"Are you already done?" Artemis says, amused and bored.
"You don't even want it. Why are you even submitting to this?" I ask, confused and warm.
"Because you're obsessed with me. And everything that moves." Artemis says bitterly.
"Yeah, but I won't stalk you to the ends of the Earth." I say warmly.
"You stare whenever I walk by. Like all men really." Artemis says, amused and bored.
I sigh, not able to deny that.
"I can't help but stare at all the pretty things. Especially women." I say lovingly.
Artemis chuckles.
"It's why you're gonna die one day if I don't pay attention." Artemis says bittersweetly. "Which I should want cause you helped start a war. But I still like you for some insane reason." she says bitterly.
I smirk, amused and feeling mischievous.
"Keep massaging me. My muscles are sore." Artemis says warmly.
I crawl on my knees back to Artemis's side. And massage her back. With loving circles and love taps. As I massage her, I begin to feel aroused. I risk grazing the side of her breast with a hand. She turns and glares at me. And smacks my hand away.
"You're lucky you get to look." Artemis says with sarcastic bitterness.
I smirk with apologetic mischief. And massage normally.
"Don't do my legs, pervert." Artemis orders bitterly.
I sigh sadly at that. I just do a normal massage to relax her muscles and shoulders. It's all anyone normally needs. Unless they have an extraneous injury. And honestly, massages are unnecessary.
"I knew that, pervert." Artemis calls out amusedly.
I snicker, embarrassed.
"Don't read my mind, that's rude." I say amusedly.
"You do it illegally already. You kept me alive for sex 743 years in the future, you stupid bitch." Artemis laughs.
We both laugh at the absurd fantasy. The fantasy overwhelms me with love. I lean forward, falling against her with my upper half softly. Wrapping my arms around her. I feel the air intensify with heat. I sit back up.
"I guess you didn't like that." I say tensely.
"I don't like being touched like that." Artemis says tensely.
"Why not?" I ask nervously.
"Sex isn't real, Kobra." Artemis laughs.
I laugh at that, my hand on her waist.
"Leave your hand there. We can love each other a bit like this." Artemis says nervously.
I sigh bitterly, smirking amusedly.
"But I've gotten head before at least. It's real orally." I counter, amused.
"Shut up! We just vibe. Sex is painful. We're not supposed to stick stuff in those holes. Not even fingers." Artemis laughs.
I lay my head on Artemis's back. She loves and hates it. She's tensely allowing it. I pet the back of her shoulders lovingly.
"So you really don't even do oral?" I ask, amused and confused.
"Do you always ask such stupid questions?" Artemis laughs, embarrassed.
"I mean, it's just us. You can be honest with me." I laugh.
"I don't even a vagina. A bush grew over it. I'm not supposed to have any more kids. Gaea said so." Artemis says seriously.
… …
"So like, is it a hair bush? Or is it a leaf bush?" I ask, amused and confused.
"I hate you, Kobra." Artemis says with bitter amusement.
I just keep staring at the back of her head. I draw a heart on her back. Silently asking her if it's made of leaves or hair.
"Quit thinking that." Artemis snaps bitterly.
"So what was it like in Greece when you were a Goddess there?" I ask calmly.
"Boring. I was the only one that hunted. That's why I was a Goddess. Everyone else sucks." Artemis says bitterly.
"That's ridiculous, you're just the Goddess cause nobody else did it." I say, bitterly amused.
"They claimed nobody could. Which is annoying cause it might as well be true due to how lazy they all are." Artemis says bitterly.
Artemis shakes me off, and sits up. I get a nice look at her chest. She glares at me while I stare. Then she covers her chest up after 10 seconds of staring.
"I hope you memorized that. I'm never showing you those again. I don't have sex Kobra." Artemis says, angrily stern.
I smile lovingly as I stand back up, and hand her the shirt she took off.
"We still friends?" I ask lovingly.
"We both know it's too weird to be friendship. I'm keeping my distance. I'm married." Artemis says sternly.
I smirk mischeviously.
"That's not true." I counter amusedly.
"Shut up Kobra." Artemis snaps angrily.
She turns her back, puts her shirt back on, and leaves. It was a lovely first date altogether. Even though apparently my dear Artemis is asexual now. A shame but life goes on. I'd gladly cuddle with her any day at least.
But I suppose she's right. I do want sex to be real. And if she doesn't think it's real, she isn't worth my time besides as a friend.
