Chapter 4 - Chapter 2.1 — Eliminating the Hijackers

That puzzled him.

In the game world, yellow typically represented a mission objective. But now that he had returned to reality, why would such a marker still exist? He had already reached the absolute peak—every skill mastered, every artifact obtained.

What kind of reward could possibly remain?

There was no time to dwell on it.

Shaun Cole leapt upward, catching the second-floor railing. With a light pull, his body rose soundlessly onto the upper deck.

The bald, tattooed man roared.

Before they could charge, Shaun Cole moved first.

Both Hidden Blades shot out as he lunged forward—

Slash!

Two more lives were extinguished in an instant.

Only two hijackers remained.

The bald man drew a pistol and aimed it at Shaun Cole.

Bang!

Shaun Cole shifted his body slightly, the bullet grazing past him.

Seeing the strangely dressed man evade a gunshot, terror flooded the bald man's face.

The final hijacker collapsed to the floor, paralyzed with fear.

"No—don't come closer!"

"AH—!"

The bald man's scream echoed one last time…
