Once the infrastructure overhaul was finished, more than ten tons of materials were neatly stacked inside the warehouse, and the entire pocket-dimension instantly felt wide and empty. All the crops—plus the little courtyard—now occupied only a fifth of the available land.
Xiao replanted the vast open space with all kinds of conceptual crops, the majority naturally being those that boosted his three basic attributes.
He also planted a smaller amount of [Flat Peaches] and [Yang Ginseng], the classic items he used to curry favor with the government. Flat Peaches increased lifespan—one peach for one additional year.
Unlike basic attributes, lifespan didn't hit an upper limit as quickly. After all, unlike physical strength, lifespan couldn't be trained. Every moment of living was equivalent to burning one's own longevity. The Flat Peaches merely replenished that consumed lifespan; unless your life had already been fully restored, they would not easily reach a cap.
Yang Ginseng boosted a man's… overall performance. Essentially a natural, nourishing version of the "little blue tablets"—tonifying the liver and kidneys, consolidating essence, and restoring vitality.
One root was effective for an entire year. These were the little treasures the previous Xiao designed for socializing. One gift a year, and it kept the relationships warm for a whole year.
Even though Xiao's main consciousness had changed, he couldn't abandon the existing social network. His comfortable life depended on these "gifts."
After finishing the infrastructure rebuild, Xiao turned his attention to the biggest pillar of his strength—his superpower.
At his current level, his strongest ability was unquestionably his innate superpower. It was the foundation of everything he did.
But this power carried one fatal flaw: Compound V.
As long as Compound V remained inside his body, he would always fear Soldier Boy's energy cannon.
Once hit, all the Compound V inside him would be rendered inert. He would crash from superhuman to an ordinary mortal in an instant—a complete loss of power.
This hidden danger had to be removed. Xiao needed to convert the power granted by Compound V into his own true ability.
However, he didn't dare extract all of it at once.
After becoming accustomed to overwhelming power, losing even a sliver created a suffocating sense of insecurity—like countless unseen eyes silently watching.
So Xiao extracted only one-tenth of his superpower and turned it into conceptual seeds, planting them in the dimension.
The moment he lost part of his power, he tested himself with a light strike—and immediately felt a sharp sting.
He could still absorb part of the kinetic energy, but the effect was drastically weaker.
"Only ten percent missing, and the difference is this big?"
Rubbing his forehead, Xiao quickly calculated how much this extraction had weakened him.
Originally, his skin absorbed 100% of all incoming kinetic energy.
After the extraction, 10% of any attack could now bypass absorption and actually harm him.
"Feeling this unsafe at 90%… If I get hit by heavy artillery, I might be injured. Better to plant only five percent."
After hesitation, Xiao returned half the extracted power to his body.
Even so, that remaining 5%—from a fourth-order ability—could still be split into 500 Level-0 and Level-1 superpower seeds.
This count exceeded the combined total of all his basic attributes.
Just from this comparison, one could imagine how terrifying a fourth-order ability truly was. Even five percent of it could crush dozens of ordinary people without effort.
Those 500 superpower seeds, once nourished by absorbed energy, required only one month of growth.
After another month of digestion and absorption, Xiao could increase the upper limit of his superpower by 20–30%.
This wasn't a minor improvement.
This was a qualitative leap.
In Xiao's own power-classification system, the strongest Supes from the world of The Boys—the likes of Homelander and Soldier Boy—sat at roughly 40,000–50,000 within the fourth tier.
Superman? Xiao didn't even need to think about it. At the very least, Level Five.
As for whether Homelander and Soldier Boy could reach the fifth tier? Xiao had never fought them, so he couldn't say. Judging from the show, both were only portrayed as Tier Two at best—barely stronger than thugs during fight scenes.
The only time they seemed impressive was when dealing with ordinary humans, who were as fragile as dust in front of them.
But portrayal was portrayal.
Budget-limited fight scenes were essentially power rangers costume drama scuffles.
In the real world—where power wasn't constrained by VFX budgets—high-tier abilities could finally manifest their true scale.
And superpowers grown through the dimensional farm were his innate abilities, not dependent on Compound V.
Soldier Boy's energy erasure targeted Compound V only, not the superpower itself.
With his foundation stabilized, Xiao's life became wonderfully peaceful.
His daily routine consisted of collecting harvests from the Dimension Farm and… indulging in outrageous new ideas.
One bold thought struck him:
If every concept that belongs to me can be planted… can I plant the concept of the Dimension Farm itself?
Could he grow a miniature farm?
If not, then at least a key—something he could pass down, letting his descendants expand the farm for generations.
He began experimenting.
After numerous attempts, he actually succeeded: the Dimension Farm could indeed produce concept seeds.
But once planted, these seeds grew only ordinary pocket-dimensions—no farm abilities whatsoever.
Their size perfectly matched the areas the farm had previously expanded.
A complete waste effort.
Still, this had unexpected utility. These newly grown pocket-dimensions could be separated from Xiao's control.
And once he re-integrated them, they automatically merged into his Dimension Farm.
If left detached, they became independent spaces—externally self-contained but still ultimately under Xiao's hidden authority.
Perfect for outsourcing labor.
All he needed was a key granting limited access, plus a bit of packaging and theatrics—then it would be seen as a "bloodline ability."
So Xiao extracted the concept of the Dimensional Key and held the key of the Dimension Farm in his hand.
The idea was perfect.
The concept was extracted.
But the key could not be divided.
Once extracted, Xiao couldn't leave the farm at all. The key was unique.
Fortunately, the Dimensional Key could be planted.
And the crop it produced… was a vine.
A Dimensional Vine.
Once planted in any world, the vine would continuously absorb the time-space power of that world.
The fruits grown on it would each become a Dimensional Key to that same world.
Give one to someone, and they would gain the ability to freely travel through Xiao's pocket-dimensions.
Xiao kept the original Dimensional Vine for himself, then he reclaimed the main Dimensional Key.
