Chapter 30 - The Grand Fall (pt.3)

Kuron and Kuriko stared on in silent shock, observing the destruction that laid bare right before them, the destruction of half the academy.

"This is the destiny we were born with. Every action we take, hurts someone else and in the end...the seed of hatred bares the fruit of our downfall. Though I guess...it all did start with me.."

Kuro stated from the settling dust cloud, his black fitted attire unharmed by the surprise attack.

"We are destined to reign supreme through force. Our hands are sullied with the blood of innocents. I am you Kuron...and you are me"

Kuro continued in finality, revealing to Kuron that his statement from their first interaction was the declaration of truth and not some mere words to falter Kuron's mentally.

"Yeah...I see now. Then let's show this goddess the true meaning of evil."

Kuron stated which shocked Kuriko to the core.

"No way K, you can't possibly believe him-"

Kuriko was interrupted by Kuron raising his hand for silence.

"You've seen it for yourself Kuriko...I'm sorry"

Kuron uttered out in a pained whisper, a single tear falling down his eyes at the recollection of destroying and rebuilding the world. He was truly a monster.

"I'll just have have to bide my time until death claims me"

Kuron stated in finality, a coldness growing in his eyes that snuffed the flames of his morality.

Then in the blink of an eye, Kuro and Kuron was gone.

.

"You want me to be a monster so bad...then I'll truly show you one"

Kuron stated from the rooftop of the collapsing academy, his golden eyes that once held a flame now half-lidded with a profound emptiness.

On the other hand, Kuro sat back and observed the interaction. A subtle grin on his face, his plan was working.

'I can feel a greater power within her. This power... It's similar to my own. I see, so she's similar to Shura in nature.'

Kuron stated within his mind as he leapt down from the rooftop with elegant ease, his feet barely making any sound when landing against the ground.

Then he blurred forward without a moment to waste.

Oka surprised by his sudden initial burst of speed had tilted her head, narrowly avoiding a vertical jab that tore the ground apart from just pressure alone.

She responded with a swift knee strike to the abdomen, successfully landing it but was met with an immediate back fist, forcing her to slightly stumble to the side.

Despite this, Oka regatherwd her balance quicker than Kuron could continue his onslaught, delivering a hook of her own infused with electromagnetic radiation.

The strike landed with success and Kuron was flung to the side and through a tree, flipping himself midair and regathering his equilibrium, landing on the ground with a slight skid.

'hm. That packed quite the punch than the knee strike'

Kuron stated in his mind, his hand subconsciously rubbing against the side of his face that was struck.

'Electromagnetism. Ahhh, she can control more than just radiation now. She can control the fundamental forces of the universe'

Kuron stated within the confines of his mind, glaring at the student council president known as Oka.

Soul Art #2: Distance Erasure

The very conceptual nature of distance within dimension had became obselete. Seed was irrelevant and direction was meaningless.

Kuron now stood on the side of Oka and delivered a lethal elbow, the sheer strength behind this strike had uplifted chunks of the ground, spanning for many yards.

Oka knees buckled from the strike, her center of gravity nearly crumbling and yet she retaliated.

Another hook so intense that it left behind a trail of cosmic radiation, due to the combination of all four forces.

Though before it could land on the intended target, Kuro now stood in front of Oka with one finger held out, halting the strike all together.

"Remember me?"

Kuro asked with a sly grin which made Oka eyes widen in absolute shock, anger flashed in her eyes and she slipped past Kuro's outstretched arm, lashing out with a flurry of jabs.

Unfortunately, Kuro began to block each one while stepping backwards. A mocking grin on his face as he did so, until Kuron rushed in with a jumping side kick to the side of Oka's head.

"A little bit unnecessary~"

Kuro stated with a chuckle, observing as Oka was sent skidding across the ground with no signs of stopping, rolling and skipping across the partially destroyed soil.

"No it wasn't"

Kuron replied back hastily with an impassive expression, seemingly unbothered by the excessive strike.

Law Magic-----

Kuron suddenly felt the very aspect of reality subtly shift, forcing his gaze to land upon an older male teacher who held his hand out towards them.

In the midst of activation, Kuron dashed forward faster than reality could register the magic.

Then in one fell swoop, an entire section of the teacher body was gone. Kuron was then seen standing just a few meters behind the teacher with an unchanging impassive expression.

"W-wha-"

The teacher stammered out in surprise, then fell forward with a thud. Unmoving and lifeless.

The other students and teachers could only stare in fear at the strongest teacher being killed off with ease, opting to simply stay quiet.

The Seventh Celestial Knight; Uri Amando

"Enough of this"

A stern feminine voice declared, earning the attention of Kuron and the others.

Before their very eyes, the pinnacle of humanity's beauty had stood there clad in a magnificent white dress fitted snuggly around her figure. Her hair was long, reaching down to her buttocks and snow white to the touch.

A calm gaze filled her ultra realistic orange eyes that exuded an otherworldly warmth, capable of putting the most vile to ease. Her skin was unbelievably wellkept and glowed with practical divinity.

Kuro raised an eyebrow in amusement while Kuron could only stare at the women in amazement.

"Ah, I guess we are different in that aspect. I remember when I first fell in love, don't get attached. It won't end well"

Kuro stated in a matter of factly tone, though he knew that his warning fell on deaf ears.

"Who are you?"

Kuron finally spoke up with a question, his gaze intense though her own warmth gaze remained unwaivering.

"Uri Amando, the Seventh Celestial Knight. I am the ruler of life, the very reason existence continues to exist."

The women mentioned as Uri declared and as those words left her supple lips, the teacher that laid lifeless on the ground was now filled with life & breathe.

Kuron watched in amazement as the injuries he delivered to the man had been completely healed, bypassing even the conceptual erasure of his power.

All Seven Celestial Knights were gathered in one place once again.
