Chapter 13 - Chapter 13: "We agree to serve master for eternity."

As soon as I spoke, I launched my hand forward as Anti-Magic Beam Emission which I had been readying, openly launched at both of them, whizzing through the air and ripping up the already destroyed land meters beneath. Bleu and Blanc threw up barriers, as Bleu then started to materialise Ice Lance and launched them in succession to slow down the beam, this did not go as planned, the beam seemed to just completely negate the magic once it made contact, eating it up like a meal before continuing on towards its targets.

Blanc shouted quickly to Bleu "Quick! Move! His power is some sort of negation to magic!" Bleu nodded and both of them conjured a few more barriers before empowering themselves with Agility to burst away from the impact site.

Just as they did that, the ground where they were floating above a second ago, exploded with a piercing cry as the mass of swirling anti-magic energy drilled into the spot for multiple seconds before I stopped the skill. Both Bleu and Blanc seemed momentarily taken aback, before Blanc, ever the intellectual, kept a cool head and said to Bleu "That power must have a weakness, we need to most likely override it with more magic power than is used to empower the skills."

As I floated above them, I couldn't help but admire her, she really figured out one of the more glaring problems with my anti-magic. Not like that will help them in this situation, but good on her.

Suddenly, Bleu flies forward and summons countless Ice Lances in the air before they rain down upon me, this must be her Icicle Rain magic. Then before I could act, a torrent of blinding white flames, based upon Firestorm it seems, this has to be her early version of White Flame, swarm me like a wave as I put up multiple Anti-Magic Shields around me and mix in a Multilayer Barrier for good measure. As the attack hit, my barriers and their attacks seem to vie for dominance as the Multilayer Barrier was the first to shatter and the Anti-Magic Shields seemed to be straining under the pressure of the constant magic attack from two fronts, they are not giving me room to breathe it appears. I was not worried, I could see all their actions as clear as day with my Eyes Of Darkness, as I used Multicast to simultaneously summon more Anti-Magic Shields to hold off the attack and then decided to thoroughly crush their spirits, through one of the many anti-magic related skills I had learned over the previous century. This will be the first time I will be using it against such high levels of magic power and attacks, but it should be enough, and after I have used it, the crushing defeat they will suffer and the enjoyment I will get from that will be repayment for making me have to 'prove I am worthy.'

While within a cocoon of Anti-Magic Shields, the world seemed to stop as I said the words "Anti-Magic Element Field" A skill I mastered when I had the idea of an AOE anti-magic skill that can nullify all elemental magic types, it creates a large 10-foot sphere where elemental magic ceases to exist, no matter how much one tries to use elemental magic like Bleus ice, this skill will stay active and cannot be broken. However, it does have the down side of me not being able to use it either, but that does not concern me, considering I have solely been focusing on anti-magic and skill centred combat and the fact that skills that operate using magic can still be used.

This was made and mastered for my eventual fight against Rouge, but I guess I can try it out now and see how it performs.

The world seemed to groan and want to reject this power as if it was abhorrent and unnatural. Suddenly, the magic attacks from the Bleu and Blanc seemed to abruptly stop, I dispelled my shields and looked at them as I stood floating in the air. Their faces spoke a thousand words. Pure and utter shock as they looked around the dark, bottomless abyss like blackness that surrounded us now. I said as I gestured to the skill around us "This is power, not just the power to win but to dominate, easily. That is power. My power. And now, it is time to ensure you both know your place." As I said this, I called upon my most used and favourite skill. "Death Materialisation". As the words left my mouth, the weapons instantly appeared around the sphere in a half circle all pointed at the two women in the the centre, I cruelly said "Try not to die, I have many uses for the two of you." Before I activated the skill with a twisted smile.

One thing I noticed as the beams rained down upon them, was that Bleu seemingly was pushing herself to the extreme, as she was able to summon Multilayer Barrier to try and futilely stop the attack - while physical aura manifested around her like an invisible force and she launched not a elemental magic attack but one created though aura, as AuraBullets shrieked towards me, interesting, maybe this is her going 'all out?' Who knows, it was, at the end of the day, the struggle of the weak in my eyes, as several of the summoned weapons of Death Materialisation came to my side, as if they are like some sort of automatons circling me and mechanically deflecting the aura attacks before they reached me.

Then, with a thought I retaliated... and impact.

BOOM BOOM

SHATTER SHATTER

All the barriers broke a part like ripping through a sheet of paper, as the laser-like beams cut through their bodies and they both physically plummeted onto the ground below, I stopped the attack after this, I do not want them to actually die. It would be annoying having to wait for them to revive.

Smoke wafted up into the air as I dispelled the Anti-Magic Field, and somehow even Hell seemed to be bright, like there was a blazing sun in the sky, I squinted reflexively, as I made my way to the ground. I walked over in measured steps to the two otherworldly powerhouses, that I just made look like a couple of children playfighting their parent.

They were groaning and coughing, I took in their damaged and defeated forms and once again basked in the sight as I closed my eyes and the euphoric feeling washed over me, this time, however, it seemed a little diluted, I thought they would do more? Or maybe I am just that more powerful now since facing Vert? I know Bleu didn't go all out, well until the end, maybe she thought I really might kill them.

I bent down and brushed the hair from Blancs noble visage, before saying in a low eery rumble to the both of them "So, that was your best?" Blanc spoke up, healing herself as she tried to regain her noblewoman persona "Speaking for myself, I did not push myself fully, however, I already knew as soon as we both came together and launched a combined attack on you, that could have demolished a mountain, and your shields absorbed it like it was nothing, that was the moment I realised, that you were not taking us seriously, and as such, knew we had lost. The rumours, if anything, do not do you enough justice." After the slightly analytical and thought-out answer from Blanc, Bleu simply replied in a composed tone as she also healed herself "I don't usually try that hard, but at the end when you used that power, whatever it was that took our use of elemental magic from us, making us feel like mere mortals, and then the thousands of weapons pointed at us, thinking this might actually be it, I pushed myself, fully using all my power, but it was still not enough, that power, it is suffocating..." She seemed to slightly shiver as she finished talking.

I nodded lightly at both their words and then stood up.

"Now, I guess I will take your actions and words as a sign of fealty and submission? Kneel now, or I will simply remove you from the board." I said this with the sort of finality that came from someone that held the power of life and death, they both looked at each other and seemed to come to a silent understanding, as Blanc stood up elegantly while brushing off the dirt that had found itself on her, and Bleu reluctantly followed, as she could see from my demeanour this was not a time to complain. Before they both fell onto a knee and said in unison "We agree to serve master for eternity."

"Haaaaa...." This... right here.... makes up for my earlier dissatisfaction, this feeling of complete and utter domination of powerful and arrogant entities through pure power, now that is the good stuff. I, centuries ago, naively thought that I would 'build relations' even if it took centuries, or that I would maybe 'fit in' now that I was no longer human and finally experience what I was robbed of on earth. Emotions, relationships, and normality. But, after making powerful otherworldly beings bend the knee to me after completely crushing them, in what some would say, a humiliating way for someone of their stature, now that, that feeling is something I want and will chase until I stand at the top.

Being 'normal' is overrated anyway, was on earth and it is for sure now. The one thing I have learned since reincarnating and finding myself as one of the most powerful existences in Hell, is that 'normal' is only what the powerful say it is.
