Lily instantly rushed over to Vivian, and the Dragon Queen held her daughter's tiny little hand in hers as they both walked into the castle.
However, Aster remained still, and Vivian noticed this, so she stopped and turned around, locking gazes with him.
Aster looked up and slowly opened his mouth to speak. "You promised to answer every single one of my questions once we arrived at your castle. We're here now and you still haven't done that."
"I know, love, and I will, but first we must eat," Vivian replied with the same charming smile on her face.
She was pleased to see that Aster was slowly beginning to feel comfortable enough to look straight into her eyes.
At first, he had looked confused when he had seen her and that was quite understandable, but then he became worried and scared, especially after he discovered that she was a Dragon Queen.
To be honest, Vivian regretted revealing her identity to him so soon, especially when considering how it had affected Aster.
But when Aster saw Vivian protect him from the pterodactyls and even Sara, a part of him had instinctively become more relaxed around her and Vivian was pleased to see this.
After all, hurting him or Lily was the last thing on her mind, and if anyone so much as thought of doing something harmful to them, they would instantly be reduced to nothing by her hot lava.
With this calming thought, Vivian maintained her relaxed smile as she called out to Aster. "Astaroth, I want you to know that I intend to keep my word about answering all of your questions. Once we've all eaten, you are free to ask me whatever you want, okay dear?" Vivian brought her hand forward and beckoned him to come closer.
Since Lily was already holding on to one of her hands, Vivian wanted Aster to do the same with the other so that she could have both of them on either side of her as they walked into her castle.
Due to everything Aster had seen and experienced so far, Vivian wouldn't find it surprising if he still decided to keep a safe distance from her. Therefore, she wasn't really expecting him to hold her hand, but she decided to try, and she knew she wouldn't force him to do what he didn't want to do.
However, to her surprise, Aster willingly walked up to her and took her extended hand, leaving Vivian speechless.
In fact, she instantly became filled with a huge sense of happiness and Vivian's wide smile became even more dazzling.
Lily couldn't help but smile as well and she poked her head out from Vivian's side to flash her big brother a cute, innocent smile.
Seeing this, Aster couldn't help but feel touched by all the warmth and feelings of happiness he kept receiving from both ladies.
It felt completely strange to him, but it was something he knew he could definitely get used to and he subconsciously smiled in return, causing both Lily and Vivian to rejoice internally as they received their first display of warmth from Aster.
"Alright, guys, let's go in," Vivian said happily, and Lily nodded excitedly as the three of them entered the castle.
As they walked into the castle together, a blue screen suddenly popped up in front of Aster, and a string of words was displayed on the screen.

And it worked, because Vivian smiled back before returning her gaze back to the path in front of them.
Meanwhile, Lily noticed the two exchange smiles and she couldn't help but smile warmly as well.
