"Now that you know how you and Lily got here, would you prefer to go back to your world or would you rather stay here with us?" Vivian asked and the room suddenly turned silent.
"You are willing to let me go back?" Aster asked in reply.
"If that is what you desire, yes. But the choice ultimately remains yours."
The room turned silent once again as Aster pondered deeply about everything that had led to his current situation.
Starting from his encounter with Lily at the hospital, to the moment he got shot and finally how he arrived in a supernatural world with a cool system by his side.
With everything he had experienced so far, going back home was the last thing he wanted to do right now.
After all, why would he want to go back home when he now had the ability to grow stronger and level up faster than anyone else around him?
Just by making his new mom and sister happy, Aster's system could help him grow significantly stronger within a short amount of time and Aster knew that his golden finger was simply unlike any other.
So, what more could he possibly ask for?
Moreover, Aster couldn't wait to see what other skills he would be obtaining in the future. Therefore there was no way he would choose to go back when a fun and exciting life lay ahead.
"I'm staying." Aster finally made his choice and Lily's voice could be heard from the entrance as she exclaimed.
"Really?!" She asked as she ran into the room with a huge smile on her face.
She launched herself at Aster and he caught her midair, making the little girl smile even more.
"You're really staying?"
"Yes, I am. Besides, why would I leave when my little sister is still here?"
"I thought that you didn't like it here, and would end up leaving me behind."
"Nah. That ain't gonna happen, little lady. There's no way I'm leaving the cutest sister in the world." Aster rubbed his nose with hers and the little girl giggled as she hugged him back, feeling relieved that he had decided to stay with her.
She wrapped her arms around him even tighter as she muttered loud enough for Aster to hear. "I'm so happy you're here, big brother. Everyone back home always said that demons are scary, but Mama isn't scary at all. She's the most nicest demon ever."
"Yes, she is and she loves you very much."
"Hehehe. I love Mama too, but what about you, big brother? Aren't you scared of her? Do you love her too?"
"No, I'm not scared and yes, I do…" Aster paused mid-sentence when he suddenly heard the Dragon Queen sniffling behind him.
With a puzzled look on their faces, both Lily and Aster turned around to see Vivian leap towards them while crying, with her tears streaming down her cheeks.
*Sob Sob*
"I knew it!!" Vivian cried out happily. "I knew I made the right choice by bringing you both with me." She swiftly embraced them and began crying even more.
After the tears stopped, she started smothering their faces with kisses, leaving several deep red kiss marks all over Aster and Lily's faces.
"No wait!! I can't breathe!"
"Hehehe... Mama stop!!"
"No, I won't!! I love you two so so much!! And Mama is so happy to hear that you both love her so much too, so that means more kisses for you both!"
Vivian showered them with even more kisses, but this time at a speed that made it impossible for both Aster and Lily to even think of escaping her grasp.
*Chuu~~*
"No wait! Time out!! Time out!!" Aster could barely breathe as he tried to escape the barrage of kisses but Lily was simply having too much fun as she giggled continuously.
"Hehehehe…Mama stop!! That's too many kisses, hehehe…"
Meanwhile, Hallie, Sara, and Cara were now at the entrance of the dining room, hiding and smiling as they watched Aster's and Lily's faces become covered by several lipstick marks.
Seeing this, the trio couldn't help but smile and giggle because today was the first time in more than two thousand years that their Queen had ever been this happy.
It was also the first time they had ever seen her cry like that and it really made them happy because they knew that from this moment, the castle would never be dull or boring again.
Meanwhile, the moment Vivian was satisfied with the kisses she had showered upon her children, she cuddled them once more before realizing something.
"Ufufufu– I just thought about something."
"What?" Aster asked and Vivian giggled even more.
"How about we have a little fun before calling it a night, huh?"
"What kind of fun?" Lily asked with stars shining in her eyes and Vivian smiled before snapping her fingers, causing the three of them to suddenly appear in Vivian's large and spacious bedroom.
Hallie and the twin banshees suddenly appeared in Vivian's bedroom as well but they had puzzled looks on their faces as they wondered why Vivian had suddenly brought them here.
However, before they could ask their Queen why she had done this, Vivian suddenly snapped her fingers once again, and several miniaturized portals appeared in the ceiling with pillows of various shapes and sizes dropping down on the floor.
"Pillow Fight!!!!" Vivian yelled as she grabbed a pillow before hurling the first pillow straight at Aster's face.
"Gah—?!" Aster stumbled back in shock and against a soft cushion which was behind him.
He had been completely caught off guard. He swiftly shoved the pillow away with a puzzled look on his face. "Wait a minute... A pillow fight!? Gah!!!"
He let out another surprised sound as a second, smaller pillow was launched straight at him again, and Aster finally stumbled on the cushion behind him, causing Lily to giggle as she watched this.
"Hehehe…"
Meanwhile, Sara and Cara were curious about what sort of game this was.
Since they had never stepped out of the supernatural realm before, neither of them knew anything about the game their queen was playing, but their eyes were practically shimmering with curiosity after seeing how fun it was to throw a pillow at someone's face.
"Oh my goodness? What is this?"
"It looks fun. Your Majesty, can we…?"
But before both ladies could finish saying what they had in mind, Vivian swiftly grabbed three pillows and aimed them straight at Sara, Cara, and Hallie.
"Gah...!"
"Hiyaah...!!"
"Your Majesty, please wait… Gah…!"
All three of them collapsed on the cushion of pillows that had formed on the floor and Lily giggled once again while watching this.
Meanwhile, a huge victory smile appeared on Vivian's face as she yelled. "Yeah!!! This is war!!!"
"War!!!" The cute little girl joined her mother in celebrating.
"Come on Lily, let's form a team and win this battle!!" Vivian yelled once again and Lily instantly agreed.
"Yay!!! Team Lily and Mama!!!" Lily raised her little hands in happiness before arming herself by picking up two small pillows, then she mentally prepared herself for the next round of pillow war.
