On a dark and cold night, a boy sat on a rock in front of a ravine. He had thrown the corpse he had created by killing someone.
He sighed deeply as he looked at the beautiful moons. At that moment, he saw eight, and most of them were different from those on the first day. The fact that he had killed someone terrified him, but he was able to bear it to a certain extent.
After sighing one last time, he stood up and began walking toward the lake, as he still had one more body to dispose of.
When he arrived, he saw Amara standing there looking at Elena, who was sitting with a defeated expression on her face. He tried to hide cautiously, but Amara detected him as if she had radar.
Amara ran up to him and hugged him tightly. "Adriel!" She sounded really happy. "Thank you for saving me. I swear I'll help you more from now on." Amara lifted her head and gave Adriel a genuine smile.
Adriel, on the other hand, felt strange. Even though this situation could be classified as his fantasy where a pretty girl loved him, he didn't feel good. He could only give her a small smile, but his happiness didn't come through; he felt a little empty despite his convenient situation.
He felt that in a normal situation, he would be nervous, excited, or even thrilled, but everything that had happened affected him. "I don't think it's the class..." Adriel felt a chill when he thought that the system could do such strange things as take away sensitivity.
"I have something to tell you." Amara looked more intently at Adriel. "I have a class." With those words, the girl sat down and pulled Adriel down to sit as well.
Adriel sighed slightly and sat down, but when he put his hand on the ground, he ended up crushing a flower, which he ignored as he turned to look at Amara, who was sitting across from him with a smile.
Adriel looked at her out of the corner of his eye, noticing that she hadn't closed her trench coat, so he could see too much of her skin. Although he considered himself a good person, he couldn't help but look at her breasts. "A little more and you'll be able to see her underwear," Adriel thought. At least his emotions weren't completely gone.
Noticing the way Adriel was looking at her, Amara gave him a small smile, then closed her trench coat. "Since yesterday, I chose the class and I can't stop having premonitory dreams." After saying that, there was an awkward silence, as Adriel didn't tell her to continue, but waited patiently for her to speak, so they were both silent for a while.
"The first one was about you. You were standing there, glowing from the impact of what I think was lightning, while a giant thing was falling behind you. Oh, you looked so cool!" A growing excitement seeped through each of Amara's words.
"Ha... thanks." Adriel tried to laugh or feel gratitude for the compliment, but something inside him wouldn't activate.
Adriel settled himself and looked closely at Amara; her hair was longer; her calm and serene expression gave her a gentle calmness; her eyes were dark blue, brimming with life and beauty.
She looked a little taller; her chest, which had always been a source of insecurity for her, was larger; her skin looked smoother, and her complexion was perfect. "She looks very soft." Adriel found himself completely distracted by his friend's appearance, which she was not stupid enough to miss.
Amara didn't let the opportunity pass her by; she got down on all fours and crawled a little until she was inches away from Adriel, who was startled and pulled back, but Amara sat up, getting too close to him and grabbing his chin.
"I'm supposed to be telling you something serious." Under the dark cloak of night, Amara saw Adriel differently; unlike before, he had become attractive due to the two years that had passed in his body. She only knew that he had become skinny and then muscular, but something else she didn't understand affected her.
Amara couldn't take her eyes off Adriel; she got off him and sat a little further away. "Let's continue with my dreams... the second one was about today. A rose broke, and everything around me was covered in blood. I'm sure that, according to that vision, you would die, but it didn't happen. That..." Amara stopped speaking mid-sentence.
Both boys turned to look at Elena, who stood up. Her gait was uneven and clumsy; by the time she reached the young people, she looked on the verge of tears.
"It's impossible to find living humans in this world; I'm sure I'll search for days and we'll only find corpses, so please... I need to be fed. It doesn't matter how, just do it." Elena collapsed. First, she got down on her knees, then she put her head against the ground.
'Complete submission,' thought Adriel. She had clearly lost, so she had no choice but to beg.
The teenager's expression hardened, and he looked directly at the woman begging for food. "How do I know you won't betray us again?" Adriel noticed a small shiver run through Elena's entire body.
Elena crouched down and put her dry hands on her face, pretending they were paws. "I'll be your slave. Unlike a contract, you can set the limits; you just have to keep me fed." Elena tried not to break down.
She felt extremely humiliated, but also lost and scared; she knew she had to survive, and she knew that Adriel could give her that chance; otherwise, why else could her plan have gone wrong?
