Yi Chen falls on the floor. His eyes slowly half-close. His fingers, which were moving slightly, are now completely motionless. His body falls to the floor.
When Xin Ye hears the sound of a second gunshot, she looks towards Yi Chen, who is now dead. What could be more heartbreaking for Xin Ye? Both her friends have died and have left this world.
"Y...Yi Chen! No! Li Hua... Yi Chen....", Xin Ye says and cries. Her heart fills with pain. She remembers that Yi Chen and Li Hua were about to get married, but both died before that. Fate separated them.
Xin Ye feels so weak. She can't take it anymore. Her tears are making it difficult to see clearly. She sees her friends being killed in front of her and she is unable to save them both. Her hands are shaking and she is feeling numb in his body. It's an emotional breakdown situation for her.
Mu Yang stands stiff in his place, looking at Xin Ye, who is crying bitterly. He realises that Xin Ye cared deeply for everyone. She especially liked Li Hua very much because she was her best friend.
"What are you hiding? You even didn't inform me anything? Have you forgotten what I am to you?", Jin Hai asks.
Mu Yang takes a step towards Jin Hai while glaring at him with a murderer look. Jin Hai doesn't like it. He twitched his lips. He points the gun at Mu Yang.
"Sir! Here's a sculpture behind this couch and it's wrapped with a mattress. Maybe they tried to hide it from us.", One bodyguard says.
Jin Hai walks towards the couch. Xin Ye gets up and she runs to stop him.
"Wait!", Xin Ye says while taking heavy breaths.
Jin Hai looks at Xin Ye with a suspicious look. He understands that there is really something special in that sculpture. Xin Ye stands in front of Jin Hai.
Jin Hai puts the gun on Xin Ye's forehead. Mu Yang immediately pulls her and stands in front of her to protect her. His back is towards her and he is facing Jin Hai.
Jin Hai chuckles and then he starts laughing sarcastically.
"Oh! It's the matter! It means this bird is important for you! I knew it! I knew it.", Jin Hai says.
Jin Hai suddenly grabs Mu Yang's neck and starts pressing it. Xin Ye hits on Jin Hai's hand and tries to free her friend.
"If you will kill me then you will never be able to know what we are hiding from you.", Mu Yang says.
Jin Hai leaves Mu Yang's neck and grabs his collar. Mu Yang coughs and wipes his lips.
"You have this much dare to look into my eyes! I will break your ego!", Jin Hai says.
"Jin Hai! Leave Mu Yang! Leave him please!", Xin Ye says. She joins her hand and pleads in front of the mafia.
"Right. I will not kill him but it's you who is going to die next.", Jin Hai says.
A bodyguard grabs Xin Ye's hair and puts gun on her neck. Mu Yang widens his eyes in shock. Right now bith are at gunpoint. If they will do any mistake then they both will die.
"Show me the sculpture!", Jin Hai says.
Xin Ye looks at Mu Yang. Mu Yang nods his head. They both take slow steps and comes near the sculpture. The bodyguards have already taken off the mattress from the sculpture.
He tries to stand the sculpture but it is too heavy. Four tall and strong bodyguards also try to lift the sculpture, but the sculpture does not move even an inch from its place. It seems as if it is stuck to the ground.
Xin Ye looks at Mu Yang in confusion. She knows that the sculpture wasn't too much heavy then what happened to it. The bodyguards tries a lot to stand the sculpture but nothing happens.
"Get aside you all weaklings!", Jin Hai says. He walks near the sculpture and golds it's hand. Then he tries to stand it with all his force. Again the sculpture doesn't move a bit.
Jin Hai lets the sculpture remain on the floor.
"Why aren't you two telling me anything? Tell me what treasure you both found. Tell me!" Jin Hai says.
Mu Yang and Xin Ye stand silently at their place. Jin Hai holds a stick and beats Xin Ye. She shouts in pain but she doesn't speak anything related to Chao Xiang's treasury and Chronofang.
"Leave her! Don't hurt her.", Mu Yang shouts in anger.
Jin Hai doesn't stop. He continuously beats Xin Ye with the stick and then he slaps her. Two bodyguards grabs her both hands and Jin Hai slaps her continuously.
"Enough. I am ready to tell you! If you will touch her again then nothing will be worse then me!", Mu Yang says.
The bodyguards throw Xin Ye on the floor. His mouth bleeds and hair messed up. She lifts her head and looks at Mu Yang. Tension is clearly visible on his face for her.
"Leave me!", My Yang says. He pushes away the bodyguards and comes near Xin Ye.
Mu Yang holds Xin Ye's hand and helps her to stand. Xin Ye holds his shoulder and she gets up from the floor. She sobs because her condition has gotten bad. She is feeling pain in her body.
"A..are you going to take them to Chongqing?", Xin Ye asks while mumbling.
"There's no other option. I can't let you die with their hands.", Mu Yang says and protectively holds Xin Ye.
"If your lovy dovy session has ended so let's come to the topic. Where is Chronofang? I know you are hiding it! And this sculpture is of Chao Xiang. Right! I saw that diary which was burning into the flames. I looked in its page and Chronofang was written in it. You know what I was also finding Chao Xiang's sculpture. Nicol Dao was working for me. But when he cheated on me then I killed him. Chao Xiang's sculpture is here it means you people know about Chronofang too!", Jin Hai says.
