The sky burned orange.Ash fell like snow. And somewhere in the distance, a police helicopter circled above the city — its spotlight sweeping through the ruins of Los Angeles.
Cobra Kai was cornered.
What began as rivalry had turned into bloodshed, and what began as training had turned into war.
Downtown — the battlefield.
Andrea ran through smoke and glass, her throat raw from shouting."Hawk! Kenny! Robby!"
Gunfire echoed. Screams cut through the night. The streetlights flickered out.
Bodies of both Miyagi-Do and Cobra Kai littered the ground — motionless silhouettes in the rain.
Kenny stumbled beside her, panting, his shirt torn and blood running down his arm."They're everywhere! We need to—"
Before he could finish, a loud crack — a bullet hit him square in the chest.
Andrea froze.Kenny's body jerked backward, his eyes wide, breath caught halfway through a word.
"Kenny!" she screamed, catching him as he fell to his knees.
He looked at her weakly, whispering, "We… were supposed… to win…"
And then his eyes went still.
Andrea's hands trembled as she pressed against his chest — blood pooling between her fingers. Her screams drowned under the storm.
Kyler appeared, limping, his arm broken, his face cut. "Andrea—where's—where's Kenny?"
She turned, her eyes blank.
Kyler saw the body. His breath hitched, and he clenched his jaw. "No… not him too…"
He barely had time to move when a flashbang exploded nearby — Miyagi-Do and Iron Dragons soldiers rushing the street.
Kyler roared, picking up a metal pipe, charging at them despite his injuries. He swung, screaming like a madman, taking one of them down before three others tackled him to the ground.
"NO!" Andrea yelled. She tried to reach him — but another explosion ripped through the street.
Kyler's body hit the wall. He didn't get up.
Andrea covered her mouth, sobbing.
Robby arrived out of the smoke, blood dripping from his forehead."Andrea!"
She turned, her face streaked with dirt and tears. "They're dead! Kenny, Kyler—everyone's dying!"
He grabbed her shoulders. "You have to move! The cops are closing in!"
But Andrea didn't move. "We can't just—leave them!"
"Listen to me!" Robby yelled. "We can end this! But not if you're dead too!"
Behind them, gunfire flared again. Police lined up across the street, shouting warnings through megaphones.
Andrea raised her hands. "STOP! We're not—"
BANG.
The shot tore through the air.
Robby's eyes widened.
Andrea blinked — the world froze.
Robby stumbled backward, a dark stain spreading across his chest.
She caught him before he fell, her hands shaking violently."No… no, no, no… Robby!"
He looked at her weakly, blood on his lips. "I told you… I'd protect you."
Tears fell from her chin. "Don't talk like that—don't you dare talk like that!"
He smiled faintly — then his eyes dimmed.
Andrea screamed, clutching his body as the police advanced.
From the alley behind, Johnny arrived — too late. He saw Robby lying motionless in Andrea's arms.
His heart shattered. He dropped to his knees, crawling to his son's side, shaking him. "No… please… not you, Robby. Not again…"
He pressed his forehead to Robby's. "I'm sorry. I'm sorry for everything, kid…"
Andrea stared blankly at them both, the sound around her fading to a dull hum.
Then — another voice.
"Hawk!"
Hawk came sprinting out from behind the cars, bleeding, his eyes wild. He saw Andrea and Johnny crouched over Robby.
"What the hell—what happened!?"
Andrea shook her head, trembling. "They shot him…"
Before Hawk could speak, another barrage of gunfire erupted.
Johnny shouted, "GET DOWN!"
Hawk turned, shielding Andrea instinctively. A bullet hit him in the side.
He gasped, falling to one knee, but still tried to stand. "I—I got you…"
Andrea's eyes went wide. "No—Eli, stop!"
Hawk smiled weakly, blood staining his lips. "Guess I finally… did something right…"
He collapsed into her arms.
Andrea's screams echoed through the street, raw and broken.
Johnny looked around — the sirens closing in, Cobra Kai's bodies everywhere. Hawk. Robby. Kenny. Kyler. All gone.
Andrea clutched Hawk's lifeless body, her voice hoarse. "No more! PLEASE, NO MORE!"
The police kept firing.
Johnny stood up, rage flooding him. He stepped into the open, arms wide. "STOP IT! THEY'RE KIDS! JUST KIDS!"
The gunfire slowed, then stopped. Smoke lingered.
Andrea fell to her knees, shaking, surrounded by silence and death.
Later —
The city was quiet again.
The sun rose behind the wreckage — a broken dawn over broken people.
Daniel and Chozen walked through the streets, seeing the aftermath — Cobra Kai's flags burned, their students gone.
Amanda trailed behind, crying silently.
Paramedics loaded bodies into vans. The police stood nearby, hollow-eyed.
Johnny sat against a wall, Robby's Cobra Kai headband clenched in his hands. He didn't move.
Andrea stood alone at the edge of the street, staring at the sunrise. Blood, rain, and tears streaked her face.
Every scream, every fight, every name echoed in her head — Miguel, Hawk, Robby, Kenny, Kyler, Mitch, Bert.
Everyone was gone.
She turned her head slightly as if someone called her name — but there was no one left to call it.
Her voice cracked. "They taught me to strike first…"
She looked at her bloodstained hands. "But they never told me what it would cost."
The camera pans upward — the city skyline engulfed in smoke.
And as the wind carries ash into the sky, the faint echo of Johnny's voice fades in:
"Mercy's not weakness.Mercy's what makes us human."
Fade to black.
