The Valley — Midnight
The flames devoured everything.
Daniel LaRusso's tires screeched as he pulled up to the front of Miyagi-Do, the rain doing little to stop the inferno. Amanda stumbled out of the car after him, her voice shaking."Daniel— oh my god… the dojo—"
Daniel froze. The fire's reflection danced in his eyes. Smoke curled around the broken gates. Every step closer, his chest tightened. He could barely breathe.
Chozen ran up from the side street, his soaked shirt clinging to him. Sam followed, clutching her side, still weak but determined."Dad! What happened?! What the hell happened?!"
Daniel didn't answer. He walked slowly toward the dojo, his shoes sinking in the mud.Inside, everything was burning — the pictures, the scrolls, the bonsai trees, the floorboards that Miyagi had walked on.
He dropped to his knees. His shaking hand reached toward the flames, but Amanda grabbed him back, tears spilling down her face."Daniel, no— it's gone. It's gone."
Daniel's voice cracked. "He built this place… he trusted me with it. Now it's—"He couldn't finish. He punched the ground, the rain hissing around him.
Chozen stood silently, his face stone cold, but his eyes glistened. "Whoever did this," he said lowly, "they have declared war on the spirit of Miyagi-Do."
Sam covered her mouth. "No… this isn't just random. Someone did this on purpose."
And as if the fire itself whispered the answer —Andrea's voice echoed through the night in Daniel's mind.
Balance doesn't exist anymore.
Somewhere Outside the City — The Hunt Begins
Andrea sat on the edge of a cliff, the night wind whipping her hair, her helmet tossed beside her. She stared down at the city lights — the same city that took everything from her.
She could still feel the heat of the fire on her hands.
Her phone buzzed. A Cobra Kai group chat — now only a few left online.Messages from unknown numbers flooded in:
"Cobra Kai is dead.""You'll all pay.""The world's better without you monsters."
Andrea smirked bitterly. "Monsters, huh…"
She stood, putting the helmet back on. Her reflection in the visor looked less human, more shadow. She revved Hawk's motorcycle and whispered, "Let's hunt."
Her first stop — the Miyagi-Do safehouse where a few students were said to be hiding.
Meanwhile — Across Town
Johnny Lawrence's face was on every TV screen in every bar, diner, and police station.BREAKING NEWS: Former Cobra Kai sensei wanted in connection with the murder of John Kreese.
He sat in a dark alley, bruised and exhausted, watching from the small TV through a bar window. His knuckles were still red from the fight.
He muttered to himself, "Couldn't even die with peace, huh, Kreese?"
Sirens echoed in the distance. Johnny grabbed his bag and started moving through the back streets, avoiding headlights. Every step felt heavier.
He didn't regret killing Kreese — but he regretted everything that led to it.The kids.Cobra Kai.Robby.
His phone buzzed. Unknown number. Voicemail. He hesitated, then pressed play.
Robby's voice filled the silence. "Dad… I tried to stop them. I tried to make them listen. I can't fight anymore. I'm done, Dad. I'm tired. I just— I wanted you to know I'm sorry."
Johnny froze, his breath caught in his throat."No…" he whispered. "No, please no."
He staggered back against the wall, dropping the phone. The voicemail replayed, Robby's voice breaking again and again.
Johnny's legs gave out, and he fell to his knees in the rain, gripping his head. "Goddammit!"
He slammed his fist into the concrete. "I can't lose him too!"
Police lights flickered in the distance. He stood quickly, running toward his car.He wasn't going to prison — not yet. Not until he found out who burned Miyagi-Do.
At the Ashes of Miyagi-Do
By morning, the fire had died.Daniel, Amanda, Chozen, and Sam stood among the ruins. Smoke rose from the blackened wood. The air reeked of loss.
Daniel crouched beside what used to be Mr. Miyagi's photo — now a smear of ash. His fingers trembled. "He… he taught me peace," he whispered. "And I taught my students to fight."
Sam rested her hand on his shoulder. "Dad, this isn't your fault."
"Yes, it is." Daniel's voice broke. "Anthony's gone. Miyagi-Do is gone. Everything I believed in… gone."
Chozen looked up toward the horizon. "Then we start again. But first — we find her."
Amanda wiped her tears. "Who?"
Chozen's jaw tightened. "Andrea."
Elsewhere — The Streets
Andrea pulled up near a small store — her target's hiding spot. She walked in silently, her footsteps echoing.Inside, a few Miyagi-Do students froze when they saw her.
"Andrea…" one of them stammered, "What are you doing here?"
Andrea smiled faintly. "Finishing what you started."
The door slammed behind her. The screen went dark.
Meanwhile — Johnny's Escape
Johnny drove fast through the mountain roads, sirens fading behind him. He clenched the wheel, the radio static buzzing. His mind replayed Robby's voice, Kreese's death, Hawk's laugh, Miguel's smile — all ghosts haunting him.
He muttered, "I'll make it right. I don't care what it takes."
He drove into the mist, chased by red and blue lights — but what chased him most was guilt.
Back at the Ruins
Daniel stood alone, staring at the sunrise. The valley was quiet — too quiet.Amanda came beside him. "What do we do now?"
Daniel looked at the ashes one last time."We rebuild," he said quietly, "and pray that whatever's left of Cobra Kai… burns itself out before it takes more lives."
But deep down, they both knew — it was only beginning again.
