Flint's Pov
Two days have passed, but this woman has not regained consciousness since then. Should I do something about it? Hm, I Am very worried. I look at the figure lying on my bed. I stare at her for a bit and suddenly an idea pops up in my mind!
"What if I spill hot water on you? Ah! That would wake you up, no doubt about it." I burst out into such a boisterous laughter, then let out a sigh.
"I wouldn't want to ruin that pretty face of yours, do I?" I sat beside her, combing her hair as I hummed.
"Hm?" I caressed her cheeks. I didn't notice the beauty marks before. I moved closer to take a better look, my face just inches away from hers.
"What a beauty." I caressed her face, my eyes glued to her. This is the first time I've seen such beauty.
"I was not planning to hunt that time, you know, but you just suddenly came to me and made a scene." I paused for a moment. She looked so fragile while sleeping. A lovely view for me. I couldn't help but smile.
"What a nuisance you are."
"You could've ignored me." I pinched her cheeks gently, trying to wake her up. But you are not gonna wake up, eh? I giggled. So cute. She must be really shocked.
"You are the first person who approached me without an ulterior motive. All I can see in your eyes at that time is pure curiosity. I know for sure that you are not like the others. Those lowlifes. Hmm~ Maybe I should have asked you to come with me. You'd probably agree without a doubt. But I am not a gentleman. And I hate the idea of me asking everyone a favor."
Now, I am a bit curious. If I ever ask her to come with me? I wonder what would be her reaction and what would her answer be like? Nevermind. We'll be seeing each other everyday now, so there's no problem.
"Hmm" Oh! She's waking up!
"Mm?"
"Good morning, milady!" I greeted her with a cheerful smile. Her eyes widened in surprise.
"You-" She quickly gets up, causing our heads to bump.
"That hurt, you know," I blurted dramatically.
"Y-you were too close," she said in a low tone, her cheeks were flushed. What an adorable little dove.
"Apology, ma'am" I said, then bowed a little. Looks like she was still having an aftermath of what happened.
We were both silent for a few seconds until her eyes widened. She had a frightened look on her face. I love that look. It is always fascinating to watch someone else looking like that. I couldn't help but let out a small laugh. Before I fixed myself, and spoke.
"I'm not going to do anything, don't worry," I assured her, but the look on her face explains that she doesn't believe me. She opens her mouth and asks me questions.
"Where Am I?"
"My condo." I answer quickly. This is making me excited. I wanted to play with her~ Let's see what she's gonna do. Do your best, lady.
"Why did you kidnap me?" I hold my chin and look at the ceiling.. A typical question. Haha.
"Please tell me." Desperate, huh?
"Why? What did I do?"
"Why would you kidnap me?!" What a brave woman, even though she was afraid. She managed to ask me questions like this. A smile forms on my lips.
"Interesting." I whispered.
I held my chin once again, thinking of an appropriate answer. I don't want to scare her, but I don't think that's possible right now. I glanced at her emerald eyes looking at mine. She looks so frightened, no matter how I see it. I hummed my favorite song. And I opened my mouth, then I answered her question.
"You left an impression on me, and I think I fell in love with you! I got furious when you said you were leaving, so I thought I'll kidnap you, so we can spend more time together. Ah~ I didn't even get your name. It saddens me. I had to do that to you…"
I explained and tried fake crying with her. This is hilarious. Who would have thought that I would say these things to a woman? I covered my mouth with my left hand, trying so hard not to laugh. You're lucky because I'm not like this to anyone. I am making an exception just for you.
"That's the reason you kidnapped me?" She asked in disbelief.
"Well, yeah.. like I said…"
"There's no way--" She paused.
"Are you fucking serious?!"
Her voice is now shaky. I put my hand on my waist. I looked at her, observing her face. Lovely! We stared at each other. She's not even taking her eyes off me. Hm~~ I took a deep breath before answering her again.
"Yes! It's the best choice. I couldn't think of anything else except for tha-" I couldn't finish my sentence because she cut me off.
"That's sick." Her eyes are full of disgust, and she is now trembling with fear.
3rd Person's Pov
The woman looks at the man standing in front of her with disgust, and now trembling with fear. She couldn't believe her ears, his strong eyebrows and his brown dark eyes gave the man's face an oddly menacing look. The atmosphere was suddenly so tense, when the silence became uncomfortable, the man spoke.
"Please don't make that kind of face. You're scaring me."
"Le-"
"Let me go...." She said, almost a whisper.
"Hm.. Yes?" He asked her teasingly. He like the look on her face right now.~
"LET ME GO!"
The woman screamed, a pleading look in her eyes. The man didn't say anything as he watched the woman get up from bed ,came to him, and knelt down. His eyes widened as he spoke the words.
"What are you doing?"
"This is so wrong….. please, please, spare me."
The woman hated the way her voice trembled. And anger stirred within him. The brunette swallowed down his frustration before he spoke.
Flint's Pov
I took a deep breath, trying to calm myself. She's desperately begging for mercy. This woman is getting on my nerves. Should I just kill her? No. It would be a waste.
"Stop for a second, okay? " I said in a serious voice.
"Why? Why are you doing this?" Her voice was shaky. I stared at her blankly. Putting my left hand in my eyes, I tried to suppress myself.... but,
"Muahahahahaha!" I couldn't help it in the end. I ended up laughing like a maniac.
"Why? You asked?" I knelt down and cupped her cheeks.
"You are the one who approached me, remember?" I looked at her face. Her eyebrows rose in surprise. She quickly averted her gaze so I lifted her chin and studied her face.
"Look into my eyes."
"Hm?"
"N-no. " She is so afraid and can barely speak. Looks like a lost kitten. Adorable.
"Ah~ This is making me sad. You were so happy back then, but look at you." I paused.
"Ugh-!" She gasped. I put my hand around her throat, holding it with some moderate pressure. Trying not to choke her too much. She tried to say a few words, but failed. Tears started rolling down her cheeks.
"I'm really trying not to kill you." I said, sounding rather irritated. The room is filled with silence until my phone rings.
"Oh, that's my phone." I let go of my hand without looking at her.
"Get up. You don't wanna hurt your knees, do you?"
"Would you prefer if I force you?" Ha! She completely ignores me. That can't be helped, I guess. I just picked up my phone and went into my room.
"Hello?"
"[Took you so long to pick up.]"
I checked my phone history. There's one missed call from him. Haha, I didn't even notice. Was I too focused on that woman? I opened my mouth and finally answered him.
"Ah, it's you. Why did you call me Zoro-san?"
"[I have some business for you.]"
"Hm, who is it this time?"
"[The CEO of xxx, he is quite the stubborn man, he's getting on my nerves. I want him dead.]" I can feel the annoyance in his voice. I hummed as I listen to him.
"[I want you to assassinate him as soon as possible.]" He demanded.
"[I will message you the details later, okay then-"]
"Ah! Wait, Zoro-san."
"[What?"]
"Is it really urgent?"
"[I wouldn't call you if not"] His voice sounded sarcastic just now. You piece of shit.
"I am afraid that I must reject your offer today."
"[And why is that?]"
"You see, I have to take care of very important business."
"[Is that so? What a shame.]" The disappointment in his voice makes me happy.
"Would you like me to call someone?" I ask, already know the answer.
"[I don't trust anyone except for you, forget it. Call me when you're done with you business.]" A smirk formed on my lips.
"And of course." Then he hung up the call.
I threw my cellphone on my bed and took the lighter from the side table and lit my cigarettes.
"Now, let's see. What should I do with her?"
