I awoke to small object bouncing up and down on my chest. In my mind I heard a small childish voice.
"Get Up! GET UP! I wanna go kill some Ants!" Anastasia wined in my mind. Sighing I locked eyes with the small spiderling, well small compared to her siblings at least with most of them being level 5's with a few of them being level 6.
"Okay, okay Im getting up, let's eat some breakfast and then let's go. After I got, up I easily restarted the fire using some of the coals left behind by last night's fire. The smell of cooking ant soon filled the cave. Soon enough I was eating ant kabobs, to describe the taste they were kinda earthy, but also had a tang of sour at the tail end. After my breakfast I made sure to maintain my gear, sharpening and cleaning knives to wiping down the inside of my my leather jacket, when I noticed the inner lining of the jacket which had been made of polyester had replaced with silk.
"Oh, yeah I hope you're not mad, our silk is magical so I figured it was In upgrade" Anastasia said, and I wasn't mad honestly I was stoked as the silk was really nice and would be super strong. Inspecting it I Saw it's name had changed as well.

[Arachnid born Jacket]
Half Step Rank Two Uncommon Light Armor
This Jacket once a bikers favorite jacket now bathed in flames and maintained by [Squire-Prodigy] and used consistently by a Daemon has now had its inner lining replaced with silk from a [Spiderling Matriarch] who is also a Divine Companion.
Effects: [Thermal Flux Resistance], [Superior Material], and [Arachnid's Touch]
-[Thermal Flux Resistance]
This item tries to keep the wearer at their preferred temperature although this is severally limited in particularly hot or cold environments.
-[Superior Material]
This item is made out of semi magical materials, and as such the magic has leaked into the non-magical components making the item stronger.
-[Arachnid's Touch]
This item has been partially restructured to house a secret compartment that partially warps space allowing a spider to hide it in.
...
The [Thermal Flux Resistance] was more of a quality of life effect than anything else. The [Superior Material] in the other hand was amazing for me as it made it an actual piece of armor. Finally [Arachnid's Touch] created a warped space that would allow Anastasia to hide in it, which could come in handy. I did think about using [Sanctify Item] on if but I needed to save up my Divinity just incase someone prayed to me in need of saving like Mr. Brown did.
Anastasia climbed up my like and disappeared in the folds of my jacket. It was nice and smooth and was even slightly warmer then the caves. I turned to my spider army, yesterday I had make sure that none of them died as deaths on our side weaken us and strengthen them.
"Alright remember don't let them swarm us individually they are weak but together they are strong, we are stronger as force then we were yesterday and they are weaker however they still massively outnumber us is you are about to get swarmed communicate to Anastasia and I'll come to your rescue, now let's kick some Ant butt!" I yelled through the mental link, a symphony of bloodthirst and cheering thoughts echoed throughout the bond from the spiders.
Yet when deconstructed the barricade there was no massive army of giant ants, their was no corpses and the once Bustling Ant metropolis was dead silent. We navigated, through the tunnels slowly as spiders began to weave just incase this was trap. Eventually though we cleared the whole city, there were about ten different entrances and exits were they could have possibly gone.
"Hey, Anastasia do you know where other possible ant fortifications could be?" I asked the small spider.
"I mean the Ants had four major cities as you call them spread across the caves, but without counting this one there are supposed to be two left though we never found them" she explained.
"What happened to the other one?" I asked her.
"Oh, that was their Old Capital City of sorts, but the Cave Bear destroyed it" ah well shucks, I didn't want to send out scouting parties as we couldn't afford to lose numbers if they were ambushed and I could Only be in one place. I had an idea.
"Hey, you guys drag off the ants you captured and go back to your cave where your Matriarch can keep you guys safe, me and Anastasia will scout out and find the next target." I explained Telepathically to the Spiders they moved into action dragging off their provisions back to their cave. It was just me and Anastasia now, and I picked up a rock and with my enhanced memory began to make a rough map of the caves marking the area where the Spiders are and the abandoned Ant city.
"Okay Anastasia, can you point out where the [Serect Bosses] are?" I asked and Anastasia climbed out of her compartment and up on my shoulder.
"Aren't we trying to find the Ants first?" She asked confused.
"Well my logic is, that the ants would have there cities close to a food source to hunt but far away from predators like the Mushroom." I elaborated.
"Oh, yeah that makes sense, and let me correct some of these caves" she said before hoping down and began to draw out a pretty defined map of the caves with little symbols of the different factions. I noticed some pretty big gaps in space, I saw an area right next to the rats that looked like a prime spot, and as well as a location that created a perfect highway if you include their 'old capital' right next to the bunnies.
"I circled the rough locations of where logically speaking the Ants should be" I explained to Anastasia.
Let's a move out! We erased the dirt map, and Anastasia climbed back in her department and we where off. The closest was the one that fed on the rats. I heard skittering a few times however I managed to avoid defection, only a few times did I have to destroy a guarding squad. Eventually, I came to a unused cave entrance overlooking a massive Ant City and I even saw ants that appeared to be refugees from the last city. Mentally marking the location I carefully doubled back to the caves retracing our steps.
Once we got back Into telepathic range we alerted the other about the next target and our plan to attack from above.
Me and my army crept silently through the caves making our way back to cave overlooking the enemy city.
"Alright on my count we jump down and cause as much havoc as possible and destroy enough infrastructure to make them scatter hopefully it drive them into their enemies territories and just like that boom they die." I explained my mind reaching across to the small army amassed before me. With Anastasia safe and sound in my jacket I jumped down to the cavern below.
The spiders used their strings it safely descend whereas I came down like a lighting bolt. I crashed into an arena of sorts and started swinging.
In my left hand was [Goblin Bane] and in the other my [Daemonic Club]. I tore through the hastily made [Lesser Myrmidon Warriors] ranks. Meanwhile Anastasia gave commands to her siblings guiding them and coordinating their efforts while I made my self be the most destructive force as possible wrecking any possible uniformed resistance.
'there's a resistance forming in the Southern district' she said into my Mind and I zoomed off my legs carrying me. There I saw an ant labeled [Lesser Myrmidon Commander] and blasted through his ranks of soldiers and soon enough he had fallen. It went like that for sometime and with the spiders successfully barricading the exits it became a slaughter.
Until finally the last Ant had fallen. I checked my suspended system notifications.

Well that was amazing news, the Divinity definitely felt amazing as my stores of divine power grew. The title was more funny than actually helpful. Finally the level up was pure gold as I got 5 stats per a level.
I quickly dumped a stat a piece into wisdom and intelligence. As well as into Strength, Durability, and Agility. I braced myself as the power from the system grew inside my chest and spread out. My mind split and grew, and various past experiences flashed through my mind things I could have done differently. Then like waves lapping at a shore it faded away at the burning of my body being reforged in hell fire. It took awhile for the pain to recede, and I felt unbelievably strong and fast as I far into the superhuman levels of power and abilities.
It had taken us roughly six hours of fighting and tracking to find all of the ants trapped in here with us. With this as the perfect place to sit down and rest. I fished out my two class stones. The [Smith] and the [Cave Gardener] I could slot both of them and I would still have a class slot to spare. My [Squire-Prodigy] class was already turning into a Combat centered class as well. [Smith] would allow me to craft my own gear and gear for my compatriots, and also little spider plate armor for Anastasia which would be so cute! [Cave Gardener] would allow me to slowly improve the plants and natural treasures like [Wanders Companion] as well. Also It wasn't unfeasible that I could get more class slots. I focused on the [Smith] Class stone and notification popped up.
