My work on the trap was well underway, while my [Geomancy] hadn't leveled up yet I was still hopeful. Essentially what I was doing was compressing the rock mord dense and hence take up less room, then I would transfer that density to rock further and further back. This would also have the side effect of making the rock harder to break enhancing the usefulness of the trap.
Periodically, the Spiders would bring more moss and other flammables onto the floor. The new followers I had received from Mr. Brown had been praying to me regularly, which was nice as each time it granted a single point of Divinity. Mostly they asked for guidance and some basic stuff. Which was nice, whenever they prayed for guidance I could nudge them along for free which is what I did the most. Funnily enough Mr. Brown prayed to me to complain about how they kept on asking him questions about me.
I had even learned a bit more about Daemons as when ever they talked over there nightly camp fires they would sacrifice a bit of their food to the fire. Which I could taste which was weird and afterwards I could listen in on their conversations.

"So, I'm curious the only Daemon I know of is Kien and you all seem to now a lot more" Mr. Brown asked.
"Hmm, well Daemons act either as Independent entities such as Kien, or they act as Agents of Higher level Divines such as Gods, Titans, Primordials" a well spoken middle aged man said his ears poking out from the blonde foliage of his hair.
"Hey, quick question is Charon Real?" He asked.
"Yes, I assume you are talking about Charon son of Nyx, Daemon of River crossings and the Dead." The same elf replied, his name which I heard from his prayers was Na'olx
"Eh, I don't know about all that, does he sit in a canoe and give the dead a ride across a river" Mr. Brown replied.
"Basically, and he serves Hædun a Greater God of the Dead, and Charon receives a stipend of Divinity for his service to Hædun" another voice piped in, he was something called a Palekin basically a very pale hairless humanoid under the name Xercen.
"Hmm I thought he served this guy called Hades—" Mr. Brown said before Na'olx cut him off.
"Your world knows of a dead god?" He said, pulling out his notebook.
"Gods can Die?" Mr. Brown asked.
"Well, its more accurate to say, cut off their connection to the mortal realm and then without worship or anyway to gain Divinity they slowly shrivel up." Xercen explained.
"What do you know of Hades?" Na'olx asked pencil at the ready.
"Uh, you're better off asking Kien, he was into this type of stuff." Mr. Brown replied.

Snapping out of the vision, luckily when I did that I still managed to continue my task. I had made a room about 40 feet long and 20 feet wide.

It was a small change but a welcome one, I felt a change in the process just a little bit.

It took three days, to make enough room for the trap, essentially what would happen is that the spiders set up web trap right above the the fire and would ensnare the giant ant. From there I would essentially make sure the thing died. Then while that would be happening the Spiders would spread out sealing the Ants in the cavern. Then I would wipe out everything in the cave. It was bedtime, unfortunately sleep was still a requirement. Before that though I had enough Divine power saved up thanks to my group of followers. They had battled a mini-boss and I had blessed with a blessing of Protection. As a thank you they sacrificed its heart to me, which while a little barbaric I wasn't about to complain after seeing that I got 50 Divinity out of the deal.
Pulling out, [Persephone's Timepiece], [Flameborn Jacket], and [Goblin's Bane] I blessed all three of them.

It did cost me a lot of Divinity but it was well worth it. Ready for tomorrow I tucked my self in after a hearty ant stew and fell asleep.
I awoke the next morning with a start, I got up made myself breakfast and roused Anastasia.
"Hey, boss!" She said while tucking into an ant. I finished breakfast and began the final preparations. Using [Spark Creation] I was going to set the flames as soon as the Ant Queen bust through the thin layer of rock.
Moving out to the Cavern I knew that roughly 20,000 thousand ants remained which was perfect. Sprinting I began to batter down the walls. Each one of my hits shaking the walls. There were hints of panic above the wall. There was scrambling as ants desperately tried to respond.
Then I heard or more accurately felt it, the change in wind pressure as the Giant ant flapped its wings. Looking up I saw, and now for the risky part. I Nobely (get it) ran the fuck away, as I heard the Ant gain on me. Bobbing and weaving as fast I could, making it seem like I was desperately trying to get to exit; however right in front of the 'exit' I was trying to get to was the trap.
Running as soon as I reached the approximate position needed I turned around making it look like I was about to fight. The giant ant landed right in front of the area, it's giant beady black eyes stared at me. It zoomed forward, right as it did the stone gave way, in a panic it tried to secure a grip. Using my club I batted away it legs, reaching my hand out I activated [Spark Creation] and a rain of spark flew from my out stretched hand. The moss which had dried out flared an angry red. Screeching the creature tried to escape but the spider's webbing ensnared it. As it tried desperately to move as it's underside was being cooked steadily by the flames. Jumping I brought my club down on its right wing. It screamed in outrage, as tried even harder to escape its prison of my making. I continued to batter its wings severing it ability to fly.
I moved onto its next wing, and I continued to evade its attempts at vengeance as its left wing lay broken. Next I moved onto a small piece of its Carapace. I bashed it repeatedly, creating an opening for my new and improved dagger. I stabbed it repeatedly, as the cursed energy took hold. Jumping out of the hole I watched, as It slowly stopped struggling and stopped moving.
Then a single leg raised above the hole and it slowly crawled out. As I tried to bash it back into its hole it side checked me into the cavern wall. It's under side nicely cooked, the curse energy slowly growing. Even died it was perfectly content taking me down with it.
[Knight's Intuition] flared as I dodged out of the way, a pincer where my head had been. I bobbed and weaved like a game of cat and mouse but the cat has cancer and the Mouse is just trying to make it.
I only managed to get a few hits in, and while I managed to dodge the deadly blows it still managed to hit me.
I was slammed into the ground, I quickly scrambled to my feet. Luckily Anastasia, helped me out by distracting the ant long enough.
I tried to get it back into the hole, but that pony had one trick. It was slowing down, as when ever the curse energy started to disperse I would hit it one more time empowering the cursed energy.
We battled on the out skirts of the city, my spider allies keeping the remaining ants busy.
After three hours I was beat, and while the ant could barely move its once powerful body its eyes still flared In lure hatred. Raising my club High I began to batter its head into the ground until it actually died and I received a notification.
