" I really want to cry." Raven said helplessly lying on the floor. Lynx also sat down with an aim to be useless. At that moment there was a knock at the door. Raven stood up and slouched to the door.
" Amina!! Salama Alaikum!"
" Walaikum as_salama."
" Hi." Lynx greeted her.
" Hi." Amina replied with a genuine smile. She then entered the apartment.
" WOW! This is the first time your apartment is as clean as it is now." Amina said sarcastically putting the casket of fruits she got down. She was someone who couldn't just visit someone empty handed. Some thing she inherited from her parents.
" Yah, and it's all thanks to this girl." Raven said with a sigh.
" Oh, I'm Amina by the way." Amina said to Lynx.
" Lynx."
" Lynx?" Amina laughed. She then looked around the house and then at the two and sighed. She then stood up and started searching the apartment.
" What are you searching for?" Raven asked her.
" Any creature apart from you. There is no way this mess was done by a human."
" So you're saying I'm not human." Lynx murmured. Amina looked at her and smiled.
" Oh, I didn't say that. How can you make such a mess if you're a human."
Lynx's eyes become red. Amina smiled and teased.
" Why are your eyes red? Let me bring a brush and wash your eyes."
Lynx at this extent felt like she would beat her ass.
" One more word...."
Raven cut her sentence " Shut up."
She then walked to Amina and said dramatically," Honorable guest , What do you want to take?"
" Let's clean up first." Amina said with her usual calmness and immediately busted into laughter for a moment and turned serious in another.
" I didn't come here to clean up your mess, Y'all should be grown ups and be clean. Look, look, clean this house." She said moving around in the living room.
" You can't be seriousky telling us what to do." Lynx said and Raven immediately smacked her head.
" What?!!"
" Do as you're told."
Amina helped them. They laughed, told jokes and after they were done. Amina told them she had some where else to be.
" Can't you wait for lunch?" Lynx asked.
"Nap." She replied shaking her head and then they escorted her to the bus stop. They came back after she had entered the bus.
" I liked her." Lynx said with a smile.
" It's all thanks to her I'm still alive. She doesn't say many words, but her deeds surely does. If only all people were like her." Raven said with gratitude.
" All people can't be the same. It wouldn't be surprising if she herself thought she wasn't good enough. Her heart is a treasure ..." Before Lynx could continue a slap was heard. In front of them was a girl slapping another. It was Clay slapping Akila who was on her way to visit her brother.
" My hand slipped." Clay said arrogantly.
" Thank God it's not your brain." Akila said calmly and tried to move forward but Clay blocked her.
" You're such a lowly pest who knows no..."
" Please let me pass."
" No. Hear me first."
" Do you find it funny to cause such a commotion in the road?" Raven interrupted.

" I'm a cop. According to the laws , bullies spend five years in prison." Lynx threatened and Clay looked at them with disgust and stormed off not knowing she was the one who was saved from Akila.
" Kids these these days." Lynx said with annoyance.
" Are you okay?" Raven asked her with concern.
" Yeah, thanks." She told them politely bowing and then continued on her way
" She might be one of your neighbors." Lynx told to Raven as she was on the same route as them.

" Lance! No. Maybe Aidan. No way that polite kid cou..." Lynx said until she saw the girl clinging on to Lance.
" Why were you late?" Aidan asked her as Lance was patting her Head.
" I was lost." She lied with a cute smile.
" Lost?! That is not amazing for someone who walks with closed eyes." Lance teased.
" Closed eyes? I have big eyes! Like those of a hawk." Akila said.
" Hawks don't have eyes." Aidan said dramatically. Lance and Akila looked at him immediately.
" What?" He asked.
" You're sick! Hawks have eyes."Akila exclaimed.
" You want us to bet? Let's ask Lance." Aidan said looking at Lance." What do you think?"

" These idiots. No wonder you call an egg a chick." She scolded as they walked to the apartment. When Lance was opening the door. Akila saw the two ladies who had saved her and waved at them with a smile. They waved back. She then walked to them.
" Ah, my name is Akila. I guess you're new here." She said scratching her head.
" Yeah , we're new. " Raven said.
" Those are my brothers over there. I bet you know them." She said calmly.
" We don't know them." Lynx said.
" It's the first time I'm seeing them." She added. Akila then turned to look at them just to see a deadly look at their face. She gulped and turned to the ladies.
" I'm really grateful for your help back there. Good day." She said with a bow and went.
" You really ain't good with living well with others." She said with extremely disappointment.
Aidan glanced at her,"How comes?"
" Your neighbors doesn't even know you. Let's go to greet them."
Lance felt annoyed," How many times are you going to greet them. Just go and cook. Nothing else."
" Me cook!" She laughed." You've puked your brain out. Who told you I came all the way here to cook for you?" She added lazily sitting in the couch.
Miles sighed." That purple head of yours must be deceiving you that you are now a grown up. "
" Let the kid rest. They've got exams...in the next few days."
" There is still a month before exams start." Lance said.
" A month isn't that big. We still have some topics we hadn't studied yet . And our English teacher has gone missing. We have studied English atleast five times in this term."
" Your teacher has gone missing?" Aidan repeated.
She simply replied ,"Yeah." And then they realized Lance's expression wasn't just right.
Aidan felt worried," Are you al.." Before he could finish talking Lance started screaming in pain holding his head like crazy. They all panicked." The fuck is this?"
