Opening Theme Song "Perfect Strangers" by Deep Purple
The next day arrived fast, bright with the new sunset cascading across the blue sky. Kimora stood on the porch behind her bed, overlooking the scenery of the lotus garden and inhaling the sweet scents from the garden.
"Woo… Miss Kimora, you look beautiful in your new uniform," Wuba exclaimed as she hovered close to her. Kimora's face slowly broke into a slight smile.
After yesterday's events, Wuba-fa brought her uniform to her the moment she returned from dinner. The dinner had filled her memory with lingering eyes and murmurs directed towards her, probably because she was the only Dark race there.
Her uniform, a brown coat with a milk-colored top and flair-skirt, together with marching leather boots, stood out with her neatly done hair. All thanks to Wuba-fa's craftsmanship.
Kimora took a step from the porch and walked back into her room. "Thanks, Wuba," she said to Wuba, who flapped her tiny wings beside her as they walked back into her room.
"You're always welcome, Miss Kimora," Wuba confessed in a happy voice. "Now, let's get you to the training ground," Wuba informed her.
Kimora raised her brows at that. "Training ground?" she asked, perplexed. "Yeah, let's get going," Wuba suggested and began to flap out in a hurry.
…..
"WOW… The scenery here looks amazing…" Raj exclaims with his mouth wide open. As the six of them walk through the path that leads to the training ground. His eyes sparkle, filled with admiration.
The training ground is a vast landscape facing the waterfall. The ground is beautified by green carpet grass. "Woah… this is the true definition of nature's beauty!" Elsa exclaims as she jumps around in excitement.
"You can say that again," Raj adds, nodding his head in agreement.
"Everything about this place speaks ethereal," Kim comments unconsciously as he admires the scenery silently.
"Even the fresh air is breathtaking…" Raj expresses himself with his arms spread wide open in the air, his eyes closed, feeling the beauty of nature.
Kimora, on the other hand, curves her lips into a wide smile as she watches the others express their thoughts about the vast landscape facing the water, with stones laid across the ground as a path.
The other two individuals silently observe the training ground, their faces neutral of any expression. Luna crosses her arms below her bosom, thinking silently.
Suddenly, the stones laid as a path below the waterfall shook incredibly, catching them off guard. "What's going on?" Elsa shouted in a rasped voice. Her heart dropped to her stomach.
"Stand down, everyone. I don't know what's going on," Kimora said in an anxious voice.
The six of them fell into a straight line, facing the stones that continued to shake continuously.
Their new uniforms fluttered under the impact made by the force below the waterfall. Different expressions painted their faces.
They watched as the stones started to rise up from the ground, creating a formation in mid-air and slowly conforming together before breaking into eight parts, facing them.
Eight characters appeared on the surface of the stones, shimmering with lights of different colors.
Next, it felt like time stopped, and what used to be the flowing waterfall made a path.
Two figures in white tonic robes with dragons inscribed on them walked through the path created and descended like gods.
The six of them had their mouths open, filled with bewilderment at the situation. Kimora stared at the two figures seriously. At once, she recognized one of the figures as Master Li, the ever-stoic lady, and the other person, Seventh Master.
Master Li scrutinized them with her hawk-like eyes. Her expression slowly turned into a deep frown.
For no reason, Kimora swallowed unconsciously
. "Spirit Guardians!" Master Li suddenly shouted.
The six individuals exchanged glances, skeptical of the situation and how to respond.
Sixteen round ball-like creatures immediately teleported in front of them, including Wuba-fa.
"Spirit fairy guardians, report to masters," They all chanted in sync.
In a cold tone, Master Li queried them. "I see that some of your caretakers are not present yet. Why is that?" Her cold voice reverberated throughout the silent training ground.
Four colorful round ball-like creatures flapped their tiny wings and hovered in front of them immediately, lowering their heads in a funny posture.
"Masters, it's our fault to be blamed for our young masters' negligence of time," they pleaded at the same time.
Kimora and the rest had complex looks on their faces. The stones were still shimmering with colorful lights.
"Ridiculous!"
Master Li berated, fuming in anger.
"There's no need for long talk; you'll all be taking the thunder whip as punishment!" Master Li declared, making all the round ball-like creatures screech in fear.
The thunder whip is said to be an ancient immortal artifact that can kill one at a spot. And they were not ready to lose their long lifetime of cultivation.
"Masters, have mercy on us," The four of them begged, including all the round ball-like creatures.
"Insolence! Blame your masters for bestowing this punishment on you all, not us!" Master Li continued.
Kimora dragged in a sharp breath and took a look at Wuba-fa, who continuously shook in fear, and returned her sight to the Seventh Master, who never said a thing since both of them descended through the waterfall.
Master Li slowly raised her right hand, and a black whip appeared, shimmering in thunder light.
She raised it, ready to strike the round ball-like creatures.
Feeling anxious, Kimora found herself standing in front of Master Li, a gap away from the rest of the six, breaking the straight line they had made.
The others looked at her wide-eyed. Different thoughts circled in their minds. Kimora stood her ground with her back straight as she stared directly at Master Li, hiding her growing nervousness.
"Don't you think it's unwise to punish others for another person's wrongdoing?" She asked in a crisp voice.
Wuba-Fa had been nothing but good to her; she couldn't watch them get punished unjustly.
Master Li narrowed her eyes on her. "And who is the wise one, you?" Master Li asked.
"Don't twist my words. But the ones who broke the rules should be dealt with, not the innocent," Kimora suggested. Master Li raised the corner of her lips into a smirk.
Interesting! She thought.
The other individuals had unspoken expressions on their faces. "How brazen of you, young Lady!" The Seventh Master said after a long silence. His face beamed with a meaningful smile.
Master Li let out a scoff and queried her. "You don't know the offense of talking back to your masters?" Kimora was taken aback by the question.
"I… I don't mean to. But punishing them doesn't sit right with me!" She blurted out.
"Really? How brazen?" Master Li commented.
"Then you all will just take the fall!" Master Li said with a smirk.
"What?"
The rest of the transmigrants were forced to scream. Their eyes mixed with terror as Master Li raised the thunder whip high to strike everyone of them as punishment.
"Wait, you can't do this!" Elsa suddenly said.
"Watch me!" Master Li retorted.
The thunder whip sparked with lightning as it curled up in the air, ready to strike anyone present.
The air suddenly erupted with a strange bliss, slapping everyone off their balance. A male voice accompanied it. "Master Li is punishing people unjustly, again."
Upon hearing this, Master Li struck the thunder whip on the waterfall instead. Water splashed up into the sky due to the force.
A white lion with wings flew down from the sky and descended onto the ground on all fours in front of the masters. A young man lay lazily on it. He had half of his face covered with a silver mask.
"Brother, you sound like you care if she killed an ant," Another familiar voice said with sarcasm.
Kimora and the rest of the transmigrants turned their heads toward the voice of the other. Only to see Young Master Dylan striding into the training ground with confidence, like he owned the place. His blazer swept the ground behind him.
"Tsk, I wouldn't want the Old Master's years of effort to be put in jeopardy," his brother, who was still lying on the back of the white lion, spurted.
Master Li only gritted her teeth and flung the thunder whip back.
"Fang Young Masters, you are late. What do you have to say?" Seventh Master asked the twin brothers with the corners of his lips raised in a smirk.
