Chapter 5 - Chaos in the training ground

Opening theme song: "Viva la Vida" by Cold

"Fang Young Masters, you are late. What do you have to say?" The Seventh Master asked the twin brothers with the corners of his lips raised into a smirk.

Dylan exchanged looks with his twin brother Jaden, who let out a snort beneath his half-face mask. With practiced ease, Jaden got down from the huge white lion, rubbing its back gently.

"Do accept our apologies for turning up late for the introduction," he expressed, the sideline of his lips tugging into a meaningful smile as he glanced up to meet the eyes of their sect masters.

Then he turned around with his arms crossed behind his back and slowly said word by word, "Between Us And The New Taoism Bloodlines," as his glazing eyes through the silver mask traveled among the transmigrants, intently studying each of them.

His lips curved into deep smiles the moment his gaze fell on Kimora, who stood out with her skin color and still stood in front of the others. "Impossible brute!" Master Li cursed under her breath.

Seventh Master glanced at her and back at the audience, expressionless. "No need to prolong these issues. Let's get to the main reason why we are here today!" Seventh Master informed.

"Not so fast, Seventh Master. I'm yet to say hello to the unique Taoism bloodline in front of me," Jaden declared in a strange, cold voice. Kimora flinched suddenly at his words and took a step back.

Since the arrival of these Fang Masters, especially the one before her, something didn't feel right. "Chaos after chaos. First, it was the damn crazy woman, now another tsundere duo," Raj said in a hushed tone, enough for his fellow transmigrants to hear.

"Not to mention that Kimora has almost gotten us all in trouble!" Luna retorted with a harsh scoff. "Don't be selfish, Luna; someone still has to step in even if she didn't," Elsa scolded her.

"Who is the one going to? You??" Luna retorted in a mocking tone. Raj couldn't help but roll his eyes at their outburst. Seriously? He didn't say a word, but his expression said it all.

"You both should shush it! We don't know what the hell this place is and why we all are here! And here the question we are battling to find out has been pointed to our face!" Kim reminded them all.

"Shit, did he just call us The Taoism Bloodlines?" Raj blurted out. "I heard it. Loud and Clear!" Elsa added.

"Tsk, not to rush things, bumpkins! Sooner you all know your roles in this world, better for all of us!" Dylan spoke out behind them, making them look over their shoulder.

Reminding them all that he was still there, he walked past them as they made way for him. He stopped next to Kimora, who was still standing in front of his twin brother, who kept his glazing eyes on hers.

Dylan sized her up a thousand times, scoffed loudly, and turned to face the rest of the transmigrants. "Accept my unsaid apologies, Masters, for my next actions." He suddenly said, making Master Li roll her eyes in annoyance.

Smirking, the Seventh Master asked him to go ahead with a nod. "Listen up, transmigrants! From the moment you entered the Lin Yang sect, you are no longer your old selves. But The Taoism Bloodlines. Which automatically means you have become my she-di 'junior'. Who will cultivate and fight against the chaos of the demon lord and return peace to the realm."

Dylan explained in a loud voice. Even though he had to play along and work with them as his twin brother told him, he hated to admit it. Apart from him and his twin, who were direct bloodlines, he couldn't accept why the Taoism Bloodlines had to be from other races.

"This is insane!" Raj muttered under his breath. The others tried to digest what they had just heard. They understood that more was still to come.

"So, how does all this concern us?" Luna retorted in sarcasm. Dylan cocked his brows at her ridiculous question.

"That's what I keep asking myself as well. How do you all relate and become the next Taoism Bloodlines?" Dylan rebuked with a mocking tone.

"Brother, I think you have said enough!" Jaden suddenly said, his glazing eyes on Kimora, who was also fighting internally not to lose her composure in front of the crazy man whose face was covered with a mask.

Dylan glanced toward him and Kimora. His face turned into a deep frown. "Don't tell me you have already gotten smitten by this bitch!" Dylan couldn't help but ask, irritated.

"Enough of the banter…" The Seventh Master cleared his throat and interjected. Master Li, on the other hand, pissed at her limits. Fling her arms and

Mounted on one of the rocks, in the mid-air seated cross-leg with her eyes closed.

"Bastard!" Kimora slowly muttered in a deep breath.

"You all can go ahead with whatsoever!

I got things to discuss with the beautiful Taoism bloodline." He countered.

In a blink of an eye, he snake his strong arms around Kimora's small waist and flew on top of the huge flying lion and it took them away.

"Ah! You let me down!" Kimora, who was taking off guard, screams and continuously hits the man on his sturdy chest.

Jaden didn't budge and held her waist in place as the huge lion flew away.

"Brother you didn't just… Jaden Fang!!" Dylan screams out loud. The lines on his head popping out in anger.

What the hell did his brother just do? He returned his gaze to his new juniors cultivators. "You all have heard it all. Get your ass ready for our training."

He huffs and flicks his fingers and disappears from there.

Taking a look at the departing white lion, The Seventh Master silently shook his head and glanced at the characters that were still shining on the stones.

Let out a deep sigh.

He glanced back at the new disciples "The Taoism Bloodlines" who had a blanch expression on their faces

He cleared his throat again. "I don't think there's much to say again.

You have heard it all. Retire to your rooms first, and get ready for the guidelines regarding your training." He concluded and started to walk past them.

The Now new disciples who have learnt of their new identity and their purpose they serve, glanced at his retreating back with different expressions.

"Wait, isn't he supposed to go back though the place they came out from?" Raj asks, with his right finger pointing at the flowing water falls.

He unconsciously blinks his eyes as he notices Master Li who was raging earlier

Now sitting cross-leg on top of the stones mid air, and sigh deeply.

"What a day!" He let out in a tired voice. Hands on his waist.

"Indeed," Elsa added as he walked past him with two of her spirit fairy guardians hovering behind her while flapping their tiny wings.

Probably the events of the day still send shivers on them.

"Nobody is saying anything about Kimora, the ugly guy dragged away!" Ohmkatapon queries.

The others just shrugged their shoulders and left with their spirit's fairy guardian one after the other.

"Shit! What a crazy place!" He scowls in a deep frustration and leaves as well.
