Chapter 100 - Chapter 100:

Chapter 100

Abaddon never expected that one random choice could be the wrong one.

Now, he was in trouble.

Not that it mattered too much for him.

"Godzilla is the real problem now—for all four of the Dark Gods."

Among the Chaos alliance, Godzilla had already beaten back every Greater Daemon except Tzeentch. This time, Tzeentch had arrived as well. A towering blue avian figure with the head of a crow and vast wings, staff in hand, the Lord of Change radiated sorcerous power.

Tzeentch's psychic might was immense. Whether Isis could defeat him was uncertain. One thing, however, was clear: Tzeentch was no match for Master K.

The platform of the Blackstone Fortress was now swarming with daemons—an endless tide of Chaos. At the center, the daemons of Tzeentch clashed against the massive Flower Beast.

The lesser horrors of Tzeentch didn't yet understand what they were fighting. They conjured streams of multicolored warpflame, hurling it at the towering, plant-like monstrosity. They thought they could burn it to ash.

That was their first mistake.

Though warpflame was no ordinary fire, it still carried heat and light—and that was exactly what the Flower Beast fed on. With no reactor of its own, it was starved for energy, and nothing tasted better than psychic fire.

The Flower Beast's tendrils swept out, scooping up dozens of horrors—pink, blue, it didn't care—and shoved them straight into its enormous blooming maw. Inside, a Godzilla-like mouth split wide open, swallowing entire clusters of daemons at once.

Compared to it, even a Greater Daemon looked small.

"You cannot intimidate me!"

The Lord of Change spread his wings, voice echoing with unnatural tones. "I see your fate—you will burn in eternal flame. You cannot escape change!"

He tried to summon his full presence, but against the suffocating aura of the Flower Beast, his efforts looked pitiful. He was like a flapping chicken before a mountain.

The Beast didn't hesitate. A massive tendril lashed forward, its gaping maw lunging straight at the Greater Daemon of Tzeentch.

It wanted to eat him. One of the Changer of Ways' chosen generals—eaten like a snack.

Presumptuous! Arrogant beyond belief!

The Lord of Change screeched with fury, staff raised high. He summoned a fireball of warpflame several times larger than himself and hurled it at the Flower Beast.

"Then try this!!!"

The blazing psychic inferno streaked across the platform—only for the Beast to bite it out of the air.

Crunch.

The attack that could have slagged a Contemptor Dreadnought was swallowed whole. The Flower Beast let out a satisfied burp.

"…"

The Lord of Change froze.

Monster. This was no ordinary beast. Even compared to Godzilla, it was something far more terrible.

With a chorus of roars from its many mouths, the Flower Beast's body shifted. Its lower half erupted into a carpet of thick tentacles that dragged it forward like a massive snail, inching toward the Blackstone Fortress' reactor.

It didn't even bother with the Tzeentchian host.

An insult beyond tolerance.

"Don't ignore me!"

The enraged Greater Daemon screeched, wings snapping open as it dove. Other Lords of Change and lesser daemons, for once united, unleashed a storm of psychic flame.

Normally, Tzeentch's servants plotted against one another more than their enemies. For them to work together was a rare sight indeed.

Yet even their combined warpflame couldn't so much as char the Flower Beast's flesh. It ignored them all, hungering only for the energy buried in the Blackstone Fortress.

"This is absurd…"

"Then let it taste the sun itself!"

The Lord of Change tore open a warp portal, reaching toward the star itself—only for another psychic force to slam it shut.

"No…"

Isis's mocking voice rippled through the air.

"Now it's your problem. Don't think you can shake it off so easily."

Her tone was crueler than even the Changer of Ways.

Meanwhile, on Godzilla's side of the fortress, the daemonic tide pressed hard. Eight Greater Daemons of Khorne had surrounded him, axes rising and falling.

Their blows gouged his hide, leaving shallow cuts—wounds no worse than scratches from a blade sharpener.

Godzilla didn't even bother to look at them.

Bloodletters and Bloodthirsters scrambled up his back, thinking they had found a blind spot. They were wrong.

Godzilla was not the same as before.

'Is this still going? How annoying.'

His spines lit up. Radiation surged through his body.

Before the Khornate axe could even be pulled free, a blinding white glow burst from the wound.

The explosion blasted the daemons away like fireworks. Two were obliterated instantly, their forms torn apart, while the rest were hurled across the battlefield.

'Pathetic.'

Godzilla opened his jaws.

The familiar blue light gathered.

The atomic breath roared forth—his signature weapon, his greatest advantage.

The beam carved through the daemonic horde, sweeping across the platform. The stone itself melted and split under the heat. Daemons of Khorne, unprotected from fire, were vaporized by the blast.

One of the Bloodthirsters charged, roaring, but Godzilla simply shifted the beam and consumed it in white-hot light. When the beam faded, only a pool of molten metal remained.

'I am your end!!!'

Godzilla roared, the sound shaking the entire Blackstone Fortress.

"We are your doom!" Isis's voice followed, rallying the reinforcements. "Ancient Blood Guards—crush them!!!"

The lizardmen surged forward, their numbers swelling. Many bore crimson lotus patterns across their scales, radiating divine power. They fought with the strength of vampire gods, standing as the elite among their kind.

The battle raged on.
