It's been a day after the fight with Orochimaru and the group consisting of Jiraiya, Tsunade, Shizune, Naruto, and a sleeping Goku carried on the back of Tsunade. They were finally heading back to Konoha.
Jiraiya: It would be best if we stop to get a break. Since there is a village in the surrounding area, we ought to make our temporary stay there for the day.
Tsunade: No.
The tone of Tsunade's voice expressed both rage and frustration as she responded rapidly.
Jiraiya: Tsunade, we need a rest. We all have been walking for a full day now. Even you need a rest.
Tsunade: I said no, I won't stop until I get Goku to Konoha and straight to the hospital.
Goku was woken up from his sleep and started opening his eyes as a result of the argument that took place between Tsunade and Jiraiya. Goku maintained his silence in order to listen to and understand the meaning of the argument actively. Goku still felt weak and finally spoke in a low and quiet voice but still loud enough to be heard by anyone around him.
Goku: That's enough. Mom Jiraiya is right. We all need to rest, especially you, mom. I might been unconscious for the last day, but I could sense how you were pumping your Chakra into me. You won't last any longer if we continue.
With a smile on his face, Goku raised his head and sniffed the air three times.
Goku: Sniff, sniff, sniff. Plus, there's a hot spring in the village. That would be great for some relaxation for everyone.
Tsunade: but-
Immediately after Tsunade started to speak, Goku interrupted her and cut her off.
Goku: Come on, Mom, it's been a while since the last time we all enjoyed the hot spring together as a family.
Shizune: Goku is right Lady Tsunade. We can use the rest.
Tsunade noticed she was outnumbered and finally agreed.
Tsunade: Okay, fine, we'll make our way there.
Then Tsunade narrows her eyes and looks at Jiraiya.
Tsunade: Jiraiya, if I find out this is just one of your excuses to do your perverted investigation towards your stupid books, I will castrate you painfully.
Shizune: I'll help.
Jiraiya then stood behind Naruto as he laughed nervously.
Apart from Goku, everyone else checked into the hotel later in the morning and was given their rooms. He had hoped to accompany Jiraiya and Naruto but ended up accompanying Shizune and his mother instead; Tsunade claimed he was hurt and needed someone to check over him. Who better than his mother, an expert on medical ninjutsu, so he stayed behind?
Just as Goku was about to relax in the hot spring, he started to get a headache as flashes of his battle began to resurface between him and Orochimaru.
Flashback
As Goku stood in his new form, he looked down at Orochimaru and Kabuto, getting ready to pounce on them if they attempted to make a sudden move without warning.
Goku adopted a combative stance. The distance between his feet was similar to that of a shoulder; his knees were slightly bent, and his arms were extended forward. He is holding his hands shut, and his body is inclined toward Orochimaru.
Kabuto: Lord Orochimaru, I think we should retreat for today. We didn't plan for this.
Kabuto had a worried look and sound when he saw Goku. He took a food pill to recover the blood and chakra he had lost while fighting off Tsunade, Naruto, and Shizune.
Orochimaru: No. We can't leave until I see him in action. I need to see what new ability this form has. Besides, the hellspawn wants to fight. What better way to see what he can do?
Goku then started to laugh. The tone of his voice had altered. It not only had a more robust tone but also resembled more of a feral beast.
Goku: Fight you, no Orochimaru. I want to kill you.
With incredible speed, Goku dashes in the direction of Orochimaru and Kabuto. Even though Orochimaru could hardly jump to avoid a kick from Goku, he was impressed by Goku's newly discovered abilities.
Orochimaru: I must say, you are pretty good you hellspawn brat. But you'll need more if you want to kill me.
As they both landed from evading Goku's kick, Kabuto and Orochimaru ended up landing side by side.
Kabuto: Lord Orochimaru, I think we should retreat for now. With his new transformation, things got more complicated.
Orochimaru: Nonsense. It is the perfect time to do some more research.
Everyone on the battlefield cocked their heads to gaze at Goku as fire shot out of his mouth as he started to beat his chest, and a loud, primal cry resounded through the air.
Jiraiya: Something must be done, Tsunade. Goku is facing a dire situation. He will be an easy target for Orochimaru if he continues at his current pace, as he will exhaust all of his chakras.
Tsunade: I know.
She makes an effort to stand while Katsuyu continues to heal her, but she is still unable to do so because of the injuries she sustained during the battle with Orochimaru and Kabuto. As a result of Katsuyu's healing and the roar that Goku gave out earlier, Naruto is finally starting to wake up.
Naruto: Hey guys, what's going on?
As Naruto starts to look around at his surroundings, he notices the ongoing fight.
Naruto: who's the guy on fire fighting Orochimaru?
No one was answering, and that made him frustrated as everyone was ignoring him.
Naruto: Hello there. Could someone please explain what is going on and who that person is?
Finally, Jiraiya turned his attention to Naruto and responded to him at that moment.
Jiraiya: Goku is the one who is engaged in combat with Orochimaru and Kabuto. It was after he witnessed Tsunade being pierced by Orochimaru's sword that he changed into that.
Next, Naruto takes a minute to grab his chest with his right hand and hold it there for a few seconds. Jiraiya was unable to believe what he had witnessed. There was a brief moment when Naruto's blue eyes vanished, and in their place, the eyes of the nine-tail fox, which are reddish-orange, had taken their place. Fear could be felt running down his spine in the event that Naruto was to lose control and the fox was to take control. All of them would be in a really dangerous situation.
With Goku
As soon as Goku regained his balance, he made a beeline for Orochimaru. However, just as he was about to reach him, a cloud of smoke materialized, and Goku was struck by something with enormous strength. Goku was launched into the air and was able to demolish a few trees as he flew across the field and into the woods. At the moment that the haze is dissipating, a gigantic brown serpent emerges from it. Orochimaru, thanks to the help of Kabuto, he had summoned another snake.

When Tsunade forced herself to get up and made hand gestures, markings started to emerge on her face. She was unable to suppress her emotions anymore.
Tsunade: As the Fifth Hokage, I sentenced you to death, Orochimaru, for the crimes against the Leaf Village. As of today, there will be one less sannin.
Goku was lying on the ground, surrounded by splintered trees, and appeared to be on the verge of passing out; he began to talk to himself.
Goku: well, shit, that hurts. What hit me, and thanks to that, I have regained some control now. I have lost a lot of my chakra. I'm down almost on dangerous levels. I have enough for one more move. Father, if you can hear me, pleaes lend me some of your strength.
As Goku walks out of the forest, he sees the fight between Orochimaru, Jiraiya, and his mother continue.
Orochimaru had wrapped his tongue around Tsunade and brought her down from the top of Katsuyu's head. As Tsunade had been pulled down from Katsuyu, Orochimaru again took out his sword and jumped toward the falling Tsunade, trying to finish her off, this time for good. As Orochimaru near Tsunade, she was able to use her feet to catch the blade and muscle her way out of the bine of Orochimaru's tongue.
Tsunade then smiles, confusing Orochimaru as Goku leaps from behind Tsunade, delivering a spinning hi-kick to Orochimaru's face. As Tsunade is still holding onto Orochimaru's tongue, she pulls on it, forcing Orochimaru to come back towards her. As she readies her right arm and delivers a straight punch to Orochimaru's face, rocketing him down and creating a small crater as he hits the ground hard. Kabuto sees Orochimaru and retreats from his fight with Shizune, and lands next to the snake lord.
Orochimaru: Kabuto, do it; summon him.
Kabuto: Lord Orochimaru, we don't have enough sacrifices to offer him.
Orochimaru: just do it. Let me worry about the sacrifices.
Upon returning to the top of Katsuyu's head, Goku and Tsunade observe Orochimaru giving Kabuto instructions to carry out a particular action. It didn't take Tsunade long to figure out what was approaching next.
Tsunade: Shit, I can't believe that fool is going to call upon Manda. We have to put an end to this as soon as possible, and where in the hell is Jiraiya?
Goku: I can stop them. I have enough chakra for one last attack.
At that point, Tsunade stares at her son Goku and she does it with a worried expression on her face.
Tsunade: No, this form of yours has wasted much of your reserved chakra that has let on dangerous levels. Just lay down and rest. Let me finish this.
At that moment, Goku jumps off Katsuyu's head and shouts something to Tsunade. Goku beams a broad smile at his mother. In the next moment, he starts to spin around in the air, moving in the direction of Orochimaru and Kabuto. A blue sphere is formed on the palm of Goku's hand as he extends his right arm and begins to create it. As a result of observing Goku, everyone starts to speculate that he has also learned the Rasengan.
Orochimaru: It would appear that the brat has also acquired knowledge of the Rasengan. Unfortunately, that is a close-range attack. He will be dead by the time he is close enough to use that jutsu, and after that, I will take his body of his and conduct experiments on it.
Kabuto had finished the summoning jutsu, and then smoke appeared. That's when Goku brought forth his attack, leaving everyone surprised except for Jiraiya, who struggled to summon the Chief Toad due to being drugged by Tsunade the night before.
Goku: THIS ENDS NOW YOU SNAKE FREAK. SPIRIT CANNON!

As Goku draws his arm back, and then he brings his hand forward and fires the attack. A giant blue beam came out of Goku's hand, consuming everything in his path. Manda was just summoned when Goku's Spirit Cannon hits him, and due to not being prepared for the attack, Manda takes heavy damage. Goku landed on the ground on his knees, breathing heavily as he grabbed his chest with his hands and finally fell unconscious.
End of Flashback
Goku stayed silent after receiving all of his memories when he fought Orochimaru. Goku just took a deep breath and stared at the sky.
Tsunade: Are you feeling okay? Is there a problem? Are you in pain?
After hearing his mother's voice calling out to him, Goku turned his head in toward the direction of the person who was speaking and noticed his mother and Shizune entering the hot springs bath while just wearing a towel covering their most intimate areas. Goku thought it was strange that they were there, and the sight of them entering the man's bath came as a surprise to Goku. Standing up, he started yelling at his mother and sister. He was angry.
Goku: Of course, there's something wrong. Why in the hells are you two doing in the man's bath area? Leave before that pervert comes and tries to take pictures.
Tsunade took a deep breath, grabbed the bridge of her nose, and quickly walked toward Goku and hit him on top of his head.
Goku: ouch, what the hell was that for woman?
Another blow from Tsunade is delivered at Goku in a hurry.
Tsunade: Six months away, and you think you can speak to me like that? Plus, you idiot, you're in the woman's bath.
Because of this, he stopped rubbing his head and looked around after Tsunade hit him twice. Goku finally looked around and noticed that there were just ladies in the bath. Almost immediately, Goku's face grew crimson red with embarrassment, and he became aware that he was nude. He then rushed back into the hot springs, lowering himself until only his eyes were visible. Tsunade tossed him a dry towel so he could cover himself and return to the room.
With the sight of Goku's nude body, Tsunade observed that the younger females were blushing. Afterward, Tsunade coughed, which drew their attention and released an aura of killing intent to scare off the young women. In front of all the ladies, Shizune took a step forward and bowed nervously, pleading for forgiveness for the barbaric actions of her family.
Goku was finally able to return to his room at long last. As he fell asleep, he strolled up to the bed and threw himself on it. Thinking back on everything that had taken place since he became a Leaf Village Ninja 🥷, he recalled everything that had occurred.
Goku was roused from his sleep by a resounding commotion that emanated from the outside of the hotel. In the distance, he noticed a couple of dozen shadow clones of Naruto and his mother running on the streets and rooftops. He turned and walked away from the window and towards the door as he wanted to go to the kitchen and ordered something to eat.
Goku: "It's too early, and I'm too exhausted to deal with Naruto's shenanigans at this moment."
Due to his desire to avoid finding out what was going on, Goku made the decision to eat. He then placed an order for room service and ordered two of everything that was available on the menu.
Goku: "We are about more than half a day of walking to arrive at Konoha, but in my condition, it will take us maybe a whole day, if not more."
As soon as Goku heard the knocking on the door, which was an indication that his meals had come, he broke into a wide smile.
