As the day had gone by since arriving at Konoha, Tsunade, and Goku made their way toward the gathering of the clan leaders. Upon their arrival, Tsunade also realized things got more complicated further as she learned that Goku was also being included in the Clan Restoration Act. She tried to convince both the council and clan leaders that Goku should not be placed in the C.R.A., citing the second Hokage's encouragement for the Senju clan to integrate with the Leaf Village rather than remain isolated behind walls from Konoha and its people. Those present were contemplating backing Tsunade, but all of her hope of not having her son be used as a breeding machine was shattered when Danzo rose and declared that Goku was not only a Senju but also a member of the Saiyan Clan, potentially its last surviving male. The legacy of that bloodline deserves to be preserved and revitalized, as during the Warring States Period, Saiyans were renowned much like the Uchiha and Senju clans. See that there was no way out of this Goku finally stood and stoked.
Goku: It seems there is no way out of this, so I accept being placed in the Clan Restoration Act to restore the Saiyan Clan. However, I have conditions that must be strictly adhered to. First I ultimately decide the number of wives I will have and who they will be. Second, the Council, Clan leaders, and the village would not have any influence over my children. They decide their path, and they will not be subjected to a Clan Restoration Act; that shit ends with me. Third I will only consider marriage after I turn 18. Ultimately, if any girl selected to marry me decides to change her mind and no longer wishes to proceed, she is free to exit any agreement without facing any penalties. These are my terms. You all can accept them or I will happily go to any over Hidden Village that is willing to accept my terms.
Danzo was swiftly going to reject Goku's commands but was soon overpowered by Homura, Koharu, and several of the clan's leaders in agreeing to Goku's terms.
Following the clan's gathering, Tsunade and Goku find themselves approached by Hiashi Hyuga, who seeks to speak privately with them. Tsunade, Goku, and Hiashi headed toward the Hokage office, eager to have a private conversation. Upon arriving and stepping into the Hokage office, Tsunade took her seat at the desk while Goku stood right beside her, ready for whatever came next. As Lord Hiashi settled onto the new sofa, he immediately addressed the reason for their meeting with unwavering concentration.
Hiashi: Let me be direct. I would like to include Hinata in the Clan Restoration Act so that she can marry Kakarot in the future. I know she's always been fond of young Kakarot since her childhood. Before anyone speaks up, I want you all to understand that I am fully aware that I am taking advantage of the situation Kakarot finds himself in. However, my motivation for this is to protect my daughter Hinata.
Goku and Tsunade exchanged looks of shock as they saw one another. It has barely been five minutes since the meeting concluded, and someone has already seized the opportunity. Goku began to sense the surge of anger and killing intent emanating from his mother. So he decided to speak.
Giku: Lord Hiashi, can I know why are you doing this? What's happening to Hinata?
Hiashi gazed deeply into the eyes of Tsunade and Goku, the weight of his clan's truth heavy on his heart. With a deep breath, he prepared to unveil the shadows that lingered within.
Hiashi: As you all know, Hinata is the successor of the Hyuga clan. However, my father and the other elders of my clan do not view Hinata as my successor. They are interested in my second daughter, Hinabi. They believe she will be a better clan leader because Hanabi has demonstrated that she is a more reliable ninja, having surpassed Hinata in both ninja skills and the teachings of the Hyuga clan. My father intends to demote Hinata to the second-branch family and impose the Caged Bird Cursed Seal on her.
End of Flashback back.
With each dawn breaking, Tsunade found herself waking up, her heart heavy with the weight of her lineage, cursing the names of her grandfather and uncle, the creation of the Clan Restoration Act that haunted her every thought. As she perched upon a huge boulder, perfectly balanced on Goku's back, he pressed on, defying limits with each powerful push-up. She begins to observe that Goku is lagging in his training, which frustrates her since he should be accustomed to this kind of regimen. She began to suspect that he had not been putting in the effort with his training for the past eight months.
Tsunade: Hey Kakarot, you're slowing down once more. Is it too much for you, princess? Don't start whining about something this easy bug.
Goku: You must be delusional my dear Hokage-sama because there's no way in hell I'm whining down here.
Tsunade: If you have enough energy to talk back then you have have energy to do a hundred more push-ups.
In a fit of frustration. Goku clicked his tongue, a sound that certainly caught Tsunade's keen attention.
Tsunade: Did you just click your tongue at me?
Goku: Ah, still perched up there, dear mother, I see! I figured you'd have already tossed in another boulder since I'm already carrying around some extra weight on my back. Looks like those late-night snacks and drinks are taking an effect, and the evidence is starting to show!
Tsunade: Oh what a smooth talker you become. Tell me is that how you are going to talk to the girls in your little harem you're building?
Feeling annoyed Tsunade walked away, leaving Goku with a smirk on his face. However, it quickly vanished when he saw his mother bringing a boulder twice as big as the one on his back. Tsunade launched the boulder, sending it slamming onto Goku's back, perfectly stacking it atop the other boulder and creating small craters beneath his hands and feet.
Tsunade: and if that's not enough how about we turn on those gravity seals on your clothes?
With a swift set of hand signs, Tsunade directed two fingers at Goku, activating the gravity seals. The craters under Goku's hands and feet deepen a little more due to the extra weight of the gravity seals.
Goku: What's this don't tell me you are going easy on me now Hokage-sama. Here I thought you loved me.
She would squint her eyes, a mix of anger and frustration washing over her as she listened to Goku's words.
Tsunade: If you truly wish to grasp the depth of my love, then I need to boost the force of gravity three times.
Goku felt the pressure mounting as he faced his mother, determination burning in his eyes. He couldn't allow her to claim victory, so he chose to taunt her, pushing her buttons even further.
Goku: Three times? Why not go for four times? Plus, I'll throw in some one-handed push-ups for good measure! How does that sound to you Hokage-sama?
While Goku and Tsunade are locked in their heated argument, they remain oblivious to the ground of people arriving just behind them. It was Shizune alongside team 7 and with the caravan from The Sand Village and a few familiar faces. Shizune then lets out a loud cough, instantly capturing the attention of both Tsunade and Goku.
Shizune: Hokage the representatives from the Sand have arrived.
Tsunade: What? Weren't they supposed to be arriving tomorrow?
Tsunade then turned to see Shizune along with team seven and the small caravan from the Sand Village. As she looked at the newcomers, she saw a group of five ninjas standing behind everyone but then her attention was immediately drawn to a very tall man in front of everyone who had two distinctive stripes of red on the right side of his face, the only visible part of his head, as the rest was hidden by his turban-like headgear and a sheet that hung down from it on the left side of his face. Next, she saw two boys one had a loose-fitting, black full-body suit featuring a red and yellow circle on the front. He additionally is wearing gloves and is carrying a puppet on his back. He wears a black hood that completely covers his head, featuring cat-like ears and a forehead protector positioned on his forehead. Who displayed a triangular face-paint design on his face. The other boy next to him has striking green eyes, short messy spiky auburn hair, and dark circles around his eyes. He is dressed in a black bodysuit that showcases an open neck, t-shirt-style sleeves, and leggings that nearly reach full length. A white cloth is draped over his right shoulder, descending the left side of his hips. He wears a wide leather band that extends from his left shoulder to his right hip, holding his sand gourd in place. At last, her focus shifted to the sole woman in the group. Her sandy blonde hair is styled into four pigtails. She wears a light purple, off-the-shoulder dress that reaches halfway down her thighs, complemented by a scarlet sash tied around her waist. Along with the fishnet draped over her shoulders and legs, particularly on her right calf and left thigh, she also had her black forehead protector styled around her neck while carrying a giant iron fan on her back.
Tsunade's gaze honed as she focused on Temari. Temari met Tsunade's gaze, but a sudden chill coursed down her spine. As a result, she instinctively leaps backward, drawing her iron fan. Her heightened senses urged her to flee, warning that a single step forward could lead to her death. Her gaze remained fixed on Tsunade, but for a fleeting instant, she could have sworn a giant brown bear Temari's body trembled uncontrollably, overwhelmed by the fear that gripped her.
