The words that Danzo had just spoken chilled Tsunade's heart. It is unthinkable that she could have forgotten about the C.R.A. statute that her grandfather and Uncle had drafted to prevent the extinction of clans and to restore them. In the future, her son was going to be utilized as a means of only producing offspring.
It was clear to Goku that this was the ideal moment to reveal his engagement and lay all of the responsibility on Danzo by doing so. Within the context of the truth, he would place a few lies to make himself appear to his mother as the victim. So Goku coughs to gain the attention of his mother.
Goku: There was something else that was not mentioned during the meeting.
After that, Goku pointed his finger at Danzo.
Goku: Right before I left with Naruto and Jiraiya Danzo and his ninjas forced me to enter a political marriage between Leaf and Sand. He also said that if I refused I would be placed in the Bingo books in a kill insight order.
Every single person in the room was completely speechless. Then, as her rage surged and her vision burned red, Tsunade switched her attention to Danzo. Ready to kill.
At the time that Tsunade began the process of hastily grabbing hold of the sofa that she had been sitting on before and hurling it toward Danzo, due to her rage she had forgotten that Goku was still seated on the sofa when she flung it at Danzo.
Immediately, Danzo ducked to avoid the sofa that was approaching, on which Goku was still sitting. After some time, the wall that was behind Danzo collapsed as the sofa traveled through it and smashed some buildings outside near the Hokage tower. Fortunately, no civilians were hurt in the incident.
A couple of scrapes appear on Goku's face as he emerges from the rubble. His clothing is covered in dust, and he is clutching his head in pain.
Goku: She could have at least waited until I had gone off the couch before she chose to use it as a weapon and toss it at Danzo. Damn it, my head hurts. At least she could have considered the possibility.
During the time that Goku was clenching his head in agony and mumbling to himself, he was completely unaware of the fact that three individuals he knew had approached him running.
When Goku heard his name, he turned his head to the left and found Ino, Hinata, and Kurenai sensei standing there at his side.
Hinata/Ino: Goku are you okay?
Kurenai: What's going on?
A smile appears on Goku's face as he glances at the girls before responding.
Goku: Yes, I'm okay. Thankfully my head broke in the fall. And to what's going on well that's a bit complicated to explain.
As he gazes up at the ascending structure of the Hokage's office, a peculiar hole catches his eye, prompting a familiar itch on his head that leads him to scratch the back of it casually.
Goku: It seems our 5th Hokage got some news she didn't like and went berserk and now is trying to kill Danzo.
Everyone stood quiet as Kurenai and the girls were surprised to hear that the next Hokage had been chosen. Goku then drew in a deep breath, casting his gaze toward the vast expanse of the blue sky above.
Goku: Now she's on a rampage and if she's not stopped soon she will kill someone and I'm afraid that someone might be me. I don't think a bottle of sake could help.
Ino: Wait you know who is the next Hokage?
In response, Goku would look directly into her eyes and nod his head.
Goku: She's one of the legendary sunning.
Hinata: Lady Tsunade is the next Hokage your mot--.
Without allowing Hinata to continue her sentence, Goku instantly gave her a nervous look and prevented her from continuing. Immediately after realizing what she was about to say, Hinata immediately covered her mouth.
Ino and Kurenai were taken aback when they learned who would be the next Hokage, and they failed to catch what was going on between Hinata and Goku. Only a few individuals are aware of Goku's parents. Kakashi, Asuma, the late third Hokage, Hinata, and father.
Flashback
When Hinata was little, her sister became ill her father Hiashi and the 3rd Hokage had to convince and pay Tsunade a significant amount of money to return to the village.
During their stay in the Hyuga clan territory, Goku played with Hinata. Goku was the first person outside of her clan that Hinata had ever played with and also the first person who never made fun of her eyes. Goku had called them beautiful like pearls. Those words had been stuck in Hinata's head and heart all of these years later. On the day Goku had to leave Hinata was saddened due to her only friend was leaving. Goku seeing her in tears walked towards her grabbed her hand and locked his pinky finger with hers promising her that would be friends forever and he'd return one day to the village again and be with her.
All of the adults were taken aback by the words that Goku had just spoken to Hinata. Goku was unable to maintain his strength and was forced to fall to the ground after being grabbed by Tsunade by his tail. Tsunade began to reprimand Goku for the words that he had chosen to say. While Shizune was apologizing to the 3rd Hokage and Lord Hiashi for the actions of her younger brother, she giggled uncomfortably and bowed her head in their direction.
End of Flashback
Hinata had a smile on her after remembering the memories of her when she met Goku. She was taken out of her memories when she heard her name being called. She looked around and saw Naruto and his team Neji and his team arriving.
Neji: Lady Hinata are you okay.
Hinata just nodded her head letting Neji she was okay.
Kakashi then walked toward Kurenai to ask what was going on.
Kakashi: Hey Kurenai do you know what's going on?
Kurenai: Well from what Goku told us our new Hokage is on a rampage trying to kill Danzo.
Naruto: So Granny Tsunade has finally lost it.
As soon as everyone gathered there, they all started staring at Goku, who was still lying on the ground and gazing up at the sky. At long last, he became aware that there were more people around him, and that everyone was now looking down at him waiting for an explanation.
Goku: What. Why is everyone staring at me?
Sakura: Don't what us. Tell us what's going on. Why is the next Hokage attacking a member of the council?
The irritation on Goku's face after hearing that voice caused him to take a deep breath and glare at everyone.
Goku: Fine either way, you'll find out later today or probably by tomorrow morning. The reason the Hokage is on a rampage is due to she found out that the council agreed with Sunagakure on a political marriage to bring peace between Leaf and Sand after they were tricked by Orochimaru to attack us. And use the couch I was sitting on as a weapon.
Kakashi: I'm just guessing here but could it be that they agreed to the marriage and the one chosen from our village is you?
Goku: Yeah. I have been chosen to marry Temari of the Sand daughter of the former Fourth Kazekage.
Everyone was silent and out of everyone there were two certain Kunoichi who were the most shocked out of everyone. Ino and Hinata felt their hearts break after hearing Goku was being forced to marry someone else. Ino and Hinata were ready to protest when there was an explosion in the Hokage building and a body came out flying and landed awkwardly on its neck. Goku stood up and walked toward the body lying on the ground. Goku grabbed a stick he found and started poking the lifeless body.
Goku: Damn, Yeah his dead. Well, I guess he is not going to be in Shippuden.
Everyone just started at Goku for a moment wondering what was he talking about.
Kakashi: That's one of Danzo's personal Anbu guards.
Afterward, Kakashi gazes in the direction of the Hokage Tower as he begins to return his sight to Goku.
Kakashi: Goku we need to try and stop your mother before she kills someone important and when I say we in reality I mean you.
Goku: What! You can't just volunteer myself for this suicide mission. You're the one who came up with this plan why don't you go use that Sharingan and put her in a genjutsu to calm her down?
Kakashi then joyfully placed both of his hands on Goku's shoulders as he stared into his eyes.
Kakashi: You're the only one who can stop her no one else can stop her. The Village needs you.
Goku: I'm not sacrificing myself to stop that raging beast.
Tsunade: Who are you calling a beast?
What everyone overlooked was that Tsunade had leaped from the Hokage's tower and gracefully landed near the group.
In an instant, Goku's expression shifted to one of terror as he realized his mother's voice could be heard just behind him. Goku felt a slight tremor of fear coursing through his body as he turned slowly to face his mother.
Goku: Ah, my lovely and most wonderful kind mother, what brings you to this area of the neighborhood? I had thought you would be in a meeting with the Village elders about the Hokage position.
Goku found himself in a moment of silence as Tsunade, filled with fury, lifted him by the collar of his shirt.
Tsunade: Now tell me who is a raging beast.
Goku: I don't know what you're talking about. I nev-
Tsunade interrupted Goku before he could finish speaking his sentence by knocking him unconscious with a punch covered in chakra to his stomach.
Tsunade: We need to talk about what have been doing these last 6 months.
Tsunade strides away, hoisting an unconscious Goku over her shoulder like a sack of potatoes, with Shizune trailing closely behind her. Whispering something to herself believing one could hear her.
Shizune: I doubt he would do any talking since his past out completely.
Tsunade: You say something.
Shizune, filled with fear, swiftly shook her head.
Shizune: No, Lady Tsunade I didn't say anything.
That night, the chilling cries of a young man echoed through the air, accompanied by the ferocious roars and growls of a lurking beast. The villagers trembled in fear, too terrified to venture out into the darkness to uncover the source of the terror.
The next morning, Tsunade, Goku, Shizune, Jiraiya, and the village elders gather in the Hokage office, ready to discuss their objectives.
Danzo: I'm really happy to see you back and feeling like yourself again! It would have been a real tragedy if you had departed from the village; I would have had no option but to inscribe your name and your son's name in the Bingo books, turning you both into enemies of the Leaf.
Koharu swiftly interjected before Tsunade or Jiraiya could respond to Danzo.
Koharu: That's quite enough, Danzo.
Homura draws in a deep breath, locking eyes with Tsunade before he begins to speak.
Homura: Koharu is right in this. We can't be clashing with each other. Concerning the arranged union between Konoha and Suna, it seems that we can no longer halt its progression. A convoy from the Hidden Sand Village is making its journey toward us and should be arriving soon.
Koharu: Believe us, Tsunade! If we had realized that Goku was your child, we would have never agreed to the arrangement and would have presented an alternative option instead.
Danzo: What difference does it make who his parents are? He sacrificed his freedom to live a normal life when he chose the path of a ninja. He will comply with any orders given to him without any hesitation like a good dog just like many others did before him.
Tsunade was preparing to leap at Danzo, but someone got there first. Jiraiya faced Danzo, his eyes narrowing with intense fury.
Jiraiya: Its people like you, Danzo. I absolutely despise above all else. I think it's best for you and your lap dog hiding in the shadows to leave this room right now, but be cautious if you choose to insult Goku or anyone other ninja from this point forward. It will not matter who you are or what position you may have. I will not hold back any longer, regardless of your circumstances I will take your life painfully.
Tsunade: I'll join you on that too.
Goku/Shizune: Me too.
Koharu: Everyone, please come down. We didn't come to kill each other. Danzo, it would be wise for you to leave before the situation escalates any further.
Danzo: Fine but this isn't over. We still need to discuss this in a meeting with all of the clan leaders tonight.
With that, Danzo and three of his elite Anbu ninjas, emerging from the shadows like phantoms, exit the room. Everyone in the room took a deep breath of relief.
Several hours passed as the remaining elders, Koharu and Homura, continued to discuss the title of Hokage and its responsibilities. As time goes on, Tsunade persists in her attempts to dissolve Goku's political marriage, yet each rejection serves as a reminder that ending it could reignite a war between the two nations of Fire and Wind.
The meeting with the elders finished, leaving Tsunade, Jiraiya, Goku, and Shizune as the only ones remaining in the office. Jiraiya turned to see Goku.
Jiraiya: Tell me brat how does it feel now you have a fiancee?
Goku: Fine I guess. If it's to maintain peace between Leaf and Sand then it's okay with me.
Everyone in the room was silent and shocked at Goku's answer. Jiraiya then showed a wide perverted grin placed his arm around Goku and whispered.
Jiraiya: When the day comes and want to know what to do with a woman I'll let have my books so you do your own research and investigation.
Goku understood Jiraiya's implication, his cheeks flushing as he averted his gaze to escape direct eye contact. Jiraiya chuckled at Goku's response, but their amusement quickly faded as a sudden chill ran down their spines. Both Tsunade and Shizune had released a hint of killing intent directed at Goku and Jiraiya.
Jiraiya: I was joking ladies.
Tsunade: My son will grow up as a pervert like you Jiraiya.
Her gaze focuses on Goku next.
Tsunade: How can you say you are fine with it? I always wanted you to marry someone after falling in love with them not being forced into it.
Goku: True I want to fall in love first too but that doesn't mean that we can't find love after marriage. But if that doesn't happen then there's only one thing to do.
Everyone just stares at Goku as he claps his hands together as he is doing a prayer.
Goku: Oh dear Kami, please let her be a good loving wife and while you're at it please let her also be kind heart with common sense. Let her grow into a well season vixen that will cuddle with me every waken hour and the naughtier the better!
Jiraiya laughed upon hearing Goku's prayer. However, it all concluded swiftly as Tsunade delivered a powerful punch to both Goku and Jiraiya's heads, rendering them unconscious. She then grabbed Goku by one of his legs and started to brag him way.
Tsunade: Let's go home. We still need to attend the clan leader's meeting.
Shizune: What about Master Jiraiya Lady Tsunade?
Tsunade: Leave him I can only take so much idiocy at a time.
