"ehh, are my eyes working fine or..." I quickly rubbed my eyes and reopened them to the same screen which clearly indicated SSS-tier talent.
I looked up from the crystal sphere towards Cladias and I have to say, this was the first time I saw a noble make such a funny face and it's probably the last. Cladias took a few deep breathes to calm himself before announcing as loud as he could to all the villagers.

Everyone reacted dead silently as if the emperor himself declared he was going to pole dance for the people. It was so quiet and tense I swear I could see flies holding their breathes as well
" WOW! really, is it really SSS-tier Talent, hahaha I knew my instinct was correct"
The suddenness of the voice startled me a bit but when I recognized that it was Ken some tension I didn't notice on my shoulders eased considerably and I smiled proudly at him before hugging that cute lil brother of mine.
"Sir Cladias those children..."
"Hush, I already understand the implications of today's event"
" Understood"
Cladias and his men quickly finished the ceremony after the other nine children underwent awakening with all of them failing to awaken.
After the ceremony ended mom decided to cook a massive feast to celebrate my SSS-tier talent and special admission into Myriad Academy.
Later on after the joyous celebration with my family I quickly went to bed excited about tomorrow's trip to the world's best academy.

[ Ken POV ]
I woke up pretty early today and for a good reason. You see after my sister became the talk of the town, she and all the awakened children from different villages and towns in our Northwest Outer fortress sector would be taken to the academy's pre-schooling program institution.
Of course since not everyone is as amazing as my sister they would all have to undergo an entrance exam by the end of the year to enter the academy while exceptionally talented people like Rey or my sister Kiara can enter directly without being examined due to their A-tier and above talent.
" Ken! Quickly come over here"
" uh y-yes mom I'm still changing"
Quickly refreshing myself through my daily morning routine I quickly ran down the stairs towards mom, dad and Kiara. Kiara looked exceptionally bright today, she shoulder length black hair inherited from dad shining exceptionally bright from the good news she got yesterday from a noble himself.
We quickly left for a local photoshop and had a picture taken for Kiara to take with to the Academy. After gathering with the other awakened teens from yesterday we bid Kiara goodbye with dad being unnecessarily loud about it.
" Guess I'm going back to my peaceful gardening life with dad huh"
Sighing softly while we returned to our green surrounded abode, I began to think of the different tales my sister might tell me once she returned.
"Well she's a chatterbox so I'm sure she'll make plenty of friends by the first week "
Slowly the year continued to flow and more days passed as I continued my relaxed life in the farm with my dad.

It's been 2 months since I left home and this training institution no more scares me. At first I regretted not sneaking my cute Ken into my bags but now it's manageable.
"Atleast I have friends here" I thought tiredly.
Not matter how much I laughed with the others around me I still couldn't fill the void I felt without talking to my younger brother.
" Well today is the day we can finally write letters to our families so I should definitely win the first official training duel" My heart surged with determination to win as without doing so I won't get the right to message my family, by extension my cute Ken.

" CLARA!!!!!, we're gonna get late if you keep delaying like this" Athena shouted onto a closed door before it suddenly hissed and slid open smoothly and mechanically.
" Haha, my bad Athena sweetie pie, doing my hair took longer than expected, oh is he still waiting for us as well"- Clara smoothly replied with a silky and sultry voice that could fold men under no pressure with a word alone.
" Him?? oh Rey, yeah he was early so he offered to help me fetch you, but I guess his help is useless since he's scared of you"
"Oh my I'm so sorry you guys, I got a bit sad about not seeing my brother and wallowed in sadness for a bit too long"- Kiara suddenly rushed out of an elevator rushing towards the group of three youths bickering and laughing casually.
" Don't worry about it, commander said we start 15 minutes later so it's still fine to be here right now" Rey finally spoke as he broke away from Clara's side like he had been waiting years to do so.
"Tsk coward, how are you gonna have a relationship if you keep chickening out from a bit of teasing" Clara faked anger through a cute pout while the other two girls laughed.
