Chapter 37 - Chapter 37: Arrival in Loguetown

The only long nose here was Usopp, and when he saw the third wanted poster, he immediately became agitated.

He couldn't help but widen his eyes, open his mouth wide, and stammer out.

"Huh! Kaya? Why would Kaya have a bounty? And a bounty of a full 83 million."

Usopp panicked; he truly panicked. He desperately needed someone to step forward and tell him what was going on, why Kaya had a bounty. Did she go out to sea and become a Pirate?

But he knew Kaya's physical condition best; she was frail and often sick. If she went out to sea, the harsh environment and the rocking of the ship on the waves meant Kaya would be in danger of death at any moment.

So at this moment, Usopp was genuinely panicked, feeling incomparable worry for Kaya.

"Usopp, this is your childhood friend you mentioned before. Looking at the photo, I'm already a little envious of you." Seeing Kaya, who looked gentle, kind, noble, and elegant in the picture, Sanji immediately spoke enviously, jealousy practically written all over his face.

"I just wonder what her medical skill level is like?" Chopper, also the ship's doctor, naturally cared about this.

"Well, Kaya's dream is indeed to become a doctor, but she's only slightly better than a beginner." Usopp naturally knew Kaya's dream was to be a doctor, but he also knew the extent of her medical skills.

At best, she was just an ordinary doctor, or perhaps a nurse.

"Judging from the description beneath the photo, the people on this stack of wanted posters all seem to belong to one Pirate Crew." Vivi pointed her finger at the bottom of the photo, especially the five large characters: Pink Hat Pirates.

"It seems Kaya joined this Pirate Crew. However, a bounty of 83 million Berries—I really don't know how she achieved that. Did the Pirate Crew she belongs to do something major that made the Navy feel greatly threatened?" Nami, who was extremely intelligent, immediately guessed half of the truth.

But when she flipped to the fourth poster, she, like Usopp before her, fell into shock and stupor, her face filled with disbelief.

"What! Why is my older sister here too? She also joined this Pirate Crew and went out to sea, and she even has a bounty of 85 million Berries."

Nami roared directly, the sound so loud that all her nearby companions couldn't help but cover their ears, causing the entire going merry to nearly tremble.

But the other four male members of the Straw Hat Pirates' initial five-person group were also shocked. They hadn't expected Nami's sister to also go out to sea and become a Pirate.

And it was this Pink Hat Pirates! They were all very curious about the background and capabilities of this rookie Pirate Crew, which had just been formed in the East Blue, yet had so many people connected to them inside.

"Scientist 'Gold and Silver Dragon Armor Bai Jin Longlong,' bounty 100 million Berries. Scientist." Vivi read it out in surprise, not expecting this rookie Pirate Crew to actually have a rare professional like a Scientist among them.

"What, 100 million!" Of course, the most shocked and stimulated was the simpleton Luffy. He knew that since leaving the East Blue, his bounty was only 30 million Berries. Yet, the woman in the strange armor in the photo before him already had a bounty of 100 million Berries without even leaving the East Blue.

How could he not be surprised now?

"Wow, she's a beauty with a mechanical flair." Sanji once again became infatuated, his eyes turning into pink hearts upon seeing the beautiful woman.

Aside from the straw hat trio of idiots, Zoro, Nami, and Vivi were immediately speechless.

Nami immediately flipped to the next poster.

"Great Swordsman 'Black Sword Princess Kuina,' bounty 100 million Berries." This sight was startling, and she cried out in surprise once more.

"What, another 100 million Berries bounty?" Luffy said, his eyes wide. He felt incredibly defeated. Heavens, they all came from the East Blue, so why did this group of women have bounties so much higher than his? Moreover, he knew two of them, and they had seemed quite ordinary when he met them previously.

But the most shocked, trembling all over, and speechless while looking at the photo, was naturally Zoro.

Looking at the name beneath the photo and the face in the picture, Zoro was incoherent. He didn't understand—had he been fooled? Had he been deceived for so many years? Kuina was not dead at all.

Zoro felt his entire mind reeling. His expression was volatile, showing both happiness and anger. The happiness was naturally because Kuina was alive, and the anger was because he had been deceived for so long.

He had cried and sworn for nothing all those years ago. He no longer had to carry on her legacy alone, but instead, just as they had initially agreed, they would compete against each other for the position of the worlds strongest swordsman throughout their lives on this vast ocean.

But all in all, it was good that she was back; it was truly good.

At the same time, he believed that Kuina would soon follow the Pirate Crew he was currently with and catch up.

But suddenly, he immediately said, "There should be one more poster below, right? Six crew members, four with bounties exceeding 60 million Berries, and two with 100 million Berries. I estimate the last one must be the Captain, and that bounty amount won't be low either."

He was very curious about what kind of high bounty, recognition, and influence the Captain of the so-called Pink Hat Pirates, a Captain recognized by Kuina, would possess.

Zoro's remark immediately drew the attention of the others. That's right, the Captain probably wouldn't be ordinary, considering how capable the crew members were.

This instantly aroused the curiosity of the others, especially the companions who came together from the East Blue.

Nami and Usopp, in particular, were curious about what kind of person their sister/childhood friend had chosen to become Captain and whose pirate ship she had boarded.

Nami immediately took out the last poster.

"Pink Hat Pirates Captain, 'Pink Hat Girl Luna,' bounty 300 million Berries!!"

Nami said in great surprise. She couldn't help but widen her eyes and open her mouth wide; this bounty was simply too high.

But the other companions weren't doing much better; their expressions were even more exaggerated than hers.

The going merry beneath their feet seemed about to jump up.

"What, 300 million Berries, ten times mine!" Luffy was shocked.

"300 million Berries, how many cotton candies can that buy?" Chopper even started calculating how much cotton candy 300 million Berries could purchase.

"Your choice wasn't wrong," Zoro thought, the corner of his mouth curving slightly upward.

By thinking this, he was acknowledging Kuina's new Captain, Luna.

When he recalled this thought later, he would likely feel bitter, as the things Luna would do in the future would greatly shock his imagination, as well as the imagination of everyone on the sea.

But without a doubt, the Pink Hat Pirates' bounties greatly shocked the Straw Hat Pirates... Meanwhile, on the other side, after three days, Luna and her companions finally saw Loguetown appearing on the horizon that morning.

And Luna and her companions were not without gains during these three days.

First, Shiro naturally finished creating the robots. They looked like barrels with many tentacles, and the tentacles had different cleaning tools—intelligent, track-driven cleaning robots.

With these five large, plump robots, they finally didn't have to worry about the cleanliness of the ship, and since the robots were solar-powered, they didn't need to worry about energy either.

Secondly, they eliminated enemies who came to attack them during these few days and seized a lot of money and treasure.

After their wanted posters came out, quite a few idiotic Pirates and Bounty Hunters, who treated them as mere eye candy, came knocking, and there were even some Navy soldiers.

But the result was self-evident: they were easily eliminated by the crew.

The seven of them only needed to send out one or two people to eliminate these fellows, treating it as entertainment and combat practice.

After all, when cultivating strength, training is important, but actual combat is equally important.

Taking this opportunity, Luna also used three Awakening Cards on Kuina and Shiro.

This allowed them to fully possess the initial awakened abilities of the Three Types of Haki.

During their battles over the past three days, they both used these abilities, much to the surprise of their other companions.

The other companions believed their talent was high, having mastered the Three Types of Haki in just a few days.

Carmen, Nojiko, and Kaya practically had the word 'envy' written on their faces, but only Shiro and Shino Asada knew that this was clearly Luna's doing.

When they looked over, Luna merely smiled without speaking.

However, Luna also realized that aside from the magic person-seeking staff, she had basically used up all the rewards she had obtained from the system.

She was puzzled by this, wondering why there hadn't been any missions before. But then she thought that since they hadn't encountered any main plotlines, key figures, or key locations, it was normal for the system not to issue missions.

She could only vent this frustration on the invaders, especially the Navy, since they were the ones she hated the most on this ocean.

Fortunately, on this brand new day, they finally arrived at Loguetown.

This immediately improved Luna's mood. Loguetown was a must-visit, and although the execution platform had been destroyed, she still wanted to see it.

Furthermore, the supplies on the ship were running low after the past few days and needed to be restocked.

But at the same time, she was concerned about another matter. According to her guess, the Navy's probing would likely happen at Loguetown or Reverse Mountain. Since they were already at Loguetown, there might be a Navy ambush here.

However, she stuck to her previous statement: 'If soldiers come, block them; if water comes, cover it with earth.' Let them come forward.

"Luna, have we arrived at Loguetown?" Kuina walked over and asked, with the other companions behind her.

Nojiko took out the compass and map. After comparing them, she immediately said confidently.

"There's no mistake. The town in front of us is Loguetown."
