Chapter 6 - My ghost experience

Hinglish version

Experience (15)

Aaj jo kissa main aapko sunane ja rahi hoon, wo meri mummy aur masi ki zindagi ki sabse badi haqeeqat hai. Jab bhi mummy ye kissa sunati hain, unki aankhon mein wahi darr saaf dikhta hai jo unhone saalon pehle mehsoos kiya tha. Ye koi kahani nahi hai, ye wo sach hai jo do logo ne ek saath, ek hi pal mein jiya tha.

[The Setting: Bua Ka Purana Ghar]

Baat tab ki hai jab meri mummy ki Bua ke ghar ek function tha. Purane zamane ke ghar, badi-badi deewaren aur unme basa ek ajeeb sa sannata. Raat ka waqt tha, ghar ke sabhi log thak kar so chuke thhe. Ek bade se kamre mein meri masi aur mere mummy ek saath so rahi thi. Kamre mein halki si roshni thi aur bahar sannata itna gehra tha ki suee (needle) girne ki aawaz bhi sunayi de jaye.

To Hua ye ki....

Mummy batati hain raat ke kisi pehar achanak masi aur mummy, dono ek saath jhatke se uth kar baith gaye! Dono ki saansein fuli hui thi aur chehre par paseena tha. Dono ek-dusre ko dekh kar haanf rahe thhe. Masi ne kapkapaati aawaz mein pucha, "Tumne bhi wahi dekha?"

Mummy ne sirf haan mein sar hilaya kyunki darr ke maare unke mooh se shabd nahi nikal rahe thhe. Dono ko ek hi waqt par ek hi 'Khaufnak Sapna' aaya tha. Sapne mein unhone dekha ki kamre ke saamne ek taand thi .

[The Horror: Jab Sapna Haqeeqat Bana]

Mujhe bhi waisa hi dikha!"

Doston, ek insaan ko bura sapna aa sakta hai, lekin do log jo saath so rahe hon, unhe ek hi pal mein ek jaisa drishya dikhna aur wahi physical pressure (seene par dabav) mehsoos hona, ye koi coincidence nahi ho sakta. Us raat kamre mein kuch aisa tha jo sirf unhe dikhai diya, kuch aisa jo unhe nuksaan pahunchana chahta tha.

Jab mummy ne ye sab suna, toh unhe ehsaas hua ki us ghar mein kuch toh galat hai. Unhone ye baat ghr ke baki logo ko btai to fir vahan per hawan kraya gaya magar aaj bhi us ghr me dar to lgta h...

Experience (16)

Ab tak maine aapko bataya ki mummy ki bua ke ghar mein kya-kya ajeeb ghatnayein ghatin, par us ghar ka sabse bada khauf wahan ki ghumawdar seedhiyan (spiral stairs) hain. Wo ghar apne aap mein ek purana killa jaisa lagta hai, jahan roshni bhi darr-darr kar dakhil hoti hai.

Wahan ki seedhiyan aisi hain ki agar aap din ke bhare ujale mein bhi unpar chadhna shuru karein, toh teesri-chauthi seedhi tak pahunchte-pahunchte aapka dum ghutne lagega. Har mod par aisa mehsoos hota hai jaise koi andhere kone mein baith kar aapka intezar kar raha hai. Bachhon ka toh wahan se guzarna namumkin tha; wo hamesha wahan se cheekhte hue bhagte thhe. Unhe aisa lagta tha ki jaise hi wo mod mudenge, koi adrishya hath aayega aur unhe upar ki taraf kheench lega.

Wo seedhiyan bas ek raasta nahi thi, wo us ghar ka wo hissa thi jahan 'unka' kabza tha. Halaki ab us ghr ko todkr ek naya ghr Bana diya gaya h par is naye ghr ki sidhiyo par bhi dar lgta h...

Experience (17)

Log kehte hain ki aatmaein sirf raat ke andhere mein aati hain, par sach toh ye hai ki unka koi waqt nahi hota. Ye kissa tab ka hai jab main chhoti thi. Us din sab kuch normal tha, dhoop nikli hui thi, lekin mere ghar ke andar ek aisi ghatna ghatne wali thi jo meri mummy ko zindagi bhar ka sadma dene wali thi.

Mummy mujhe school chhod kar wapas ghar aayi thi. Rozana ki bhag-daud se thak kar wo thodi der aaram karne ke liye bed par let gayi. Ghar mein sannata tha aur wo gahri neend mein thi. Lekin wo neend sukoon wali nahi thi, balki kisi anjani bechaini se bhari hui thi.

Achanak, mummy ki neend khul gayi. Bina kisi wajah ke unhe mehsoos hua ki kamre mein koi aur bhi hai. Unhone jaise hi apni gardan ghuma kar apne sirhane (headrest) ki taraf dekha, unka khoon jam gaya!

Unke theek sir ke peeche ek saya khada tha. Wo koi anjana saya nahi tha, balki hamare ek kareebi relative thhe jinki death hue kai saal beet chuke thhe. Mummy ne bataya ki wo bilkul saaf dikh rahe thhe—safed rang ke kapdon mein, bilkul waise hi jaise wo jeete-ji dikhte thhe.

Wo sirf khade nahi thhe, balki unhone mummy ki taraf dekh kar ek ajeeb aur bhari aawaz mein sawal kiya: "Tumne mere bacchon ko aashirwad diya ya nahi?"

Mummy ki halat kharab ho gayi. Darr ke maare unka shareer thanda pad gaya. Unhone kapkapaati aawaz mein bas itna kaha, "Haan... diya tha, diya tha!"

Ghabrahat mein unhone apne takiye ko zor se pakad liya aur apni aankhein itni kas ke band kar li ki jaise agar wo aankhein kholengi toh wo saya unhe apne saath le jayega. Unka dil itni tezz dhadak raha tha ki unhe apne kaano mein uski aawaz sunayi de rahi thi. Kuch seconds baad jab unhone himmat juta kar dubara dekha, toh wahan koi nahi tha. Wo safed saya hawa mein ojhal ho chuka tha.

Mummy btati hai ki us time unhe feel horha tha ki unki body me koi takat nhi h vo apne hath pair nhi hila pa rahi thi. Vo jor se chillana chahti thi par unke mu se awaz bhi nhi nikal rahi thi..

Experience (15): The Shared Nightmare

This is a story my mother and aunt (Masi) lived through together. It happened during a function at my mother's aunt's (Bua) old house—a place of massive walls and an unsettling silence.

Late at night, while the rest of the family slept, my mother and Masi were sharing a bed in a dimly lit room. Suddenly, both of them jolted awake at the exact same moment! They were drenched in sweat, gasping for breath, staring at each other in terror.

"Did you see it too?" Masi whispered, her voice trembling. My mother could only nod. They had both had the exact same dream. They saw a white shadow hanging from a loft (taand) in the room. Suddenly, that lifeless, white entity leaped from the loft and landed directly on their chests.

The weight felt incredibly real—as if someone was physically trying to suffocate them. To have the same dream, at the same time, and feel the same physical pressure on their chests is no coincidence. Something was in that room with them, something that wanted to let them know it was watching.

Experience (16): The Spiral Staircase of Dread

The most terrifying part of that Bua's house was the spiral staircase. Even in broad daylight, as you climbed past the third or fourth step, the air would grow thin. You'd feel an invisible presence waiting for you at every turn. Children would run through those stairs screaming, fearing an invisible hand would reach out from the shadows and pull them up.

The temperature on those stairs would drop suddenly. At night, people claimed to hear the sound of fabric rustling, as if someone was dragging their clothes while walking up. Though that old house has been demolished and rebuilt, the fear remains. Even on the new stairs, that same heavy, lingering dread is felt by everyone.

Experience (17): The Silent Visitor at the Headrest

Spirits don't wait for the night. This happened when I was a child. My mother had just returned from dropping me at school and lay down for a quick nap. The house was silent.

Suddenly, she woke up, feeling a presence in the room. As she turned her head towards the headrest, her blood turned to ice. Standing right behind her head was a close relative who had passed away years ago. He was dressed in pure white, looking exactly as he did when he was alive.

He stared at her and asked in a heavy, hollow voice: "Did you bless my children or not?"

My mother was paralyzed with fear. "Yes... I did, I did!" she stammered. She gripped her pillow and shut her eyes tight, fearing that if she looked again, he would take her with him. She felt a total loss of strength in her body; she wanted to scream, but her voice was trapped in her throat. When she finally found the courage to open her eyes, the room was empty. The white shadow had vanished into thin air.
