Chapter 1 - A Thought

Within an underground lab hidden away from the rest of the world, deep beneath layers of concrete and steel, a white-haired kid could be seen suspended in a rest tube. The sterile facility hummed with quietactivity around him, the air filled with the soft beeping of machines and the occasional murmur of voices.

His eyes slowly opened, adjusting to the dim light, and he found himself floating within the cylindrical test tube, surrounded by viscous fluid. Through the transparent walls of his containment, he observed the many scientists scattered throughout the expansive lab—some fixated intently on their glowing screens, their faces illuminated by harsh blue light, others watching him with intense interest and barely concealed excitement as they carefully recorded their precious data.

"He's awake. How are his brainwaves?" a scientist asked, his voice cutting sharply through the low murmur of activity in the room.

"T-they're normal… it worked!" someone responded, their voice trembling with a mixture of joy and disbelief at what they had accomplished.

"The perfect life form. Not even those advanced alien races could create you, but I did." A bald-headed man in an expensive, tailored suit spoke with a self-satisfied grin, walking up to the test tube with unmistakable pride radiating from every step.

He placed his palm against the cool glass surface, smiling down at the young white-haired kid suspended peacefully inside, admiring his greatest achievement.

Suddenly, without warning, the clear liquid began to boil violently, bubbles rising rapidly to the surface as the brainwaves of the kid inside became dangerously active, spiking to a critical level that made the monitors scream with alerts.

This unexpected development shocked Luthor, his eyes widening briefly, though he remained outwardly composed and in control, watching with calculated interest as the safeguards he had installed kicked in automatically, releasing sedatives that knocked the kid unconscious and forced him back into a deep sleep.

"What was that?" Luthor demanded sharply, his gaze snapping toward the scientists monitoring the complex equipment, expecting immediate answers.

"H-he formed a thought. The power behind that single thought—if it had fully formed and manifested… I don't know what would have happened. His mind is too powerful, beyond anything we've measured," the scientist stammered nervously, making Luthor's smirk widen with dark satisfaction and pride.

"That should be the Martian blood taking effect. I expected nothing less; this was my creation after all." Luthor said with an arrogant grin, his chest swelling with accomplishment. This thing had been carefully born from the blood of many powerful beings—samples painstakingly collected from the Justice League, Doomsday, Darkseid, and many more beings.

He hadn't been certain it would actually work; he'd been fully expecting a mindless monster, a failed experiment to dispose of, but everything had come together perfectly to birth this beautiful new weapon of his. Once he began to mass-produce these perfect soldiers… wouldn't he essentially be a god among men?

But Luthor hadn't expected that in the brief moment where that simple thought had nearly formed, it would be sensed by the Martian Manhunter stationed high above in the Justice Watch Tower.

But it wasn't just him—the energy reading had been so overwhelmingly powerful, so utterly massive, that even Luthor's extensive attempts to seal off the lab from the outside world proved completely pointless, and countless beings across the planet turned their attention toward his hidden underground facility.

Cyborg wasted no time and immediately began hacking into that area, his cybernetic systems working at maximum capacity. Soon his pupils shrank in absolute horror when he came across the classified information on the perfect lifeform, the data scrolling rapidly across his vision.

"This…" The entire Justice League froze in place, staring in shocked silence at the lifeform that had been created using samples of all their blood, their genetic material stolen and weaponized.

"This is madness…" Wonder Woman breathed, her voice barely above a whisper as her eyes widened in horror, seeing how even the DNA of notorious villains had been used to birth this abomination. How could such a being possibly exist? How had Luthor even managed to get his hands on so much of their blood without them knowing?

"That feeling we sensed earlier—it was just his thought beginning to form… we have to move now, immediately," Cyborg said uneasily, his voice tight with genuine urgency and concern.

At this warning, everyone nodded grimly, their faces set with determination, and ignoring their usual protocols and regulations, they all set off immediately without hesitation… but at the same time, numerous other powerful beings also made their move simultaneously, leading to the chaotic sight above the lab where the Justice League found themselves facing off against dangerous beings like Brainiac, Reverse-Flash, Black Adam, Sinestro, Cheetah, and more villains who had emerged from the shadows.

But even more beings began to reveal themselves from across dimensions and realities. A boom tube tore open reality itself with a thunderous sound, with Darkseid stepping through its crackling portal, his presence overwhelming.

Elsewhere, reality itself shattered violently like broken glass as Doomsday punched himself brutally out of the Phantom Zone where he'd been sealed away and forgotten.

Elsewhere on Earth, Raven, who had been hiding quietly on Earth in an attempt to live peacefully, suddenly collapsed hard to the ground, screaming in pure agony as Trigon began desperately trying to take over her body with absolutely everything he had—almost as if it were a matter of life and death, his very survival at stake. But she fought back with all her considerable strength, barely managing to hold him at bay through sheer willpower.

More and more powerful beings began to show themselves, emerging from every corner, and seeing how the situation was spiraling dangerously out of control, Batman immediately contacted Robin and the other members of the team, ordering them firmly to move into the shadows… and so a massive battle began—a brutal, chaotic fight for a weapon that could change everything.

Luthor was absolutely enraged, his face twisted with fury. He had created that thing there with his own genius, and they thought they could just appear and take it from him?

He began frantically preparing to evacuate with his precious creation, moving with desperate speed. Meanwhile, above ground, the battle raged violently. Wonder Woman used her golden lasso with practiced skill to grab Doomsday and hurled him directly into Darkseid with tremendous force, hoping those two unstoppable monsters would fight each other and forget about the lab.

Superman was barely holding off Reverse-Flash, trading blows at incredible speed, allowing the Flash to race around the city at top speed, evacuating terrified civilians to safety while Doctor Fate clashed violently with the Lord of Chaos, their magical energies crackling through the air.

Wonder Woman sighed in brief relief, seeing Doomsday viciously attacking Darkseid, forcing the two overwhelming powerhouses to fight. But her pupils shrank in sudden alarm when she spotted Ares shooting toward the lab like a missile—only for him to be kicked violently to the side, sent tumbling through the air as Darkseid's elite forces pushed him away, racing toward the prize themselves with single-minded determination.

Reverse-Flash created his time clones, which immediately tried to scatter in multiple directions and run off to grab whatever treasure was hidden inside the lab. But he clashed violently with Cheetah, who desperately believed with absolute conviction that whatever was inside that lab could finally make her human again.

It was absolute chaos—a brutal free-for-all with no clear sides, with the only people actually working together being the Justice League members. But despite the mayhem above, a few skilled individuals managed to make their way into the lab itself, cutting through opposition. Deathstroke walked calmly through the facility's corridors, and all who caught sight of him turned to flee in sheer horror, recognizing the world's deadliest assassin.

Deathstroke suddenly moved with practiced, lethal precision, just in time to avoid Superboy's powerful fist as it whistled past his head, and sent the kid flying backward with a brutal kick while simultaneously blocking Robin's incoming attack with his other arm.

Kid Flash wasn't quite fast enough—he was easily tripped by Deathstroke's extended leg and sent flying, crashing hard to the cold ground with a painful impact. But Kid Flash quickly recovered, shaking off the hit, and ran off at super speed to find the target, forcing Deathstroke to sprint after the young speedster, unwilling to let him reach it first.

In his tube, the white-haired man's eyes opened once again, consciousness returning, and he saw Luthor frantically working to move him, adjusting controls and checking readouts. Seeing that his creation was awake again, Luthor wasted no time attempting to put him back to sleep, releasing more sedative gas, only to discover with growing concern that he was far more resistant to the gas than before, his body already adapting.

"Of course you can adapt," Luthor muttered, both awed and genuinely frightened by his own genius, by what he had created. He moved quickly to increase the dosage hitting the white-haired body, his fingers flying across the controls, only to pause abruptly when he noticed the security cameras showing how multiple people were rapidly nearing this area, fighting their way through his defenses.

His attention was forced back to the white-haired man, who was simply looking at him with those strange, unsettling eyes, a thought slowly beginning to form behind them. Thanks to the heavy drugs flooding his system, his mind was extremely sluggish, running far slower than it should, so his thinking capability was nowhere near what it should be at full power.

But still, just that single thought forming held far too much dangerous power, the energy readings spiking dangerously. Luthor quickly attempted to knock him out again, increasing the sedative flow… only to find that it wasn't enough, that his creation was too resilient. Even though he'd used a dangerously high amount of the drug—far more than should be necessary, more than should be safe—it still wasn't enough to put him under.

"Fuck!" Luthor roared in fury, and wasting no time, he slammed his fist down on a red button. Instantly, he ran through the opening escape portal into another dimension and quickly sealed the gateway behind him.

The next moment, a massive explosion went off—a blast so massive and powerful that the reinforced lab was obliterated in an instant. Flames rushed violently through the halls, consuming everything in their path and killing every scientist caught in the inferno.

Kid Flash quickly spun around and ran for his life, followed closely by Deathstroke… but they were too slow, the flames gaining on them with terrifying speed. Just as the fire was about to consume them, Flash appeared, moving so impossibly fast that time itself looked as if it had frozen completely.

He was exhausted after running around the whole city evacuating civilians, but he wasted no time, scooping up both Deathstroke and Kid Flash in his arms and ran. He quickly dropped them off at a safe distance, made sure to strip Deathstroke of his weapons and restrain him while placing Batman next to the assassin to watch over him, before racing back toward the lab to save everyone else still trapped inside.

Only at that point did he allow himself to catch his breath, letting time start moving normally around him once more. The lab, after a single second, instantly exploded in a catastrophic blast, a massive beam of flames rocketing violently into the heavens like a pillar of destruction.

Everyone scrambled away from the intense flames, staring in shock at how everything was gone—destroyed and turned into nothing but ashes and rubble. Once the flames finally disappeared, everyone forgot their battles entirely.

Even Doomsday stopped and walked over, looking down at the center of the destruction, where they found a charred, burnt corpse lying in the middle of the crater, slowly crumbling and turning to dust… dust which began to twist and turn, slowly reformed into a new body.

The white-haired kid reappeared whole and alive, looking around with confused eyes, before looking up into the sky. He was stunned seeing the Justice League, Darkseid, Doomsday, and so many other powerful villains all staring down at him.

'What is this?' He thought in confusion. One moment he'd been with his hot girlfriend, had the best sex of his life that literally took him to his death, and now he was standing naked before some of the strongest beings in existence… he couldn't even take a moment to smirk arrogantly at how he'd had the perfect death, dying from pure pleasure. What better way was there to die?

'Why are they all gathering around me? I'm fucked… I have to have some kind of power, right? System!? Anything!' He thought desperately, hoping with all his heart that he had something. Nothing here looked good. Wasn't he doomed for death, lab rat or whatever?

"System has been created… System online. Greetings, host. I'm the Warp System. The sole and only goal of my existence is to help you reach your full potential." The Warp System said, making the young man sigh in relief. He noticed they were talking at an incredibly high speed, so fast that it seemed like the outside world had completely frozen in time.

'Alright, system, what can I do? Warp? Wait, is that what I think it is?' He thought with hopeful eyes growing wider. He and his girlfriend had been talking just before his death about what the most overpowered power out there was. His answer had been Warp.

"Yes, but currently it's at level one. You have to train and push this ability to its absolute limit and have it evolve through use. Currently at level one, this ability allows you to warp the form of something you're physically touching. For example, if you're touching a piece of paper, you can warp that paper into any shape. You can fold it, twist it, bend it, and manipulate its form." The system said proudly, making Vector's face go completely blank with disappointment.

"Don't give me that look, host; this ability is only at level one right now. Plus, you have another ability." The system said quickly, and instantly, Vector saw a status window materialize before him in glowing text.

[Name: Vector

Age: 20 days old

Race: ???

Abilities: Warp (Lvl:1), Snap (Lvl:1), Omniverse Travel]

'What's Snap?' He asked in confusion, not understanding what that ability was or how it worked.

"You're a reality warper, host. Your reality warping powers are currently on the level of X from To Be Hero X. That's just at level one—cool, right? And it doesn't use energy at all." The system said proudly, practically beaming.

[Snap (Lvl:1)]- By snapping your fingers, you have the power to alter reality itself. The requirement for this is to snap your fingers and to have a clear goal set in mind. You can do anything you can imagine, although the scale at which you can warp reality is limited; within that scale, you're the author, and reality is the blank paper awaiting you to write whatever you desire.

"The best way to picture your power is that you're Shenron given physical form. Think of something, like 'I wish to be stronger,' and snap your fingers. You can snap your fingers and wish to be on the other side of the planet instantly. You can even snap your fingers and wish to have some specific ability… and it all uses zero energy whatsoever." The system explained proudly.
