He has Risen: The Legend of Kiyoshi
In a world built on a lie, the greatest demon is the only one who can save it.
Centuries after the cataclysmic Great War, the realm of Ethera enjoys a fragile peace, built upon the sacred history taught by the Church of the Lightfather: the heroic Voidguard defeated the savage demon hordes and sealed away their monstrous king.
But history is written by the victors.
Kiyoshi awakens with no memory in a forest warped by his own terrifying power. Once known as the dreaded Demon of Calamity, a figure of legend blamed for untold destruction, he is now a hollow man, haunted by flashes of a past that feels like someone else's nightmare. Rescued by a simple villager, he finds solace in a quiet life and new bonds-with Celosia, and Rajieru.
Yet, Kiyoshi's peace is short-lived. Unnatural storms tear at the sky, ancient magics stir, and whispers of demon sightings grow louder. The world is unraveling. To uncover the truth behind his lost memories and the dark power within him, Kiyoshi must enter Kuoh Academy, a prestigious school of magic that serves as the beating heart of the very religion that vilifies him.
There, he will begin to unravel a terrifying truth: the demons were not the mindless invaders of legend, but pawns in a divine game. The Great War was a genocide, orchestrated by a fallen god to erase the old pantheon and enslave the world under a false doctrine of order. The Church's saints are the true heretics, and the demon they fear most-Kiyoshi himself-may have been the world's last true hero.
To prevent the god of lies from completing his triumph, Kiyoshi must embrace the monstrous title he can't remember earning and decide what he will become: the savior who breaks the world to save it, or the doom that the prophecies foretold.
