A few hours before a crimson portal was opened on earth, precisely when the unknown figure received a notification telling him:
[You have received enlightenment]
There was another notification displayed in front of a short ragged green humanoid animal, wearing bits of rags.
[The fragment of ??? has been destroyed]
The humanoid animal quickly ran up to the the castle to call upon the king telling him about the new development. The king clad in a wooden crown polished in gold, a red cape adorned with precious stones with bits of dirt all around it and a small blue underwear stepped out of the palace to then direct a large number of short green humanoid animals to head in the direction of an open shrine.
There they assumed battle formations and prepare for the worst, they waited a few moments but nothing happened. Few of the animals were restless but they still held their stand until a portal opened, expecting the worst, the king of the humanoid animals call upon other humanoid animals that specialized in aerial battles to help increase their chances of surviving the invasion that was about to happen.
As the last of the humanoid animals took their stand, a human hand came out of the portal.

The unknown figure puts his head into the portal for only a second and then hurriedly pulls it out, while inside the portal he stared at a large army of little green animals that could only be described as goblins, the unknown figure felt his skin crawl with fear while closing his eyes to blink, hoping the sight he just witnessed will go away, fortunately it does as soon as the unknown figure pulls his head out of the portal and watches the portal close slowly.
He sighed heavily after the bad experience, the unknown figure returned to the side of the road, while hoping to find a good samaritan to take him home.

Meanwhile at the other side of the portal, the goblins chatter angrily among themselves, bloodthirsty and angry, but they never dared to take a step near the portal, either because of suffering a punishment for disobeying the king's order or for fear of the portal closing abruptly, shredding them in two.
After the portal closed, the king of the goblins addressed them saying:
[That elf dared to step foot in our land!]
[That elf destroyed the statue of our god!]
[We declare war on the elves!!!]
A few goblins chattered happily showing their agreement with the king while some showed concern on their faces and asked:
[Where are the elves?]
[The elves are far away.]
[How do we find the elves?]
In response the king replied:
[We shall create our own portal, and then plan a revenge on the elves.]
[We will search every planet in the universe until we find them.]
After the king said these words, all the goblins were overjoyed and they started dancing happily while preparing various plans to get revenge on the elves.

As all these was going on, Frank returned to his room in the servant's quarters after his encounter with Berry, whilst hoping to rest a little.
But before he was able to return he was stopped by a skeleton he saw a few times when Maru took him back from the library and that was also the one who escorted him to his room after that day to his room.
Frank tried remembering the skeleton's name before answering the question asked and then muttered quietly:
"Sebastian"
Sebastian stood firmly in front of Frank and asked emotionlessly:
[What are you doing?]
Frank replied in system language:
[Nothing.]
Sebastian eye sockets seemed to become darker after he heard Frank's response and he said:
[You were permitted to rest a while after the competition and after you were discharged from the hospital but make no mistake.]
[You are here to serve Master Maru as his loyal subjects.]
[Now go to the notice board to check the activities you are assigned to today.]
Frank started shaking slightly as Sebastian's eye sockets seemed to ooze darkness on him and was grateful to finally get out of the sight of the skeleton.
Frank approached the notice board and was fascinated by the kind of sorcery used on the wooden plank, anybody that approached the wooden plank was provided a schedule of activities which only contained one row of activities. The contents displayed on the wood are
[ 1. Cleaning of the slave quarters
2. Energy absorption practices
3. Digging of cursed minerals in the mine.
4.Training
5. Mastering the art of strategy.]
Something he noticed though was that there was no time for him to rest in between, he hurriedly ran up to Sebastian and told him his schedule but midway through his run he faced a notification that only activated at the worst timing, while Sebastian drifted away softly.
Frank cursed his luck and waited for five minutes until...
[You have gained control of your leg]
Frank hurried to grab a pickaxe so as to start mining as that was the task he was assigned to at this time. After searching the slave quarters thoroughly he belatedly realized there was no pick axe to use to mine.
Frank quickly walked up to Sebastian to tell him that there was no pickaxe and then ask for the map to the mine. Sebastian just looked at him dully while continuing to drift around like Frank wasn't there.
Frank thought about what to do for a while, and then decided to step out of the servant's quarters to see which way was to the mine. Frank was about to step out when Sebastian appeared in front of him and asked:
[What are you doing?]
Frank replied:
[I want to go outside to check the map to the mine or find my way to the mine outside.]
Sebastian looked at him dully but continued to man the entrance outside. Frank finally gave up and started returning to his quarters, he shot a glance at Berry's quarter while on his way to his quarters and saw that Berry was standing still while a mould of earth was gradually being dug out of the land.
After seeing this scene, Frank finally realized that the only way to dig the mine was if he used his mind, skill or physical abilities to dig the ground in his quarters.
Frank cursed inwardly as he approached his room.
