Shiva and Satya had already set out toward Jedna with full preparation. The wind whistled past their ears as they rode swiftly on their horses. With every passing moment, both Shiva and Satya could feel the ominous aura growing heavier. Satya, as always, remained alert, his hand resting firmly on the hilt of his sword. Both of them knew that something terrible awaited them ahead.
Suddenly, they felt as if the world itself was sinking into a dark shadow. Then, a figure appeared before them, blocking their path—a man cloaked in black robes, cruelty gleaming in his eyes. It was Karan, a twisted, sinister smile spread across his face, as if he had been waiting for them all along.
In an instant, Karan raised his hand, forming a black, terrifying energy. Before Shiva or Satya could fully react, Karan slashed the air with his hand, sending a dark, ominous wave of energy toward them. Shiva and Satya tried to escape, but the attack carried a magnetic pull that dragged them toward it. Using all their strength, they barely managed to break free—but their horses could not.
The horses neighed in terror, but the black slash struck them directly. Their bodies collapsed instantly under the weight of the dark magic. Shiva and Satya were thrown off their horses and crashed onto the ground.
"Satya!"
Groaning, Shiva stood up and glared at Karan. Recognition and hatred filled his voice."Pawn of the Evil God, Karan… what are you doing here? Have you forgotten your last defeat that you dared to return again?"
Karan smirked mockingly."Pawn? No, no… I'm no longer a mere pawn, Shiva. I've become far more powerful now."He then burst into laughter. "Hahahahaha!"
Brushing the dirt off his clothes, Satya stood beside Shiva and asked,"Shiva, is this the one who attacked you and your companions before?"
Shiva nodded grimly."Yes. It's him."
Satya cracked his knuckles and laughed."Then it's time to send him back to his master."
Without wasting a moment, Satya charged at Karan in a fury. His fists glowed with destructive energy, each strike making the surrounding air and space tremble. His blows were so fast and powerful that they could shatter mountains. Yet surprisingly, Karan blocked every attack effortlessly with his dark energy.
The battle quickly descended into chaos. Satya unleashed his full power. Shockwaves erupted from his punches, shaking the ground and distorting the air. Debris flew everywhere, turning the once-peaceful land into a battlefield. The force of the attacks reduced mountains and cliffs into dust.
But Karan was no weakling. He countered every strike and suddenly landed a heavy punch on Satya's chest, sending him flying several feet away.
Meanwhile, Shiva found himself surrounded by Karan's followers—Dark Pawns, their faces twisted and bodies cloaked in shadow. They lunged at Shiva with their weapons raised.
Shiva wanted to help Satya, but he knew he had to deal with the pawns first. He dodged their attacks swiftly, searching for an opening. Gathering his power, he hurled nearby objects at them using telekinesis. Despite his weakened condition, Shiva's control over his abilities had grown far stronger.
The fight dragged on. With every pawn that fell, Shiva's breathing grew heavier, yet his resolve never wavered. He could not lose here. With one final surge of power, he released a massive energy blast, knocking back the remaining pawns. Exhausted, he dropped to his knees—drained, but victorious.
Elsewhere, the battle between Satya and Karan had grown even more terrifying. Everything around them had turned to rubble. A massive cloud of dust filled the battlefield. From within that dust, Karan emerged, dragging a barely conscious Satya with him. Holding him by the collar, he tossed Satya aside like a doll.
"So, it's not just me—you've grown stronger too, Shiva," Karan said mockingly."Do you really think defeating them means you can stand against me? You are gravely mistaken."
He waved his hand, and five more dark figures appeared—evil generals, all dressed in black robes. They lined up behind Karan.
Karan's smile deepened."Allow me to introduce my finest warriors—the Rook, the Bishop, and the Knights. Together, we will crush you."
Shiva glanced at the unconscious Satya. He had no time to waste. Pulling out a vial from his pouch, he poured it into Satya's mouth. Karan laughed.
"You think a tiny potion will heal him? Even if he wakes up, he's in no condition to fight."
Shiva smirked coldly."Who said this was a healing potion? This is a deep-sleep potion. I don't want him getting in my way. This fight is between you and me now."
Then Shiva whispered an incantation:
"Adam—the twin soul of Michal, the wisest and strongest.Fëanor—the high-tier fire spirit.Raava—the spirit of light.Nereus—the high-tier water spirit.Arise."
In an instant, the atmosphere changed. Divine, radiant spirits manifested around Shiva. Their mere presence made the earth tremble.
For the first time, Karan's face turned pale.
"Now let's see if you and your generals can handle this," Shiva said calmly, his voice filled with authority.
What followed was nothing short of an epic battle.Fëanor unleashed torrents of fire.Raava's light blinded the enemies.Nereus summoned massive waves that drowned the darkness. And Adam, with unmatched intelligence, coordinated the battle flawlessly.
One by one, the generals fell.
At last, Karan was forced to retreat."You may have won this battle, Shiva… but the war is far from over. And remember—our goal today was not to kill you, but merely to stop you."
With that, he vanished into the darkness.
As the dust settled, Shiva healed Satya with Raava's help. When Satya finally regained consciousness, he asked weakly,"Did we… win?"
Shiva smiled."Yes. But the generals disappeared before the fight truly ended. Perhaps their goal was never to kill us."
Satya nodded tiredly. Together, they resumed their journey toward Jedna—unaware that this was only the beginning.
