Chapter 19 - The Star Formation of Doom

As Shiva moved closer to the ruins, he felt time begin to slow down—and then, at last, time came to a complete halt.Time sank into a deep silence. The outside world froze like stone.

Shiva had returned to his old form as Shubhu, yet his eyes were fixed on the ancient walls of the ruins that had been buried under dust for centuries.

The world knows only three Supreme Gods. But beyond time, when the creators formed the world, there were four.

One was the shaper of the world, who created the complete universe. The second engraved laws into it, the one who created hunger, thirst, and the rules of existence. The third was the one who destroyed creation, who brought annihilation upon the world.

But there was one more—the lord of time and space, the strongest of them all.Yet he was forgotten.

There were many other things written on the ruins, but it was as if they had been deliberately erased; nothing readable remained.

Then, in front of him, stood a pillar. For reasons unknown, Shubhu felt an urge to touch it.

Before he could understand anything further, visions began to appear.

Blood was spread everywhere—but it was not red, it was golden.Millions—no, countless corpses lay scattered across the ground. And in the air, there was someone, covered in heavy white and golden armor.

**— voices echoed."Victory to the Supreme God **-*!"

For some reason, he was unable to hear the name clearly, but he felt a deep connection to that figure. And he understood that all those corpses belonged to gods and demons.

The scene began to change.

Shiva felt something, and then he saw that figure again—but this time, countless weapons were embedded in its body.

Before he could understand anything, everything returned to normal, and Shubhu transformed back into Shiva.

In the blink of an eye, all the ruins of Drona Mountain began to crumble, and soon all the small, newly formed dungeons were destroyed as well.

Satya and Shiva stood stunned.Neither of them could understand what had happened.

Michael spoke,"You feel as powerful as a high-tier god heir. Perhaps these ruins had some connection to you."

Shiva did not have time to think about it.He turned toward Satya and said,"Satya, do you understand anything about what's happening here?"

Satya shook his head no, looked at Shiva with a shocked and sharp gaze, and then said,"Let's go. We need to inform the guild about all this."

And then both of them left.

While Shiva and Satya had already left Drona Mountain, Ansh, Kavi, and Siya were also moving toward Jedna Village, filled with excitement from their newly gained powers.Their eyes shone with confidence, glowing with the ability to overcome any challenge.

At the same time, from another direction, a shadow was moving toward Jedna Village.

Wrapped in black robes, it was none other than Karan, leading a group of nine people. All of them were dressed in black, looking like dark clouds of destruction advancing with the intent of annihilation. There was no hesitation in their steps, and their eyes were fixed on the outskirts of the village.

The villagers had no idea that a devastating storm was about to descend upon them.

One mile away from the village, those nine figures surrounded it.And above the village, beyond where sight could reach, hidden behind the clouds—he was there.

The nine figures created a complete nine-pointed star formation on the ground.Every movement they made was precise and calculated.

Standing at the center of the structure, Karan raised his hands and began chanting in a language the world had almost forgotten.

A terrifying energy began rising from beneath the ground. At that very moment, nine portals opened one by one in front of each member of the group, and the energy pouring out of them surrounded the village with an invisible barrier.

Inside those portals, darkness swirled—black, deepening, and pulsing with evil power, as if ready to devour everything.

This was no ordinary magical structure. It was the Star Formation, mentioned only in the most ancient histories—in texts erased by time, read by none who still lived.

It was said that the knowledge of this formation was so forbidden that even very few gods were aware of its existence. And those who were… feared even speaking its name.

Every hour, nine new portals would open, and the process would continue until a total of eighty-one portals were formed.

It was a purely evil formation.Wherever it had been activated in the past, nothing living had survived.

Now, Jedna Village had fallen into the grip of that same dark curse.

As the first portals fully activated, monsters began emerging from them—horrific, twisted creatures, embodiments of pure evil. They roared and howled as they tore through reality itself.Their blood-red eyes stared at the peaceful village like predators eyeing their prey.

Within just a few hours, the disaster revealed its true form.

Nearby, chaos had erupted inside the Adventurers' Guild.

In a disheveled state, an adventurer burst through the doors. His face was pale with fear and exhaustion. His armor was shattered, and his sword hung loosely, coated with thick black blood.

He was the same group member who had been sent to investigate the disturbance—from a team of twenty A-rank members, only he had survived.

"We're all going to die!" he screamed, his voice trembling."The village has completely fallen to monsters. We're finished!"

Silence spread through the guild hall.

This was no ordinary threat—this was something they had only heard about in dark legends."I saw some figures saying that this structure is so dangerous that even those who escaped it in the past never saw it fully activated. They were calling it a Star Formation."

The adventurer collapsed to his knees, tears streaming down his face."My entire team… all dead. They were mid-rank god heirs… A-rank adventurers… and still they were slaughtered mercilessly. We never stood a chance. They gave their lives just to send me back with this message."

Fear settled into the hearts of everyone present.Chairs toppled, hurried footsteps echoed, and several adventurers began to flee.

Then a powerful voice cut through the noise.

"Why are you running?"

Maya—the heir of the God of Voice—stood at the center of the guild. Her voice, amplified by divine power, echoed throughout the hall.

"Have you forgotten who you are?" she said."We are the survivors of the greatest disaster in history. We have faced gods and demons—and emerged stronger than them. And now you're trembling at the first glimpse of real danger?"

Her words stopped the fleeing adventurers in their tracks.

She continued, her voice filled with anger and pride,"You trust Guild Master Gaurav, don't you? The first low-level god who completed the God Trial. The God of Strength! He isn't running—so why are you?"

At that moment, Guild Master Gaurav stepped forward. His massive frame commanded respect on its own.He was a living legend among adventurers.

He raised his massive battle axe—the same weapon that had carried him to godhood.Unshakable resolve burned in his eyes.

"If I die today," Gaurav's booming voice filled the hall,"I'll take a hundred monsters down with me."

The guild erupted in cheers and determination.Fear was pushed aside, if only for a moment.

Gaurav's body shone with divine light as he entered his god transformation. His vest transformed into solid iron armor, engraved with the sigil of a low-tier god.His axe grew even larger—nearly as tall as his 6-foot-7 frame.Even the air trembled under his power.

Inspired, the adventurers gripped their weapons.

Maya shouted the final war cry,"We will fight! Not just for ourselves, but for those who cannot fight—children, the weak, and those whose powers have not yet awakened. We will stand together… or fall one by one!"

At the same moment, miles away, unease deepened in Shubhu's mind.He tightened his grip on the reins of his horse, urging it to run faster.Satya rode alongside him.

"We have to reach the village," Shubhu said in a low but anxious voice."Something is terribly wrong… I can feel it."

The air grew colder.Shubhu's powers had not fully awakened yet, but he could still feel the tear in reality. The Star Formation had ripped through the fabric of space itself. It was a festering wound on the world—growing deeper with every passing moment.

Satya nodded, staring at the horizon."We'll make it. We have to."

Near the village, Ansh was almost there.

His breathing was heavy, his heart pounding. From afar, the roars of monsters echoed through the air.The sky above the village looked darker than ever before.

As he reached the village boundary, the first wave of monsters burst out from between the trees.Their twisted forms became clearer as the darkness thickened.

Ansh clenched his teeth and drew his weapon.

He knew he couldn't stop them all alone. But he had to buy time.

The village was still unaware of the destruction approaching—

And whether Ansh would be ready to fight until his very last breath to save it,Even if the price was his own life.
