This is a story about a beautiful lady, born and brought up in a poor but God-fearing family.
Rihannat is a lady blessed with beauty, intelligence, high morals, strong faith, and a heart of gold. 

As the saying goes, a blossomed flower always attracts all kinds of butterflies, so Rihannat's life is full of suitors, but she always rejects them because she believes that beauty without achievement is a failure, and when beauty fades, she will be nothing. 

Hardening her mind not to fall into temptation and the traps of Shaytan and the world, putting her very best into everything she does to make a better future, a successful and highly respected career woman in life. 

Fighting to conquer poverty in her life and family as the only child of her parents, betrayal. Jealousy from those she called friends, avoiding someone who loves, cares for her and helps her in secret without letting her know. 

A pure and true love who secretly helps her in stretching her wings, making her fly freely in the sky, strengthening her, and making her wishes come true while hiding in a friendship cocoon, afraid of being rejected by her when his heart can’t take the blow, waiting by her side till she achieves her aim.

"Oh! Hello girl, sorry for our dumbness. Hope we didn't make you uncomfortable dear." Folakemi mother cleared the air when she notices the too silent and shocked people. 


Ah!..... no no ma, I..I..am fine. Thanks ma


Lost in thought, she stutters as fola's mum hugged her.


Hand held by fola's mom who pulled her away from the doorway. " you know my dear you are the first person she brought home who dressed decently and i can also see you are totally different from her circle of friends, tell me are you truly her friend?"


Sighs..... ma, truly we are not that close, we are roommates and that was how we got to know eachother. Although its kind of odd but i can still say she's decent among her other friends, her character is good and she's studious. Her seriousness in studying was the reason why we became close ma.


Rihannat looked into folakemi mother's eye for the first time and smile. " You might think she pays me to act ma", "No ma...sighed...I came willingly not bribed."


Folakemi's father looked at Rihannat with smiles. " Alright darling, we were afraid she paid you to do this." 


Folakemi's mum hugged Rihannat tightly " you are just like her. Modest, appreciative and approachable dear....sniffed ...oh sorry i got carried away. Thank you for being her friend. Take this place as your second home okay. Will you take me as your godmother with my husband as your godfather?


No but dear. When you are less busy, we will like to know your parents. Come take us to meet them when you have time and you can also tell them about us ok. Smiles, so cute, she pulled at Rihannat cheeks.


Folakemi's dad joined in to pat her shoulder. Giving her a nod that she's welcome. The two brothers at the side were also dumbfounded but they masked it well, showing no reaction. though they accepted knowing her family but goddaughter? Won't she be their little sis!


Rihannat was flabbergasted and overwhelmed with all the affections, care and all. She felt as if they've known her somewhere before now.
