Medical Berlin is more than just a hospital. It's the largest medical facility in West Jakarta, equipped with technology far more advanced than any other hospital. Robots moved efficiently around every corridor, assisting patients.

In one of the soundproofed VIP rooms, the hospital's tranquil atmosphere was shattered. The noisy voices of a group of young men gathered there contrasted sharply with the silence of the technology surrounding them.

"Dude, how did you faint?" "It usually never gets that bad," Yunus said, looking at Mathius, who was still lying in the hospital bed.

Mathius, who had been busy with his phone, slowly turned his gaze to Yunus. His cold eyes seemed unperturbed by his friend's concern.

It wasn't just Yunus; everyone in the room was curious about Mathius's answer.

Mathius let out a shaky breath. He put his phone to his left side and adjusted his sitting position. With his trademark flat expression, he looked at each of his friends.

"I don't know, I don't remember," Mathius replied flatly.

Hearing that short answer, they all fell silent, dumbfounded.

Yunus's mouth dropped open slightly, as if he couldn't believe Mathius's answer.

"You idiot!" Yunus cursed with a squeak. "How come you don't know?" he snapped again.

Mathius, hearing this, immediately shot Yunus a cold glare. "Yes, I really don't know. Last I remember, I had just taken Amora home. "On my way back, a Hiace followed me," Mathius explained with a straight face.

"So? What else?" Ale pressed impatiently.

"At first, I didn't respond, I just kept walking. I thought it was just a passing car," Mathius sighed, his jaw slightly clenchedHis voice hardened as he remembered the incident. "But suddenly, from behind, a car hit mine, denting it. I immediately stopped; I couldn't accept my beloved car being destroyed like that."

Mattheus paused for a moment. "When I got out, about seven people suddenly got out of the car and brutally attacked me."

"Yes, a fight ensued. Unfortunately, when I was off guard, someone hit me in the back of the head. I also got a knife on my hand, and yeah... that's how it was, I was beaten up," Mathius said with a long sigh. "It's tiring talking "All this time," he thought to himself.

"So, how come you're in that cramped place?" Kevin interrupted, puzzled.

"Yeah, that's really strange. You were attacked on a major street, but why did you meet in a narrow alley?" Ale interjected with a frown. "At least if you fainted, you'd stay on that street, or at most, on the edge of the sidewalk. This is a different place."

Mathius fell silent. He began to replay his hazy memories, trying to find the missing pieces. "Yeah, right..." he muttered, beginning to wonder about his own situation.

"But maybe you were deliberately dragged there so no one could find you and help you," Yunus said, trying to think logically from another perspective.

"Yeah, yeah! That could be the reason," Ale replied in agreement. However, a second later, he remembered something. "But where was the crime scene?" Ale asked urgently.

"Hmm, before I completely passed out, I saw a black SVJ car arrive. I think the owner of the car ordered them, and after that, I don't remember anything else," Mathius explained. He was absolutely certain that the boss behind the assault was inside the luxury car.

"No..." Juanda replied suddenly in a very flat tone.

"Huh? What do you mean?" Ale asked, his face looking confused as he stared at Juanda.

"What do you mean?" "Are you saying that the car had nothing to do with it at all?" Mathius asked. He was starting to catch Juanda's drift, though his heart was still filled with doubt.

"Yes," Juanda replied briefly, maintaining his stoic expression.

"Wait... so Jujun means that the car that stopped near Mathius wasn't the mastermind behind all this?" Ale interrupted, his eyes widening as his brain finally processed the information.

"I think so," Kevin replied, nodding in agreement.

"How did you even think that?" Yunus turned his head, staring at Juanda with a searching gaze.

Juanda exhaled slowly, as if weighing how much information to share. "Because I saw the people who attacked Mathius in that black Hiace. It looked like it was their own car," Juanda explained, his tone calm yet cold.

"Yes, it's possible they were killed by their own boss's men. So no witnesses would speak," Yunus said, his eyes still intently watching Juanda.

"It could be," Kevin and Ale chimed in almost simultaneously.

Mattheus now focused all his attention on Juanda. He knew Juanda rarely spoke without a solid basis. "What theory do you have from this incident?" Mathius asked, his voice serious.

"Why do you ask that? Do you agree with our opinion or Jujun's?" Ale interrupted with a puzzled expression.

Mattheus shook his head slowly, his eyes still fixed on Juanda. "Juanda can't possibly conclude something without evidence and a specific purpose," Mathius explained, defending his friend's logic.

"Explain what you saw," Mathius demanded again in a deeper tone.

"When you were busy lifting Mathius, you immediately rushed him to the car to rush him to the hospital. At that time, I was at the back of the line..." Juanda paused.

"Wait! No wonder you arrived last. I thought you were desperate to poop," Ale interrupted, recalling their panicked moment in the narrow alley.

Juanda glared at Ale, signaling for him to be quiet. "I went to look for Mathius' car. Behind it, I found the black Hiace. When I checked inside, seven large men were dead, covered in blood.

"I opened the door and took a closer look. It looked like they were killed with the same dagger used to injure Mathius. And on the face of one of the bodies, there was a piece of paper with red inkβ€”it looked like their own blood.

"So... so?" Ale pressed, his voice rising an octave in curiosity.

"What was on the paper?" Kevin asked, his voice calmer but more serious.

Juanda took a deep breath. "It said... 'Bloody stalk... remove.'"

They all fell silent, trying to process that short, terrifying sentence. "I think I understand what it means," Kevin said, breaking the silence. "Maybe the 'bloody stalk' he was referring to was Mathius, and 'remove' was an order to finish off his attackers."

"Yeah, I think so too. That means someone is protecting Mathius behind the scenes," Yunus added with a serious expression.

"And we have to find out who that person is!" Ale exclaimed, his eyes gleaming with determination.
