In the depths of the chaotic universe, a magnificent palace of golden splendor floated in the void.
The master of the palace was a tiny figure, almost like a mascot, who at that moment sat on a golden throne, bored out of his mind.
However, this seemingly harmless figure possessed the highest status in existence, both in the world and in the chaos itself, as he was the supreme ruler of the twelve universes within that multiverse.
The Omni-King!
As usual, on this day the Omni-King felt terribly bored.
Two silent and expressionless attendants stood beside the throne, while the Supreme King gazed absentmindedly at the twelve glowing spheres slowly rotating in the void. His small round head showed no trace of what he was thinking.
It should be known that those glowing spheres floating in the void were not ordinary lights.
Each one represented a universe!
It was said that long ago, within the chaos, there had originally been eighteen universes, and the palace of the Omni-King had once contained eighteen of those glowing spheres. However, after six universes angered him and were erased by his wrath, only twelve remained.
Although the Omni-King was not a fighter, his power and authority were absolute.
The palace was silent and desolate. The Omni-King thought it would be another boring day, just like all the others.
But as if fate itself had begun to move, the trajectory of the universe and the chaos suddenly changed.
Before the surprised gazes of the Omni-King and his two attendants, the twelve spheres representing the twelve universes suddenly emitted a dazzling light.
Then, inside the circle formed by those twelve spheres, two more spheres slowly appeared.
"Grand Priest! Grand Priest!"
After a brief silence, an expression of extreme joy and excitement appeared on the round face of the Omni-King. He jumped down from his throne, calling loudly for his butler as he hopped around the newly formed sphere.
The palace had remained so cold and silent for so long that this new sphere was like a stone thrown into a still pond, finally creating ripples in a place that had remained stagnant for millennia.
Regardless of the meaning behind the sudden appearance of those spheres, the simple change and the ripple it created were enough to make the bored Supreme King happy for quite some time.
"My Lord, what is your command?"
A figure suddenly appeared and asked respectfully.
This individual was slightly taller than the Omni-King, but carried himself with elegance and an extraordinary presence. His skin was bluish, his hair white and curly, and a faint blue halo floated behind his head.
It was none other than the Grand Priest, the leader of the twelve angels of the universes and the main attendant of the Omni-King.
"Grand Priest, look! Look at this!"
"Hm?"
The Omni-King hopped excitedly like a child while the Grand Priest finally noticed the new spheres that had appeared beside the twelve universes. He too was surprised.
"These... these are newly born universes?"
"Yes, yes! They appeared on their own! I didn't create them!"
The Omni-King, apparently worried that the Grand Priest might misunderstand, quickly explained.
As expected, upon hearing those words, the Grand Priest became even more surprised.
This was not the work of the Omni-King.
Two universes had been born naturally!
However, as the Grand Priest observed the two newly appeared spheres surrounded by the others, he slightly furrowed his brow.
Compared to the other universes, these new ones were very small and seemed almost illusory. However, they were slowly growing and becoming more solid.
This did not concern him much. Newly born universes needed time to evolve and develop. It was a natural phenomenon.
What truly concerned him was something else.
They had appeared spontaneously.
It was well known that creating a universe was not a simple process. Yet this time, two completely new universes had appeared out of nowhere.
A veil of concern crossed the Grand Priest's heart.
He could not help but wonder whether these new universes would bring fortune or disaster, and whether they might disrupt the balance of the multiverse.
But when his gaze fell upon the Omni-King, the Grand Priest chuckled quietly to himself and that brief concern disappeared.
With the Supreme King present, there was no reason to worry.
"My Lord, these new universes seem truly special. How do you intend to handle them?"
After calming himself, the Grand Priest asked respectfully.
"Hmm... I think they are special to me as well."
The Omni-King thought for a moment before speaking.
"Since they are the thirteenth and fourteenth universes that were just born, Grand Priest, why don't you send an angel to assist their God of Destruction?"
"Omni-King, these universes are still in the stage of growth and evolution. It seems that the Supreme Kai and the God of Destruction have not yet appeared."
After carefully examining the new universes, the Grand Priest reported.
The Omni-King looked a little surprised. He narrowed his eyes and carefully observed the spheres, realizing that indeed no higher deity such as a Supreme Kai or a God of Destruction had yet been born within those universes.
"Well then, forget about it. Let them grow a little more before we deal with them."
After thinking for a moment, the Omni-King made his decision.
"Understood, Supreme Lord."
The Grand Priest placed a hand on his chest and bowed respectfully.
Although the birth of two new universes should have been an extraordinary event, for beings like the Grand Priest and the Omni-King it was not particularly important.
With nothing else to do, the Grand Priest left the palace. After making a few circles around the new spheres, the Omni-King also returned to his throne, once again bored, staring into the empty void.
However, neither the Omni-King nor the Grand Priest knew that those new universes — especially the thirteenth, to which they had paid little attention — would soon bring a colossal change to the entire multiverse...

Location: Universe 13
Planet Salada
Year 737.
Inside a dimly lit training room, a little girl was training intensely with a fierce expression.
The child was very small, appearing to be only four or five years old, yet she trained with a determination surprising for someone her age.
Suddenly she stopped training, stood up straight, and crossed her arms with an indifferent expression.
From her pocket she took several green seeds, planted them on the ground, and poured a liquid over them. From them emerged bluish-green creatures, monsters similar to Saibamen.
The girl looked at them as if they were not even worthy of being called opponents.
With a roar, the Saibamen lunged at her at incredible speed, evil smiles on their faces.
The girl's eyes shone with cold indifference. She moved with ease, effortlessly dodging all their attacks.
After several failed attempts, the Saibamen became enraged and launched a full assault, screaming furiously.
With a cold snort, the girl clenched her fists and shouted:
"Ah!!!"
A tremendous energy burst from her body, throwing the Saibamen against the walls and the floor as they screamed in pain.
An arrogant smile appeared on her pretty face as she pointed her fingers forward.
Several blasts of energy shot out immediately.
Boom! Boom! Boom!
The Saibamen were completely destroyed.
"What incredible power! Those test monsters were not even close to her level."
"As expected from our Princess Kalesa, the genius of our Saiyan race!"
Inside the control room, several researchers exclaimed in amazement.
"Hey, Shallot. Go clean the training room used by our Princess."
Seeing Princess Kalesa leaving the room on the monitor, one of the researchers spoke.
"Yes."
A boy about three or four years old, slightly younger than the princess, replied quietly and headed toward the training room.
The boy wore a simple uniform and had a delicate and pleasant appearance, although his face showed no emotion.
He grabbed the cleaning tools placed nearby and left the control room.
"Tsk, Shallot never reacts."
"That kid is smart. If he reacted, you'd have a reason to bully him."
"So what? Even if he is smart, he is still useless. His existence is a disgrace to our race."
"There is no need to be so harsh. After all, it's thanks to people like him that Princess Kalesa is a genius."
"You're not wrong... haha."
Hearing the mocking laughter behind him, Shallot sighed inwardly as he left the room.
Shallot — or rather, Alex in his previous life.
But that name no longer mattered.
He was not originally from this world.
After a fatal accident, he had reincarnated here.
In his previous life, Alex had been a huge Dragon Ball fan. One day, while waiting for the end of the anime Dragon Ball Daima, he was involved in a car accident.
And then… he woke up in this world.
At first he was confused, but he soon accepted reality.
Arriving in the world he had always loved, and even being reborn as a member of the Saiyan warrior race… seemed almost like good fortune.
The thought of experiencing the adventures of that universe had filled him with excitement.
But reality soon gave him a harsh slap.
Shortly after his birth, his parents died during a mission.
The Saiyan race did not care much about things like rest or family. It was said that his mother held him only once before leaving on a mission together with his father.
That mission, unfortunately, ended in disaster.
The planet they had been sent to save had been invaded by extremely powerful creatures, and the Saiyan team was almost completely wiped out. Only one survivor managed to return.
From what Alex had understood, the Saiyans of this universe were very different from the ones he knew.
They did not conquer planets to sell them like the Saiyans of Universe 7.
At first he thought he had been reborn among the Saiyans of Universe 6.
But then he discovered that everyone still had tails.
At that point he realized he was in a completely different place.
It was ironic.
He had reincarnated into Dragon Ball… but he had no idea where he was.
And all the knowledge he had from his previous life might be useless.
The Saiyans of this universe seemed like a mixture of those from Universe 6 and Universe 7.
They did not have strong family bonds.
His mother held him only once before placing him in an advanced medical capsule. His father, even though he was on the planet at the time, had not even bothered to visit him.
With parents like that… what could Alex do?
Then the real blow came.
Just like in Universe 7, every newborn Saiyan here was tested for battle power.
Shallot's combat level was 35.
A mid-class warrior.
Shallot thought:
"So what? Goku had a power level of only 2 at the beginning… and yet he became the strongest in the universe! If I train enough, I can become strong too."
But his situation was much more difficult.
Both of his parents were dead.
He was completely alone.
Without anyone to teach him anything, growing stronger would be difficult.
Now Shallot was an orphan.
The researchers who monitored him in the incubation capsule considered him nothing more than a burden.
From what he had discovered, mid-level Saiyans were usually sent to other planets to train in an organization called the Defenders of Supreme Justice, something similar to the Galactic Patrol.
But in Shallot's case, with his parents dead, no one bothered to take care of him.
He had simply been considered useless.
Even though he possessed the mind of a twenty-three-year-old, in the body of a baby he could not do much.
Despite the great vitality of the Saiyan race, surviving completely alone was impossible.
Just when he thought he was about to starve to death…
a woman adopted him.
