Chapter 37 - Visiting a Military Base

New York, Air Force Military Base.

The helicopter took Aaron and Helen to this heavily guarded place.

The welcome was overly enthusiastic.

The secretary eagerly came forward, clasped Aaron's right hand with both hands, and shook it vigorously.

"Mr. Aaron, it's a pleasure to meet you. General really liked the Christmas gift you gave him and said this year will be the best Christmas he's ever had."

"I'm sorry, General doesn't have time to receive you right now due to some personal health issues, but next time, General will personally invite you to a private gathering at Osborn Industries to thank you individually."

The secretary, fearing Aaron might feel slighted, was so humble in his attitude that he was practically bowing and scraping.

Aaron nodded in understanding. "I can fully understand General Ronald's eagerness. If it were me, I would definitely be eager to unwrap this gift. No one can refuse it, just as no normal man can refuse a beautiful woman."

Helen's face flushed slightly, but she still tried her best to puff out her chest, stand up straight, and smile, making herself at least look like she fit the role of Aaron's female companion.

But she felt very strange about the Christmas gift. It was only May now, still half a year until Christmas.

And weren't U.S. Military Bases very strict?

Why, from getting on the helicopter to the Military Base, had no one asked about her identity or background? Was it all because of Aaron?

The secretary noticed Helen's actions, and his smile became even more enthusiastic. "This must be Mr. Aaron's girlfriend, right? Even more beautiful than the Hollywood superstar Scarlett."

Helen returned a gentle smile. She was still a bit nervous and didn't even know what to say.

She subconsciously glanced at Aaron, then quickly lowered her head, neither denying nor refusing.

A girlfriend for a day is still a girlfriend.

Seeing Helen's nervousness, the secretary wisely did not continue to ask, fearing that Aaron might be displeased.

He led the way, guiding them to an open airfield.

Along the way, Military officers constantly cast respectful glances at them.

Although she knew these officers were all in awe of Aaron, Helen still felt honored.

"Mr. Aaron, these are all gifts from the General."

The secretary looked at Helen beside Aaron and quickly changed his words, "Equipment delivered to you."

"Ahem, General hopes your company can further improve these items."

"Given that these are obsolete goods, and Mr. Aaron, your work is busy, it's fine even if you don't have time to improve them. Osborn Industries will always be the Air Force's best partner."

This spiel was entirely made up on the spot by the secretary. After all, these toys were all equipment given to Aaron personally.

Improve? They could totally go to Hammer Industries.

Osborn Industries actually had little involvement in military industries.

And Aaron couldn't possibly work for the U.S. Military.

Improvement was impossible, never in a lifetime.

Helen didn't catch the hidden meaning at all. She was still a bit dazed even now.

This was her first time coming to a U.S. Military Base. And these military personnel were incredibly humble in front of Aaron.

As for this batch of planes, Helen looked at them, feeling somewhat familiar, but the temporarily modified and dyed fuselage coating made her a bit uncertain.

However, no matter how the exterior color of the fighter jets changed, their airframes and interiors remained untouched.

Aaron recognized at a glance that these were exactly what he needed.

Currently, the most advanced F-22 and F-16 in the United States, along with the YF-12A and Blackbird reconnaissance aircraft.

Aaron's eyes were like the most sophisticated instruments, meticulously scanning these aircraft and storing all data deep in his mind.

Hmm, I'll just dump all the data for these things into the Taklamakan Desert later.

The desert is so vast, it's quite normal for some fighter jet data to emerge from it, right?

In 2010, these things were still considered good.

Aaron had no other intentions, he was just doing it as a matter of convenience.

"Mr. Aaron, are you satisfied?" The secretary asked cautiously.

Aaron nodded. "General Ronald's efficiency is faster than I expected."

The secretary beamed an even brighter smile. "Of course, sir, you are the best partner our Military has ever had. General also hopes our cooperation can last forever."

Last forever?

That's not necessary.

In Helen's eyes, the military was unattainable.

But in Aaron's eyes, both the military and the United States were merely stepping stones.

"By the way, sir, the Army and Marine Commanders, among others, are also inquiring about your Corporation's upcoming plans."

"If you need help, they will lend their full support."

Whether it was the anti-aging potion or the anti-cancer potion, these were internal secrets of Osborn Industries, still in the research and development phase.

If it weren't to solve cash flow problems, Aaron wouldn't have wanted to bring them out at this time.

This time, he only had Norman bring out ten of each.

Limited in quantity, first come, first served.

Only the most generous or those who could provide sufficient help would be able to obtain this life-saving medicine first.

For these politicians and magnates, money was not an issue. They only wanted their bodies to regain youth as soon as possible and regain their vigor.

Therefore, they spared no effort to build momentum for Aaron, continuously praising him, almost to the point of deifying him.

At this time, if Aaron conceded, there would be people waving money and delivering it to his doorstep. But Aaron would not accommodate them.

There were only ten doses of the medicine. Oh, now there are only nine doses.

Want it? Fine. Pay up.

Originally, Aaron wanted to refuse outright. He also wanted to market it properly at the upcoming Osborn Industries Exposition.

But he suddenly thought of something. His eyebrow raised. "Actually... we can discuss it."

The secretary's spirits lifted immediately upon hearing there was a chance.

He was just a small secretary. However, those military bigwigs were all taking this opportunity to make him speak. They only sought a newborn.

At this moment, Ronald was undergoing various tests at the most advanced private hospital in the United States.

The President, various ministers, and commanders from different factions were all eagerly waiting for the latest news at the hospital.

They also dared not approach Aaron for a talk rashly.

On one hand, they were unsure of the specific effects. What if there were side effects?

On the other hand, Norman's attitude was very firm, and Aaron's background and strength were very mysterious. To be honest, they were a little afraid deep down.

Once all of Ronald's medical examination results were out, they would each display their ability.

They only sought a a new lease on life.

At this time, Roland's secretary became the stepping stone they sent out in advance.

Bearing such a heavy responsibility, the secretary was quite distressed, and his words and actions were very cautious, fearing that he might displease Aaron.

Now that there was room for discussion, he felt excited.

It's not that I'm afraid your appetite is big, I'm afraid you have no demands.
