Ascendancy: I don't wanna Ascend!

Idk if this will even be a story but the premise i had while making this is an overpowered guy who has reached the peak and refuses to ascend inorder to avoid the process of grinding to the peak again. Ps. he isn't a big fan of rebirths or regressions
