Just then, Rin grabbed Yuri's hand to stop her from opening the door. All night, a monster had been outside, mimicking their loved ones to lure them in and take possession of their bodies. The next day, the three of them were exhausted from lack of sleep and the constant sounds of the creatures mimicking their loved ones. The towering trees around them, reaching heights of 50 to 70 meters, surprised Rin and the others. Rin said, "Be careful of your surroundings." Yuri, with a mix of humor and seriousness, replied, "We are dead for sure." Sam took out his dagger, crafted from a dragon's fang and given to him by his late father. However, to use the dagger effectively, Sam needed to awaken its power. Yuri only used her abilities occasionally because Solus attracted monsters. Suddenly, the ground shook as a mutated monster emerged from beneath the surface. It had six hands and four legs, boasting a lean body with a large red eye in the center. Each hand was as sharp as a blade."It is a grade 3 monster," Yuri said, "but I need assistance." The creature noticed them, prompting Rin to say, "Let's run for now." They quickly climbed a tree and reached the top, only to find the monster waiting for them.
Yuri spoke, "Man, you only have a serious face. You run like a coward." Yuri laughed.
Rin replied, "I'm just a human, what do you want me to do?"
Rin, in his mind, thought, "Hey! It is difficult to maintain a serious image; I can't even laugh at jokes."
