Andrei had passed out from the pain and when he came to he was surrounded by Death Squad who had all entered the ship and searched it for Andrei only to find him unconscious in a bath of Focaine. They had only been there for a short time and had gone straight to the Commanders Quarters according to the on-board AI giving them a tour. They had continued the tour after they saw that there was nothing they could do for Andrei.
Mini and Goombi were the only two who had gotten off the lift at the third deck to check out the mechs. Both were super excited to see what was available and under their care. They were both giddy as they continued to run from one mech to the next seeing the diverse group and knowing the differences in them was making them both squeal with delight.
"The T400 Model is so much cooler in real life than in videos!" Goombi exclaimed.
"This R900 has its ammo reserves in a special expansion field so they can hold a near infinite amount of ammo." Mini chimed in.
Then Mini saw it and she did a dance on the spot. A Mech Assembler is all she was hoping would be on here and she was correct to assume it would be. The Mech Assembler would allow her to make more mechs to her own specifications. She would also be able to encode her ability into the mechs assembly which she was already at Assembler making the changes.
In Andrei's room everyone had been looking around at the scene and Edwin was fascinated by the mannequins. The first one had Andrei's armor that they had all seen on him by now, when Edwin approached it a glass tube shot up from the ground and encased the mannequin.
Sophia, Lily, and Airwrecka had plopped onto one of the many beds and started talking amongst themselves. Hook was fascinated by the VR pod and he was denied access when he stepped up to it. Jiks was standing staring at the Galaxy Map as she had spent many hours staring at the one in the ship she grew up on. The portals that were shown on this map were portals she had never seen before and she thought she had the Galaxy Map memorized by heart.
When Andrei came out of the Focaine bath there was a hush over the group. Andrei's features had changed, his skin was paler, his shoulders were even wider if that was possible. His hair was no longer red, it had turned black with red tips similar to how Mini's hair had an inch of green and his is now half an inch of red. He was completely naked and everyone could see him in his birthday suit, everyone's faces turned a bit red as they all realized they were staring at him.
Andrei, not realizing what was going on, just gave everyone a warm smile "I see you all made it to Goliath!" Was the first words he spoke to the group then he glanced down and saw he wasn't wearing clothing. "Ha, give me a minute!" and he summoned his gear with his mind instantly and the three girls especially Sophia gave an audible "Awww".
Andrei had notifications in his mind piling up and he also wanted to talk to everyone so he put off the notifications for later. He took a step forward and felt really weird as it felt like everything was further away. Did he grow, Andrei questioned himself. The answer was yes he grew and his body had changed and he found that out when he pulled up his profile tab.

He then bent his arms and legs and tested out his new body and it felt amazing. "Couldn't you have done the stretching before putting on the gear?" Sophia bemoaned from the bed. The other girls chuckled at the comment and Andrei felt like firing back. "Why don't you get naked and stretch then"
Sophia shot up and did just that, to the shock of everyone. Sophia even had a look of shock and she was looking at Andrei wondering what was going on. Andrei stood there just as confused because he was expecting her not to do it but have a quib back at him. "Stop!" he commanded and she stopped just as she was unfastening her bra.
"Really man, you have to say it then?" Hook commented from the side.
Prince then chimed in Andrei's head, "So you probably don't know this but vampires can control humans with eye contact and speech. My guess is you did just that to miss Sophia. If you don't believe me, make her kiss Hook, something we all know would never happen."
Andrei realized what Prince was saying and decided to make it spicier, "Sophia, go and kiss Lily as passionately as you can." Without hesitating Sophia walked over to Lily and grabbed her by the back of the head and pulled her in.
"Now that is what I am talking about!" Hook was not shy with his comments to say the least. Most of the others chuckled at the comment and Lily had a look of bewilderment as she wasn't expecting Sophia to kiss her and to keep kissing her.
"Hey asshole, if you're going to make me do something, at least don't make it awkward with my best friend from now on." Sophia retorted after the situation, in reality she liked the attention he was giving her.
"Prince suggested Hook!" Andrei jabbed at Sophia making her blush even more realizing Andrei saved her from that one.
"But seriously I assigned you guys to the Goliath so that we can start using this as our home base. Please feel free to bunk up wherever you like. This is obviously my quarters but as you can see plenty of beds. The second deck has more living quarters."
"I also wanted to teach you guys something I learned that I believe in time all of you can learn as well as it's something we all have and we should all be able to access."
"First, where is Mini and Goombi?" Andrei had done a headcount and noticed those two were missing. Flen spoke up this time "Do you really think Mini McGuiness wouldn't be on the mech deck?"
"Fair enough let's head to the third deck, oh and by the way if you haven't met this is Jayson he will be one of our forgers" Andrei had noticed Jayson standing off to the side not really interacting with anyone.
They all introduced themselves and headed back into the lift heading to the third deck. Exiting the lift they were amazed at the spectacle they witnessed. Goombi was in a mech that they had never seen before and Mini had 2 more identical to her own mechs that had a hologram of her in them.
Goombi's mech suit had two maces that one was a flat faced anvil shaped head to the mace and the other was morning star mace with spikes going in all directions. His mech was a navy blue with dark green camo grid that was not seen on mechs before.
Looking at the two new mechs that Mini had next to her they had the dark green camo grid on the pink gear. Andrei recognized the color from when he introduced the daggers to Mini and he figured she put her ability into these mechs. "You know now it's obvious which is which since your first doesn't have this cool camo." Andrei pointed out to Mini, something the group was thinking of looking at that trio.
Mini popped out of the middle mech suit and the other two shut down. She looked at them rubbing her chin, not sure what she could do about that currently. "A problem for a different day, what happened to your beautiful hair?" Mini had pivoted from her mechs to Andrei taking a couple steps to him. When she got to him she then realized he was even larger than before and pointed it out "And you're even larger, what happened to you?" a concerned voice came from Mini.
Goombi had gotten out of his mech and joined the group and everyone was patiently waiting for his response. "Incoming Portal Activated, two travelers" A disembodied voice was heard by everyone.
"Natalie and Lauren have arrived" the voice then announced and the group had been heading to the lift to go see the incoming travelers.
When they exited the lift the group was shocked to see Julia's identical triplet sisters standing with personal travel bags. "There are three of them?!" Exclaimed Hook which got a chuckle out of everyone even Andrei thought his delivery was really funny.
"Everyone, meet my sisters Lauren and Natalie. As you can tell they are Julia's triplet sisters and they are also going to be a part of Death Squad. If everyone could shake Lauren's hand she is our telepath and will start setting up our communication."
O grunted at this request as he wasn't the biggest fan of touching things he wasn't trying to destroy. He hadn't said anything as he wasn't sure what his place was on a ship like this but if it meant he could get in lots of fights throughout the galaxy then he wasn't going to say something dumb to ruin that chance.
"I'm going to start with grumpy over here since he seems like a bundle of joy!" Lauren, being her taking charge self, shook one of O's hands and then walked away having a private conversation with O.
"See that wasn't so hard was it there, I'm Lauren, what's your name?" She asked in his mind "Outalomnonum" he grumpily replied.
"Was that so hard O?" Andrei jabbed at the big Sandarian. Hearing him called O from Andrei led Lauren to realize that they were calling him the beginning of his name. She continued to shake hands and was busy introducing herself in their minds.
She was getting better at multitasking as she was having lots of different conversations at one all while walking and shaking the hands of each. She had reached her max of five conversations before she had to drop one to move on and also help her move again.
Lauren had been studying all the literature on Telepathy and had been practicing having as many conversations as she could with as many people that would interact. Girls at her university were calling her the gossip queen but she was just practicing her powers.
She could send out to hundreds of people with one message but could only have back and forth with up to five people so far which seemed like her limit but she was hoping to figure out how to advance that.
Natalie introduced herself and shook everyone's hands just to continue the same introductory fashion her sister set. It took her longer as she would ask their name and ability and tell them hers.
Andrei had moved to the training rooms on the fifth deck that they were on and had grabbed Julia to follow him, he made eye contact with Lauren and she knew to join him. They all noticed that Andrei stood there looking to announce something to them.
"Guys first of all welcome to Goliath. This is the initial crew that is going to reshape the Galaxy. Step one is that we learn from Master Jojo the final form of Zii" Andrei continued to speak but was walking towards the closest training room.
They all entered the room and Andrei had them all relax on the floor in whatever they saw fit to be relaxed in. He chose a traditional legs cross and elbows on knees, knowing that O could never do that, hence his vague relax instructions.
He then explained how the feeling of activating their beast armor was what they needed to focus on. Then they needed to focus only on that energy. Andrei was doing the same trance of a spiel to the group that Jojo had done and his voice had trailed off to them.
Surprisingly O popped up with a boisterous "HELL YEAH!" And his body had changed drastically. His arms and hands doubled in size, his spikes extended out and seemed to be thicker despite being transparent. There was now energy flowing from his body out of his transparent spikes to the red tips swirling back and forth.
Andrei clapped and noticed no one had moved so he knew they must be close and deep in their own minds about to reach their final form. Lily was the next and she opened her eyes and she was shocked to see her form had changed into an invisible form. Andrei hadn't noticed till he heard her shriek in fear. "Ahh I killed myself!" Lily cried out from her invisible self.
"Please tell me you can see me Andrei!" She pleaded as he had looked up and now could hear she was close. He felt a slap in the face.
"Ouch, what was that for?" Andrei retorted after the smack.
"Damnit you didn't see me at all!" She cried out again just inches from Andrei which started to weird him out.
Time passed and both of their final forms expired and O had a massively sad look on his face. "Dont worry tomorrow you can use it again and the more you use it the more efficient you can be but can only use it once a day."
"Who knows maybe you can figure out how to use it more than once a day but that is my limit so far" Andrei tried to cheer up O with the comment.
"So now what? We just sit and wait for the next to pull this off?" Lily inquired.
"More or less." Was his nonchalant response
"Then I'm going back to exploring and finding myself a room." Lily commented as she walked off, O heard the comment and decided to leave as well to find a room.
Andrei went back to reading more about the blood powers he received as he now had the time so he thought. He had seen his profile state he is now a Vampire Count, which meant nothing to him other than it was on his profile so it must have something to do with the vampire empire.
He noticed a bunch of new ability tabs were now visible and before he could click on any of them Poco and Loco simultaneously hit their final form. Poco became a Jaguar with swirling blue energy in its eyes. Loco became a Lion with swirling red energy in its eyes. Both of their fur had the twins combo ice/fire flame with the mane of the lion displaying a massive amount of it.
They both hopped and ran as fast as they could around the training room and even ran into each other at one point. Only to quickly regain their balance from the sliding and resumed running full speed around in circles. It was as if they had a huge burst of energy and had to release it.
Their minute ended and both transformed back into their normal bodies with an audible "Awww". Andrei gave them the same pep talk he gave O a bit ago and they both gave him the thumbs up.
"That was awesome man, I can't wait to try it again tomorrow!" Poco said with a huge smile on his face. Loco was already heading to leave and joked "Meow!" in agreement to his twin.
Surany woke up next and she transformed similar to Loco and Poco but she turned into a bird that resembled the mythical Phoenix. Her head was more orange than red and it got darker red the further down her body. Her eyes glowed the final form color of gold.
Surany lifted up into the air but didn't have much room to fly, she flew circles and landed next to Andrei. Looking at the Phoenix Andrei wasn't worried about being attacked but it felt weird to look a beast in its eye.
Her final form ended and she returned to herself and Andrei went into his spiel. She smiled the entire time and she knew something Andrei didn't know which was she could do it again. She could feel it and she wanted nothing else than to get onto a planet asap and fly.
Edwin then opened his eyes and had a shocked look on his face. He was trying his best to put together what he just experienced as he slowly stood up and walked towards Andrei.
"What does it mean that there are 4 energies, if I focused on one I would lose the others. Is that bad or is that good?" Edwin had a great question for Andrei that he took his time trying to answer correctly.
"If I understand what you're saying, maybe my own experience can enlighten you. I focused originally on the beast activation power and to me it's a golden energy. I noticed when I first started seeing it there were many other colors of energy swirling around."
"In my first encounter with this I only concentrated on the golden energy and it collapsed into a spotted ball. Then it felt like my entire entity entered the ball or the ball encased me. My second attempt to just study the energies I worked on focusing on one energy at a time."
Andrei explained the different figures and that his wolf was the largest as he had the most in water is how he explained it to Edwin. Edwin thanked him for the insight and turned around to sit back down he noticed some were missing. "The ones missing already got it?"
"Yup" Andrei simply replied back to Edwin, distracted as he was opening up the first tab that he acquired from Dracula.

Andrei was laughing to himself thinking his army just got larger but his spirit was going to be taxed by these guys so he wanted to use them wisely, they were leveled out anyways if he understood the interface.

Andrei was left dumbfounded looking at this ability. He could create vampires, and they would be added to his army. He had no idea what the undead beast would mean and also what exactly a vampire entailed. Seeing the level one besides it made him wonder if it would level up and lower his chances of an undead beast.

Five blood skills all at level 5 and all of them seemed to be quite incredible. He was wondering if he could learn more or if maybe five was the magic number per element.
His tab said Blood Level 100 and he remembered his final form needed that level. He checked the Zii tab and it was available. He didn't want to scare anyone since it appeared he might be a bat. But now it has a description.

Andrei took note of the time and checked his Final Form Rage and it too now lasts 2 minutes and a 9 hour cooldown. He figured that each final form will increase time and reduce cooldown as there were no levels in the description.
Jiks was the next to find their final form and hers was mesmerizing. Her hair became vines of vipers that shot out poisonous venom. Her arms turned to massive shields of bark like skin and her eyes could put enemies to sleep by making contact.
Hook even figured out his and when he opened his eyes Andrei was shocked when he saw another Hook appear in the same relaxed position now making eye contact with the other Hook. They did the same motions and then Hook realized it was a duplicate clone. He could control both and do what he wanted. He played with himself for the minute and then looked around confused.
Andrei gave both of them the spiel and relief was brought back to both now knowing they could do it again at some point despite it not working currently.
Both left the room to go and talk to the others after seeing that half the squad was already gone. Loco and Poco came in to talk to Andrei and saw what they expected. They explained to him that they think the triplets need to connect to get theirs.
Andrei looked at the three and they all had looks of determination but also frustration on their faces which confirmed to him that the twins were on to something. He grabbed Julia's hand and she opened her eyes and it was Andrei with a warm smile helping her up. Lauren was in the center so he led Julia to Lauren and then placed her hand on Lauren's shoulder and let go of Julia's hand.
He walked over to Natalie and grabbed her hand which she responded similarly to Julia and followed her brother to her sisters in the middle. She understood as they came up to the two others and put her hand on Lauren's other shoulder. The three had opened their eyes for a brief moment then together closed them and within a minute all three started changing.
Lauren's blonde hair went golden like everyone else's final form gold color, her eyes as well. She started to levitate and then suddenly she was surrounded by a bubble. She suddenly spoke and said "Sorry brother, just testing".
Andrei felt like his brain was going to explode, then suddenly he felt fine, then started seeing images of everyone in the squad dying. His expressions caused her to stop and she started apologizing profusely.
Natalie's hair did the same thing and her eyes were both golden and she looked down and noticed the floor was shiny below her. She stepped forward and where she stepped the floor appeared to become more shiny.
She placed her hand down and the floor that her hand touched did the same thing. She was trying to figure out what was going on till she realized it was as if she was upgrading everything she touched to its highest form.
She grabbed her sister's scimitar that was the closest weapon and it started to change its color, form, sharpness, patterns in the materials all changed. Andrei told her she should try tomorrow with the standard materials to see if she can upgrade them.
Julia's hair and eyes went golden but her body also lit aflame. She was radiating golden energy off the flames. The two others were of course jealous, thinking Julia always had to one up them.
The three of their powers settled down and the spiel was now automatic as the same face was given every time the power ran out. He had even seen that he was saying it wrong but wasn't trying to correct himself currently.
Jayson and Henry both found theirs almost simultaneously, there was something new even to what Andrei had seen as he had seen at least all of Death Squads so far. Both being forgers each appeared to receive legendary forgers hammers. Both uniquely different looking but both made sense to each of the forgers.
Then time went by and the forgers' hammers didn't disappear and suddenly Andrei was really intrigued and started asking questions on what they saw. They both described seeing their energy turn into forges and then the perfect fit of a hammer for each was produced.
Andrei ran his "Identify" on both of the hammers and they both were rated "Legendary Forging Hammers" with both descriptions guaranteeing their ability is always used in their work. Meaning every piece of Jayson's work going forward guaranteed the advanced stats of the core as well as if Henry worked on it then the core stats would be doubled. Throw Natalie in there and she can guarantee the highest level of materials in the equipment. He might have just made the perfect trifecta for forging ever.
Speaking of which he hadn't taken the time to talk to the forgers yet nor get his advanced tier of equipment that Jayson was supposed to make. He grabbed those three and headed to the forge on the fourth deck.
When they arrived the forgers giggled with glee, the forges that were offered to normal people would be like a standard vs legendary with legendary being what they were looking at. The forges were brand new top of the line nuclear powered temp control to melt all known forging materials.
On the wall was a digital display currently shown nothing. When they walked up to it the screen lit up with "Current Requests". Andrei was checking his interface to see what this was about and the Goliath tab had a create requisition from forgers. He put in the request as a joke "Advanced Gear from core already given!" Assigned to Jayson and then on the screen it appeared.
Jayson laughed out loud and walked back to his bag that he had been carrying so far around with him. He had wrapped the piece of equipment in a blanket and then produced it all out at once from the bag. Laying it out on the presentation table as they had already referred to it as such. Andrei stepped up to it and was pretty excited by the results.

The shoulders even had the claw of that beast shaped into the shoulders. It gave his shoulders a pretty scary look especially given how large Andrei was in the first place.
Then looking at the codes that he had collected and all the advanced tier beast cores he placed into the forgers inventory and he would need to figure out what that meant for everyone else. The disembodied voice then spoke "Cores can be uploaded from any deposit station found throughout the ship." Lights on the floor lit up and pointed to one of the dispensers.
The forgers saw this and also saw the shape of the dispenser's hole and recognized what it was. The group of forgers were really impressed with the setup and told Andrei they wanted to get working asap. Andrei left them to their devices as he needed to get everyone to deposit their cores.
Mini, Goombi, Sophia, Airwreck, Edwin and Flen all hadn't found their final form. Mini speculated after talking to Andrei that her and Goombi might need to be in a mech to get it come to fruition. Mini was determined, especially finding out Hook was able to get his final form. She stormed off back to the mech area on deck 3. Sophia felt she failed but Andrei reassured her that she would get it with practice. That put a smile onto her face as she left to find a room.
Edwin and Flen were discussing what they saw and how they understood what Andrei described. They both realized that they had 5 final forms but could only access the one if they were to concentrate on it only. The rest they needed to increase the power of each element to get there.
"Connect me to the ship's Communication." Andrei shouted out to seemingly no one. The disembodied voice then played "Connected". "If you have not already there are core dispensers on each floor of the ship. Please place all cores into them so that our forgers can get working on your new gear."
The ship read his mind and once again highlighted the floors to point out where each dispenser was on the ship. Each of the members of Death Squad located the closest and deposited their cores. "Lastly they will need your measurements so please make sure to swing by the 4th deck to get your scan done."
Andrei looked at the time and realized they needed to get back to training in 2 hours so he finished up his shipwide speech reminding them of their time and that the forgers could stay.
An hour and forty five minutes passed and they all gathered on Deck 1 in the Commanders Quarters where they said their goodbyes to the forgers and they gathered together to be ported back. When Andrei touched hands with the rest his interface popped up saying use new skill "Group Portal: Select Destination" which he thought Yes and the Galaxy Map appeared and his thoughts went to the military academy and his room.
Suddenly the group was all in tight quarters and Mini's back was against the door so she opened it up so they could pile out. They recognized they were back at the military academy and Hook being Hook opened up with "Well if it was that easy to port I would never sleep in this room again having that penthouse back on Goliath!" Which made Andrei contemplate the idea.
When the group exited the barracks they were surrounded by the Academy's MPs all holding lightning guns that its projectiles stun on impact. The Death Squad all raised their hands up in surrender. "Not sure what's going on but we are Privates and a Master Chief of this Academy."
"Halt, you are trespassing on Military property. State your business or be fired upon." The one who appeared to be in charge announced it to the Death Squad. Andrei was thinking, didn't I just identify us.
"Private Andrei Ierdna, leader of Death Squad SPRU in training." Andrei shouted out, lowering his hands and taking a step forward. "Why are you pointing weapons at us?"
"We have received reports of a portal incursion in the barracks and then you guys came out of the barracks shortly after. Move out group we need to find the incursion." The leader of the MPs shouted to the unit and they all raised their guns and formed up to enter the barracks.
"No need to search, we are the ones who came through as a group to my room." Andrei informed the leader. "I did not know the procedure as porting is a new thing for me, I will make sure to register portal activity to this base going forward."
The leader of the MPs hearing this tensed up as he was told to arrest whoever came through. He had heard about Death Squad and seeing a Master Chief following a Private was unheard of in the military. He touched his earpiece and spoke softly but Andrei was able to hear "Incursion was Death Squad returning to Private Andrei's room, how do you want me to proceed?" A few moments passed and then he responded with his body physically reacting, "Understood."
"Move out MPs, nothing to see here." Looking at Andrei he spoke briefly, "Group portals create a rift that we can read, your signature portal has been registered and will no longer sound the alarm." He glanced at Andrei hoping to not be on his bad side.
Andrei gave his typical warm smile and simply stated "Thank you!" The leader did a double take to make sure it was a smile he saw on Andrei's face. The last time he had to deal with an SPRU unit he became the Captain of the Military Police because his previous Captain said the wrong thing and was killed on the spot.
The MPs left the area and Death Squad stood there waiting for them to leave before talking about what just happened. "We have 5 minutes to get to our mission brief at the central tower, let's move out" Andrei told the group while they discussed how they all thought they were in trouble but they weren't and thus confused but happy.
