Jayson reached out to Lauren to let her know to inform everyone that their armor has been crafted and is ready. They had decided the few that had not taken a room yet to assign them one and they had all of the rooms labeled with each of the squad members' names on it. Henry was giddy bouncing around the ship waiting for the squad to arrive and also was getting a bit stir crazy as Jayson and him had covered a lot of conversational ground to where it was running out of steam.
It took an hour for all of Death Squad to get together, which was now their meeting room in SPRU HQ at the MA. They all held hands and Andrei touched last and they all arrived in their individual rooms. Each of them was impressed by what just happened, some confused since they weren't expecting to be separated.
Andrei was standing in his room and on the meeting table his armor laid out across it. He "Identified" the armor and his smile nearly broke his ears off his head. The advanced tier elemental gear in front of him all had 100 Strength, Agility, Stamina, and Spirit. Then it had a set activate skill to it, which Andrei could not wait to put into play.

["Elemental Reset" allows the user to reset the cooldown of all skills. Will reload in 20 hours. Can be reloaded with 10,000 Spirit.]
Andrei was hoping his longsword would negate that Spirit cost but also figured it was a new goal to get to that point since this set thinks it's something he should be able to accomplish. If the longsword works he could do all sorts of crazy things, if not he will one day!
Andrei put on the gear and then selected his "Activate Armor".

He selected Yes and then turned off his armor and it appeared on the second mannequin across the room. He opened his profile and noticed that he had leveled from the facility multiple times.

Andrei was staring at the question not realizing that this was even an option or could even happen. He hadn't thought about what it would mean but also didn't know what it meant to say no. He also knew he was alone currently but was not sure when Mini would show up. Henry had given her a room not realizing her situation so the portal dropped everyone in their rooms. Andrei, thinking about this, saw the bedroom next to his massive bed light up above the door frame with Mini in a pink color. He chuckled to himself and then Sophia, Airwrecka, Lily, Surany, Jiks all had their names above the rest. Suddenly Andrei heard through the earpiece Sophia scream "Hey where did all my shit go!"
Andrei didn't initially notice but now his sisters had rooms in his room as well and he really wasn't sure how to take that. He had nothing against them, just didn't think they would want to be up there. The females all were out in the hallway on deck two looking around confused because they had all lost their stuff out of their room.
"Goliath, where did my stuff get relocated to?" Mini raised her voice in the hallway and the floor lit up pointing towards the lift and the disembodied voice "Deck One". They all proceeded to the lift and going up to deck one they saw their names above the door frames and Andrei standing in the middle of the room with a sheepish smile on his face.
"It appears I still need to figure out how Goliath listens to my thoughts…"Andrei trailed off, not sure how to continue from that awkward statement to seven women who just appeared.
Sophia had opened her room and looked in and shouted "Well shit! If I knew these rooms existed I would have snagged this in the first place! Hells Yeah Andrei!"
Andrei cleared his throat and then went into what he wanted to say to them "So I didn't mean to summon all of you right now but it will make the next thing easier to just say to all of you. Airwrecka is a Succubus because I recently visited a planet that has a Vampire Empire. I ran into the leader of their army who knew who I was through my final form. He returned with 100 beings, mostly vampires, but some demons, and a succubus in order to quickly teach me since I am not the first with my ability."
"I am about to evolve into a vampire and I wanted you all to be the first to know this." With that he accepted the evolution and his body started to give him immense pain. His skin went pale white, his freckles stood out even more now, with it appearing to become even tighter to his body. His muscles grew in size and his fingers in length for a moment they sharpened out but then came back to normal looking fingers, something a vampire could do at will.
His jaw structure changed to let fangs appear down an inch below his lips then retracted back as quickly as his fingers had gone sharp to normal. The girls were standing there in awe as they had never seen an evolution of a being happen in front of them on any level. Lily pinched herself, Sophia, and Airwrecka just to make sure they were all seeing the same thing.
The agony settled down and while he didn't lose his balance he had been keeled over in pain but upon standing back up they all did a "Wow!" unconsciously as he was now a very different looking being than he was just a moment ago. Mini came straight up to him and grabbed his hand and she reacted to it "Woah, you're cold as ice, how are you feeling?"
When he opened his eyes everything was intense, it felt like Adrenaline Rush but constantly on everything he looked at. He could zoom in on anything, in and out, it was giving him a headache. Mini sensing he was losing his balance shouted at the girls "Lets get him in his bed quick, I don't think he was supposed to evolve standing!"
They all snapped out of their trance and moved to him and grabbed him and got him on his bed. They all didn't know what to do or say so they all just stood for a few minutes.
"I appreciate everyone looking out for me, I need to adjust to my new body as I can hear all of your heartbeats right now and Surany please calm down!" Andrei blurted out without opening his eyes, breaking the silence in the room.
They had all felt how cold his body was and how unnatural it felt because the Andrei they knew was a furnace always sweating on everything. To see him in the current state was giving the girls worried thoughts and none of them knew what to do so they all went to go check out their new rooms.
Andrei continued to slowly let all the input in as it was overwhelming him. His eyes opened more and more and his vision started to feel normal. He sat up slowly and in a lot of ways he felt like a new being. He checked his profile and it showed the same stats as before so he was wondering why the big change but Mini informed him right away.
"Your awesome green eyes are now red!" She had a concerned tone and wanted to say more but was unable to proceed as she was lost in his eyes.
He blinked multiple times and asked "Still red?" Giving her a playful smile.
"Hey, before moving all our shit next time, ask first ok!" She said with her hands on her hips.
Andrei gave her a big grin and jumped out of bed and was next to her faster than she could watch. He also was shocked at how quickly he was to her as it felt like he almost teleported.
They left the room and Andrei looked to check out his new armor on the mannequin. His vision allowed him to zoom in and "Identify" instantly upon leaving his bedroom and he saw it was showing the ability was still available. Bringing up his profile he noticed that his stats were showing both sets of armor combined.
Then Andrei had a terrible thought run through his head and he quickly opened his ability tabs to check the skills. They were all available still and he blew out a sigh of relief which threw Mini completely off guard.
"What's wrong?" She asked with a concerned tone.
"I am fine, more than fine, I feel incredible. I have a lot going on and just let out a sign of relief that I didn't lose it all." He gave his warm smile and went back to checking his interface. The loadout section he looked through it and the description stated:
[Add armor to user's "Activate Armor" up to five loadouts. Defense is determined by the current armor on the user, while all other stats provided from the armor are accessible at all times.]
"This place is absolutely awesome!" Andrei blurted out and the girls that were now aware of Andrei being up, had left their rooms to see what he was up to. They all were feeling famished so they decided to reach out to everyone through their earpieces to head to the cafeteria.
This is when Andrei found out about the lack of taste for food. He first took a bite out of a fruit that he grew up loving and was shocked to see it available on the ship. Upon taking the bite it tasted rancid. Mini, seeing that and knowing he ate them every time at lunch, sniffed the fruit then took a bite and was shocked at how incredible it tasted.
"It tastes incredible, why did you give that face?" She inquired as she was paying close attention knowing that Andrei just claimed to evolve.
"It tastes rancid to me which must be a side effect from becoming a vampire. I guess I have to figure this all out." Andrei said with a sad look on his face as he was thinking about never tasting fruit again.
Mini took her knife and poked a cut in her forearm that had an exposed vein. The moment the blood reacted to leaving the skin Andrei could smell it. His eyes locked in on the blood just as quickly and unintentionally he licked his lips. She held her arm up and with a smile "I can be your blood bank as well!"
He didn't notice it either but his fangs had snapped out the moment she gave him permission. He realized later on he felt it just ignored the feeling not knowing what it meant. Tasting her blood, the fruit flavor he longed for was a distant past in his mind as this tasted so much better.
He stopped himself after only taking a sip and she looked at him like he was crazy for taking so little. She actually had her other hand on her hip and was tapping her foot looking up at him. He smiled at her and decided to bite down with his fangs to see how that worked.
Everyone at this point had stopped to watch the two of them and Andrei with Mini were focused on each other so much to not notice they all stopped to watch his first feeding. Mini let out a small moan which got a reaction out of Sophia "Did she just moan?"
Mini looked up in awe at Andrei as she couldn't believe how good the feeling was from him biting her. She was completely hot and bothered as her hormones were flowing wildly through her body.
He stopped feeding on her arm and when he lifted his head he watched the marks he left in her arm close up and heal. This threw all of them off for a second as they all could see the bite marks go away. He looked at Mini with a concerned look as he wasn't sure if what he did was wrong or not. Mini could read his expression and confirmed to him "It's ok, I feel fine, I will research how I can make sure I have plenty for you." rubbing the marks to see if they feel different and the only thing Mini felt was the skin felt newer.
Prince then commented in Andrei's head, "You will find that feeding will make you stronger, if not now then eventually the consumption of blood will increase your powers." Andrei could only think how this guy knew that but also knew he was an eternal spirit so he has been around the block.
Andrei looked at his interface to see if anything popped up from feeding and upon looking at his profile page it showed a red 1 next to Spirit. He looked at the message that had popped up and was really intrigued now by both Prince's comments and what he was seeing. Mini's "Identify" was showing her blood type as O. He glanced at everyone else and they all had their blood types in their description now.
Seeing that Sophia, Surany, and Jiks each had the three other types of blood he asked them if he could test on them. They each hesitated but Sophia hesitated the least and walked right up to him moving the hair from the right side of her head to the left exposing her neck. "I read vampires feed on the neck for the best sensation for both, you can test it on me!"
Andrei gave her a warm smile, leaning down he then clamped down on her neck. The sensation literally caused her to shout out a moan of pleasure and she let everyone know "This is easily the best feeling I have ever had in my life!" Meanwhile Andrei was sucking away at her neck he could feel the difference too and the amount of blood he was getting was giving him a rush. He let go and looked at the mark and it took a bit longer but it eventually healed up.
Jiks seeing Sophia's reaction moved in next and did the same action exposing her neck and then turning her back to Andrei. She didn't give in to burst out in pleasure but she physically was reacting to the feeling as her whole body felt light as a feather. Surany was last but had no more worry on her face, just curiosity and upon the fangs entering her neck she squealed a little bit causing everyone to giggle.
Andrei looked at this profile after each bite and saw the changes in red +1 by each stat. He figured out that O from Mini gave him +1 Spirit, Sophia with AB gave him +1 Stamina, Jiks with her B type blood gave him +1 to Strength and Surany is type A which gave him +1 to Agility.
Then Andrei noticed that O had his blood type listed as +Vitality. He didn't want to bite O since it seemed like it would cause pleasure. He wasn't keen on doing so for O but he was curious as to what it meant. He asked O if he could have a sample of his blood by putting some in a glass. O laughed at the request and jammed a knife into his arm and poured some blood into it.
"I don't want you biting me but if blood is your new cake then if needed I can supply you with some whenever." O casually stated as his arm was bleeding into the glass. He slid the glass down the table to Andrei who took a sip. Poco and Loco were looking at the scene with queasy stomachs as they couldn't imagine drinking anyone's blood nonetheless Sandarian blood.
Andrei took a sip and then his eyes went wide and he tilted his head back to take the rest. "You weren't joking about cake, that was the best tasting substance I have ever had!" Andrei exclaimed out which made O feel a little awkward. Andrei looked at his profile and now he had +10 in red next to his HP line.
So Andrei now knew he could increase his base power by consuming blood. If only there were trillions of souls to feed from Andrei thought. Most of Death Squad was done with their meal when Andrei had started the scene of feeding with Mini so now they were all getting up and heading off to do their own thing. Right before Edwin and Flen made it to the door the disembodied voice announced "Flash Communication from SPRU Command".
"Death Squad you are to report to SPRU HQ at Hathin's MA ASAP. We have new information on the beast nest you will be taking out. If not fully gear report after geared." A voice that Andrei recognized as Commander Ashton he had met during cadet training.
Hearing gear Andrei then checked his inventory and saw he had the Epic tier beast core and he also wondered if he needed to hand it to the forgers or if it would be accessible to them. This thought caused the core to disappear in his inventory and then Jayson was heard saying "Holy Shit! When did you guys get an Epic beast core!"
Andrei didn't know he had transferred the core to the forgers automatically when thinking that but then looking at his inventory all the cores were gone and now in their possession. Henry then made the comment "Well we were out of beast cores, that is no longer a problem."
Andrei gave them a smile then told everyone what they were commenting on. They all sat there amazed hearing that now Andrei could instantly upload beast cores to the forgers from battle. Edwin pulled out the Advanced tier beast core he had on him and handed it to Andrei who added it and Jayson gave a big thumbs up seeing the core show up in their inventory.
Andrei then told them how his pets would retrieve them so if they were in battle with Andrei near to let his pets grab them and for them to concentrate on battling. More and more each of them listened, each of them had their own thoughts about how powerful their boss was becoming.
