"You... you're going to fight the Dwarves alone?" Sophia was shocked, staring at George in disbelief. Then she suddenly burst out laughing. "Just you? Hahahah, even our president had legendary gear, and we still had to hold off other Dwarves for him, so he could beat the Black Dwarf King!"
"You laugh really pretty," George said.
Sophia stopped laughing immediately and glared at him. "Don't say that!"
"Where did your president's legendary gear come from?" George asked.
"Do you think I'd tell you?" Sophia sneered.
"Do you think you can keep it from me?" George smiled and said to Dorothy, who was sitting nearby: "You go outside for a moment."
"What... what are you going to do?" Sophia quickly covered her chest. "George, I'll tell you..."
"WE ARE ENEMIES!" George grabbed Sophia and pulled her into his arms. His hand went through her clothes and into her pants, rubbing hard. "Look, you're already wet. I'm just satisfying you."
"Ugh..." Sophia couldn't help but moan. She quickly said, "Let me go! I'll tell you! I'll tell you!"
George smiled and let her go.
"You'll die a bad death!" Sophia's eyes were full of tears, her teeth clenched.
"Alright, where did the legendary gear come from?" George asked.
"A hidden quest!" Sophia held one hand over her chest and the other on her pants. "Our president has Divine Bloodline. That's how he unlocked the hidden quest and got the gear. You..."
She looked at George with disgust, then tightened her grip on her chest and pants and turned around.
"Your butt is pretty too," George said as he stood up.
Sophia quickly covered her pants. "Pervert!"
"Where are you going?" Seeing George walk toward the door of the Peacekeeper Office, Sophia couldn't help but ask. "If you die, all your crystals are useless. Only I can help you fight the Dwarves!"
George didn't answer. He said to Dorothy, who was standing by the door: "Wait a second. I need to go meet the Dwarves."
Dorothy nodded, looking a little sad.
"Relax. You'll always be mine," George said, kissed Dorothy on the lips, and walked out.
...
The Black Dwarf King was hammering, the fire glowing bright.
George had transformed into a Two-Headed Wolf, which had drained all his magical energy and one Mana Crystal. Now, he only had one Mana Crystal left. He had to go in alone.
Sophia said only mages could use Crystal without embedding it, but when he transformed into a Two-Headed Wolf, he hadn't embedded it either. And yet, he had used the power of the Mana Crystal.
There had to be something hidden there.
And the best person to ask was the Black Dwarf King, the one who would soon be his enemy.
"Your Majesty!" George transformed into a Dwarf and bowed to the Black Dwarf King.
"You came!" The Black Dwarf King snorted. "That Two-Headed Wolf was killed by players. Be ready. Tomorrow, we'll kill the players and take back the Two-Headed Wolf's loot."
"Your Majesty," George said, "if the Two-Headed Wolf was killed, then we don't have the flame to make weapons anymore, right? So what is this..."
Inside the big pot, the fire was burning even more violently than the Two-Headed Wolf's flames.
"This is divine Magical Energy!" the Black Dwarf King said. "To kill those players, I gave you my Mana Crystal to the Two-Headed Wolf. But I never thought... that player is good. I'll kill him myself tomorrow!"
George was both laughing and sighing.
No wonder the Two-Headed Wolf was completely different from what was in the Monster Encyclopedia. It could summon so many little wolves. The reason was because of him all along!
"Your Majesty," George asked, "why can the Two-Headed Wolf use Crystal?"
"Anyone with divine or demon blood can use Crystal," the Black Dwarf King said. "The Two-Headed Wolf is a monster, a demon creature. It was born to use Crystal!"
"What about us Dwarves?" George asked.
"We Dwarves guard underground. We have both divine blood and demon blood. Otherwise, how could we embed Crystal and use its power?" the Black Dwarf King said while hammering.
George thought for a moment, then asked, "Your Majesty, I just can't use Crystal energy. Look..."
"You can't use it?" the Black Dwarf King stopped hammering, held his hammer, and looked closely at George. Then he suddenly raised the hammer and hit George on the head.
George held back from dodging.
"Really can't use it!" the Black Dwarf King said, surprised. "But you're a Dwarves, and you have demon blood. What's going on?"
"Please teach me, Your Majesty," George said, bowing.
He really wanted to find a way to use Crystal energy without embedding it.
"Let me think, let me think," the Black Dwarf King said, and started hitting his own head with the hammer.
Each hit made sparks fly from his head.
"I get it now!" the Black Dwarf King suddenly said.
"Your Majesty, please speak," George said.
"Back to the north," the Black Dwarf King said. "It used to be the land of the demons. Later, both gods and demons fell. The descendants of the gods ran south. The most famous was the Elf race. You have demon blood but can't use Crystal. That's because you're missing god blood!"
George was confused. "Your Majesty, we're not descendants of the demons. Why can't we use Crystal if we don't have god blood?"
"Do you even know?" the Black Dwarf King said. "Gods and demons are dead. Their power made the Crystal. Every single Crystal has both god power and demon power. Only people with both Divine and Demon Bloodline can use the energy in the Crystal. You're missing god blood. But you don't have any at all. That's strange. Even Double Body has some god blood!"
"How do I get the missing part?" George asked.
"Go to the Peacekeeper Office!" the Black Dwarf King said. "I heard there's an Elf named Louise there. She's a descendant of the gods. If you kill her, I'll help you mix her god blood into you. Then you can use Crystal energy."
"Me?" George laughed bitterly. "Your Majesty, do you think I can do that?"
"You're right!" the Black Dwarf King laughed. "You can't. But tomorrow, when we kill the players to get revenge for the Two-Headed Wolf, we'll also kill Louise. Then... as long as you pay the price, I'll help you put her god blood into you!"
George took notes on the hidden rule and asked again: "Your Majesty, is there any other way? I... I'm willing to pay any price!"
"Oh, what kind of price?" the Black Dwarf King laughed.
George waved his hand, and all the drops from Elena and others appeared in front of them.
The Black Dwarf King was shocked, then laughed out loud: "Good job. Though these are only worth one Mana Crystal, I'll give you another chance just for killing so many players!"
"Please teach me, Your Majesty," George said, feeling a little sad, but still handed over all the drops.
"Jump in and survive!" the Black Dwarf King picked up the materials and weapons, and pointed at the big fire pot he was hammering: "That's it."
"Is that all?" George asked.
"That's all!" the Black Dwarf said. "This fire pot uses the leftover energy from the northern god and demon battlefield. When you come out, you'll be the purest and strongest Dwarves. You can even upgrade to Black Dwarf!"
[Beep! Received hidden quest: Absorb god and demon power to improve your body!]
George looked at the fire breathing, and decided... better play it safe.
He would ask Louise first before making a decision.
...
"You were with the Dwarves? You lied to me!" Louise hissed, glaring at George.
"You told me to go find the Dwarves!" George argued.
Louise scratched her head, embarrassed. "I just wanted you to use their resources. Did I say to be with them?"
"Louise, you have to help me finish this quest!" George said. "Once I do, I can use Crystal. Then I can take down the Dwarves. You won't have to run anymore, right?"
"Who said I was going to run?" Louise snapped. "I'm not afraid of them. What do you need me to do?"
"Jump in with me," George stepped forward and hugged Louise. "If I can't make it, I'll drink your milk. You'll also absorb the god's power. It's good for both of us. What do you think?"
"I don't have any left. You ate it all!" Louise huffed.
"So, Louise is a coward!" George laughed. "If I die, I'll log back in from the south and tell every Elf that Louise is a coward, that she ran away from the Dwarves!"
"Shut up!" Louise snapped. "A few Black Dwarves? I'm not afraid of them. I'm afraid of their queen. Fine, I'll go with you!"
