After the incident at Shells Town, one of Morgans' reporters was there and had taken pictures of this scene, especially Roya's Black Flash and Lucy playing around with the other Marines. This had resulted in Morgans' himself getting involved, and putting them on the World Economy News Paper itself, for the world to see the first male pirate outside of Marijoa.
"Kuwahahaha, what a catch I found, this is the type of news I need! I hope you spin this world anew, and don't let this world break you down, keep sending me news of him Marcel! Never leave your eyes off him! And I need more birds to look at where he goes."
Morgans, ecstatic that a man has arrived at the seas, is now going to stalk Roya for a long time, and the beginning of suffering has arrived for Roya.
Marineford
Sengiku, the Fleet Admiral, rubs her temple seeing the news of Roya, nicknamed 'Star Eater', showing red electricity around him while Garla is absolutely pissed that Lucy, her granddaughter has became a pirate. Tsuru, Great Staff Officer and renowned Vice Admiral, is sitting there thinking how to deal with a much more fierce possibility of the world going under if not prevented.
"Well, a man has finally arrived onto the scene, and it looks like he has Conquerer's Infusion, unless this is a devil fruit of his." Sengiku looks toward Garla, who is now fidgeting.
"I need to go back to the East Blue, right now."
"Wait! We need someone else who will actually take care of him, quickly as well."
"Should we ask Kizaru to go to the East Blue?" Tsuru adds, due to both Aokiji and Akainu both not being available.
"Ye, we definitely should get her there as soon as possible, the Six Elders are going to give me a headache about him."
"What should his bounty be? We need it not too low but not too high." Garla adds, wanting to go to the East Blue and beat up Lucy and Roya.
"I think it should be 100 Million, what do you think?"

Holy Land
In Pangaea Castle, the Six Elders huddle around to discuss the re-emergence of a male outside of Marijoa.
Saint Mars:"I heard Kizaru went to go capture him, do you think she will succeed?"
Saint Warcury:"Of course. Even if he has conquerer's, he has not shown signs of being a complete powerhouse."
Saint Peter:" The likes of Shamrock, Gunko and other Holy Knights, including Celestial Dragons, want him for their personal collection, so how are we going to decide who to give him to?"
Saint Nusjuro:" Let's wait until we actually capture him, I hope that Kizaru will actually complete her mission, unless we want a threat who can challenge us once again."
Saint Saturn:"Even if Kizaru fails, we just need to know where he is at all costs, and we all believe that Morgans himself will follow him around."
Saint Garling:" It doesn't matter how we capture him, we must at all costs! If Kizaru fails, then send Akainu, and if Akainu fails, then send them both!"
Saint Mars:"Do you think his bounty is fair?"
Saint Saturn:"It would cause problems if it was more than 100 million, so I think that is good for now."

"Oh, my sister is there as well, I guess she joined his crew." Portgas D Ann reveals, pointing at the picture of Lucy, with a bounty of 30 million.
"Well, I guess your sister was luckier than you then, hahahahahaha." Marca laughs, dodging multiple fire pistols from Ann.
"Gurararara, well if he ever comes into the New World, lets welcome him."
"Of course, and I can't wait to see my sister, I'm going to absolutely tease her."
Whole Cake Island
Big Mom, ruler of Totto Land, sits on her throne, drooling over the picture of Roya, and dreaming of very indecent stuff.
"Mama, should we try to capture him before anyone else gets to him." Katakuriko suggests, noticing her mom's excessive drooling.
"Not yet, he's in the East Blue, wait until he is close enough to try to capture him. I guess my 5 most important daughters, including me should get him, isn't that right Katakuriko?"
"Yes mama, but shouldn't you discuss this with the rest of the family?"
"Of course, and whoever wants him and has a good reason, has a chance of being able to use him, so lets hope he doesn't get captured by those scummy Marines."
Onigashima
The World's Strongest Creature, Kaido, drinks her gourd and stares at Roya's picture eagerly.
"Wororororo, finally, this era is about to blow up, hopefully something fun happens."
"Should we go capture him, Kaido?" King asks, interested in her Captain's response.
"Of course not, let him grow first, I want to beat him when he is prideful and make him our slave, or we can just let him do his thing if he doesn't intervene with our plans."
"But I wanted him now, so I can experiment on him and see if he has any talents." Queen complains to Kaido, showing how she planned to experiment on Roya and her previous excitement towards it.
"Be patient, you haven't even completed all of your experiments yet, let's at least wait until he goes into the New World."
Red Force
Red-Hair Shanks, the newest of the Yonkou, and Lucy's inspiration, smiles at the picture of her having fun and also seeing Roya's picture.
"I guess Lucy did find a man to join, what does this mean?" Benn Beckham asks curiously, wondering what was Shank's goal 9 years ago when the Rubber Rubber fruit was eaten.
"I don't know, but I guess Regina was right, hopefully he will bring a positive change to this world."
"We'll see, he needs time to grow, unless he gets too overconfident and gets killed immediately."
"I believe he won't, he has that fruit with him and hopefully he finds much more people."
Baltigo Island
The leader of the Revolutionary Army leader, and the The Most Dangerous Woman in the World, Monkey D Ryoko, reveals a little smile whilst looking at both Roya and Lucy, smiling in her picture.
"Isn't that your daughter, Ryoko? She looks so happy fighting those Marines!" Ivankov says, excited to see her leader's daughter shaking up the world for the better.
"Of course, I guess she has a similar personality to my mother."
"And look at that man! It looks like he has Conquerer's Infusion already!"
"I don't think he has it yet, I think that might be a part of his devil fruit."
"Should I tell Betty to try to arrange an alliance?"
"Not now, he's in the spotlight, and there's no point of risking one of our commanders for an alliance, lets try to wait until he isn't directly in the spotlight."
Sabaody Archipelago
The Dark King, the former First Mate and Vice-Captain of the Regina Pirates, Raeleigh and the former Most Beautiful Woman in the World and former Empress of Amazon Lily, Shakuyaku both smile at Roya's picture, revealing a stark contrast to their intentions.
"I guess this is the beginning of the end, I wish, Regina, that you were still here."
"A man, huh. I can't wait to meet him, should I tease him or not, Rae-san?"
"Leave the poor boy alone, wait until he at least gets comfortable with us, if we ever meet him.'
"Your no fun, you know. But at least he isn't ugly, you can see he has a handsome appearance that deserves 'The Most Beautiful Woman in the World' to be by his side, and that sadly can't be anymore."
"Well, he needs to crack Hancock's shell to be able to achieve that, and that is harder than it looks like."

"I guess a man is now out of that accursed place." Hancock rips up the paper, trying not to remember the memories as a slave in Marijoas.
"Let's hope he doesn't get anywhere near this island." Marigold says, not wanting her sister to be mad.
"If he ever comes, I'll use my devil fruit to absolutely kill him, and reduce him to dust."
"Of course, sister, that is a given."
Near the waters of Reverse Mountain
Dracule Mihawke, The World's Strongest Swordswoman, and the second person to have black blade, changes direction towards the Calm Belt, while looking at Roya's picture with a hidden glint in her eyes.
"Finally, something fun I can do for the meantime."
Dressrosa
The Heavenly Yaksha, and former Celestial Dragon, Donquixote Doflaminga, smiles brightly while sitting on the throne, with Viola looks expectantly at the picture.
"You see this ,Viola, this is a man who will turn the seas upside down, and I can not wait for it."
"Yes, I can see it, Doflaminga, he will surely turn it upside down."
